    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, trust in leaders on employee engagement at PT.Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. The number of samples in this study were 75 employees with a simple random sampling method. Data collection used questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that there are positive and partial positive effects of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and trust in leaders in increasing employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. The results showed that the transformational leadership regression coefficient (X1) was 0.268 with a value that meant that each increase in transformational leadership variables could increase employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. Job satisfaction regression coefficient (X2) is equal to 0.303, which means that every increase in job satisfaction variables can increase employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. Regression coefficient value to leader (X3) is equal to 0.256, which means that every increase in the trust variable in the leader can increase employee engagement at PT. Bali Bijaksana Nusa Dua – Bali. As  the results of the determination coefficient of 0.657, its means that 65.7% can explain the model or influence of each variable on work engagement, while the rest (100% -65.7% = 34,3%) is explained by other reasons outside research model

    Millennial workers in the tourism sector in Bali are able to work with reference to good work standards. This is because they have the motivation to be able to collect assets as needed, the desire to earn more, with a good career, carry out social service and charity and achieve karma both in the present world and in the hereafter. This is in accordance with the concept of Catur Purusa Arta which is the basis of the philosophy of Balinese society which reflects the purpose of human life in the world. This desire is a motivation for millennial workers to be able to work optimally for what they want to achieve. This is based on the results of research conducted on workers at Ion Bali Benoa Hotel. This research was conducted based on the phenomenon where many companies are recruiting millennial generation, but they face many challenges. The reason is, the millennial generation has low loyalty and a tendency to change workplaces. This study aims to apply the concept of Catur Purusa Artha as a foundation for improving the work performance of the millennial generation at Ion Bali Benoa Hotel. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and uses the snowball sampling method in determining who will be interviewed. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses triangulation in credibility testing as checking data from various sources in various ways and various techniques.     Employee development is needed in achieving the goals of an organization. Employees need space to be able to improve and actualize themselves according to their abilities to be able to be applied to jobs following their fields. In completing various jobs, one factor that has a strong influence is personality. Everyone has different characteristics and personalities. This also applies to millennials. A generation that prioritizes technology in every life activity. The basic human personality that sparked by Hippocrates-Gallenus is very visible in this generation, especially in dealing with various problems in the scope of work. The concept of training and development with a typological approach is very effective in the process of knowledge transfer considering the trainers are required to be part of this generation and understand each personality has a different approach in completing various jobs. Various aspects can motivate millennial workers to be able to further maximize the results of their work, one of which is the need for self-actualization which certainly requires a variety of specific approaches to be able to awaken every potential it has. A leadership style that can accommodate a variety of personalities to create human resources that have high performance without forcing someone to be the same as other individuals will facilitate the achievement of performance expected by an organization or business unit. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar, where the phenomenon that occurs is that creative and innovative millennial workers have not been able to make full use of the opportunities and potential within themselves in a business unit. Hal ini terungkap setelah peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskritif dengan wawancara kepada karyawan hingga customer pada PT. D’camel Wisata Samudra Nusa. Peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui nilai budaya lokal dalam membentuk kinerja berbudaya, dalam penerapan job procedure, interpersonal dan intrapersonal skill yang disempurnakan dengan nilai budaya dalam ajaran Tri Hita Karana dan Tat Twam Asi pada PT. D’camel Wisata Samudra Nusa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti dapat memberikan saran sebagai berikut: perusahaan PT. D’camel Wisata Samudra Nusa diharapkan lebih menegaskan sanksi yang diberikan agar seluruh karyawan dapat lebih disiplin untuk mengikuti aturan yang ada pada perusahaan. PT. One of them is Tri Kaya Parisudha, the values contained in the interpretation of Tri Kaya Parisudha are very universal, can be applied anywhere and anytime, not only for Balinese society but also for the global community and not to be limited to social interactions between humans in social life. but it is also very applicable if it can be applied consequently in the world of industry and organizations, both non-profit and business units. NILO Coffee, Masi & Tophat are the Coffee Shopp located on Denpasar serves various delicious food and a very comfortable atmosphere and of course Instagramable with the Green House decoration concept that is emphasized giving a beautiful natural atmosphere. The method used in this study is a qualitative technique with 7 resource persons, namely the Operational Manager and 6 staff who supervise different divisions. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style based on the teachings of Hindu religious ethics has a significant effect on the harmonization of relations between the workers, but the majority of informants asserted that the implementation of the Tri Kaya Parisudha concept could not influence the character because the character had been formed since childhood

