Ecological modernisation of enterprises: Environmental risk management

Ціль. Метою даної роботи є аналіз існуючих систем управління екологічними ризиками, виявлення їх недоліків та впровадження рішень, які допоможуть їх уникнути, а також вивчення екологічної складової при створенні документів щодо екологічної модернізації підприємств. Методи. У цьому дослідженні досліджується екологічна та цивільна безпека та виконується за допомогою методу логічного аналізу, методу порівняльного аналізу, формально-правового методу, методу синтезу, методу дедукції, а також методу аналізу наукової літератури. Висновки. Результатом роботи є визначення теоретичних і практичних основ систем управління екологічними ризиками, їх ефективності щодо запобігання техногенним та екологічним катастрофам, а також аналіз нормативно-правової бази щодо створення та впровадження документації, яка буде використовуватися при екологічній модернізації підприємства. Висновок. Авторами розроблено системи управління екологічними ризиками, усунувши недоліки в їх роботі, запровадивши методи, які дозволять удосконалити та зробити такі системи більш ефективними, а також підвищити рівень екологічної складової під час роботи з документами, які є наріжними каменями екологічного вдосконалення установ і підприємств.Aim. The aim of this paper is to analyse current environmental risk management systems, identify their shortcomings and implement solutions that will help avoid them, as well as to study the environmental component when creating documents concerning the environmental modernisation of enterprises. Methods. The present study investigates the environmental and civil safety and is performed using the method of logical analysis, the method of comparative analysis, the formal legal method, the method of synthesis, the method of deduction, as well as the method of analysis of scientific literature. Findings. The result of this paper is the identification of theoretical and practical foundations of environmental risk management systems, their effectiveness in preventing anthropogenic and environmental disasters, as well as the analysis of the regulatory framework for creating and implementing documentation to be used in the environmental modernisation of enterprises. Conclusion. The authors developed environmental risk management systems, eliminating shortcomings in their performance, introducing methods that will improve and make such systems more effective, as well as increasing the level of environmental component during operations with documents that are cornerstones for environmental improvement of institutions and enterprises

Assessment of occupational risks: New approaches, improvement, and methodology

У цьому дослідженні піднімаються питання професійних ризиків та нові підходи до їх оцінки, удосконалення методів дослідження в цьому напрямку. Актуальність викладеної тематики обумовлена великою різноманітністю ситуацій, що виникають в сучасних виробництвах і мають високий ступінь ризику для працівників в підприємства. Метою даного дослідження є визначення нових підходів до оцінки професійних ризиків, а також для вивчення різних аспектів удосконалення виробничої діяльності в контексті використання нових методів для оцінки ступеня ризиків. Провідним науковим методом є комбінація аналітичних і логічних підходів до комплексу проблем, які висвітлюються в темі цього дослідження. Основні результати даного дослідження: виявлення нових, ефективних методів оцінки ступеня ризиків виробничого травматизму і оцінка рівня виробничого травматизму на підприємствах України в 2020 році та попередніх роках. Перспективи подальшого вивчення в цьому напрямку полягають у впровадженні методів оцінки реального рівня професійних ризиків у виробничій сфері, з метою скорочення загальної кількості ситуацій, пов'язаних з ризиком для працівників сучасних промислових підприємств, що виникають у процесі ведення трудової діяльності. Прикладне значення даного дослідження полягає в можливості подальшого практичного застосування отриманих результатів, з метою формування основи для безпечного здійснення професійної діяльності працівників підприємств і організацій, що діють у різних сферах економіки, промисловості, виробництва. Ідентифікація різноманітних аспектів оцінки професійних ризиків у різних сферах сприятиме усуненню таких ризиків та запобіганню їх виникненню у майбутньому.This study raises the issues of occupational risks and the new approaches to their assessment, improving research methods in this direction. The relevance of the stated subject is due to a wide variety of situations that arise in modern industries and have a high degree of risk for employees of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to determine new approaches to occupational risk assessment, as well as to study various aspects of improving production activities in the context of using new methods for assessing the degree of risks. The leading scientific method is a combination of analytical and logical approaches to the set of issues brought into the topic of this study. The main results of this study: identification of new, effective methods for assessing the degree of risks of occupational injuries and estimation of the level of occupational injuries at Ukrainian enterprises in 2020 and several previous years. Prospects for further study in this direction introduce methods for assessing the real level of occupational risks in the production sphere, in order to reduce the total number of situations associated with risk for workers of modern industrial enterprises that arise in the process of conducting work activities. The applied value of this study lies in the possibility of the subsequent practical application of the obtained results, in order to form the basis for the safe implementation of professional activities by employees of enterprises and organizations operating in various spheres of the economy, industry, and production. Identification of various aspects of occupational risks assessment in various areas contributes to the elimination of such risks and prevents their occurrence in the future

Main aspects of cyber security and its place in educational institutions

Emergency situations caused by COVID-19 and the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine have radically changed people's living conditions. In today's conditions, there is an urgent need to speed up the program announced by the government in 2019 for the wide implementation of computer technologies and various online services for the digitalization of the Ukrainian economy and a significant part of the humanitarian sphere. In practice, this primarily involves the creation of technical capabilities to provide all socially significant services in a digital online format while simultaneously providing real opportunities to attract the broad masses of the population of Ukraine to the use of modern digital technologies with the provision of access to high-speed Internet