    Garbage is a serious problem. From the presence of human activities plus an increase in population and economic growth, the volume of waste generation will also increase. If the waste is left unchecked, it will cause pollution to the environment. Jungutbatu Village, which is not free from problems in environmental cleanliness, especially ineffective waste management, so that the waste management carried out is from community garbage collection and public places that are collected and then transported by garbage car and immediately taken to the final disposal site (TPA). Conditions like this will worsen if the management is still ineffective and efficient and not well coordinated. Therefore, the method of activities carried out is observation and socialization. This socialization was carried out in order to educate the younger generation about the management and utilization of waste, especially inorganic waste which can be recycled and can even generate rupiah value. So that the understanding of waste management can increase, starting with the sorting and management of waste and the younger generation and the community are more aware of the importance of waste management and maintaining a clean environment. Dari adanya aktivitas manusia ditambah peningkatan populasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi volume timbulan sampah juga akan bertambah. Desa Jungutbatu, yang tidak luput dari kebersihan lingkungan terutama pengelolaan sampah yang kurang efektif, sehingga penanganan sampah yang dilakukan adalah dari bagaimana caranya sampah masyarakat dan tempat umum yang dikumpulkan selanjutnya diangkut dengan mobil sampah dan langsung ke tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA) . Kondisi seperti ini akan semakin memburuk pengelolaannya masih kurang efektif dan efisien serta tidak terkoordinasi dengan baik.Oleh karena itu metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah observasi dan sosialisasi. Dilakukannya sosialisasi ini guna menciptakan generasi muda tentang pengelolaan dan penggunaan sampah terutama sampah anorganik yang bisa didaur ulang bahkan bisa menghasilkan nilai rupiah. Sehingga pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan sampah lebih meningkat, mulai dari pengelolaan sampah dan menyadari pentingnya pengelolaan sampah dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan.     Data dari Kemenkopukm (Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM) menunjukan bahwa 1.785 koperasi dan 163.713 pelaku UMKM telah mengalami dampak dari pandemi (Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika, n.d.). Kebanyakan yang terdampak adalah sektor UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang kebutuhan sehari-hari. Hal ini merupakan permasalahan yang penting bagi UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Peran dari UMKM sangatlah penting dalam perekonomian Negara, sekaligus memiliki paling banyak menyerap lapangan pekerjaan, serta relatif tahan terhadap krisis keuangan. UMKM di Kabupaten Badung ini sebagian masih menggunakan cara pemasaran secara konvensional dengan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut, sehingga dibutuhkan pemasaran produk yang baik dengan strategi pemasaran yang tepat sehingga dapat berkembang pemasarannya. Dalam mengembangkan serta meningkatkan penjualan UMKM di Badung, kami mengadakan pelatihan e-commerce di Kabupaten Badung. Pelatihan e-commerce bagi UMKM bertujuan untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk pelaku UMKM melalui e-commerce mengingat pasarnya sangat menjanjikan dan besar. Tujuan dari laporan ini memperoleh pengalaman dan perluasan terhadap ilmu-ilmu di tempat Kerja Praktek Lapangan yang belum dikenal oleh mahasiswa/I, dan mengetahui tujuan diadakannya pelatihan e-commerce yang dilakukan bagi para UMKM di Kabupaten Badung

    The objective of this research was to know the influence between (1) the entrepreneurial characteristic on businesses development in partial, (2) the creativity on businesses development in partial, (3) the innovation on businesses development in partial and (4) the characteristic of entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation on businesses development by simultaneous. This research was quantitative by using questioner, documentation and internet as the technique of collecting the data. The population that was used in this research is the sellers at guwang sukawati art market. They were 545 sellers and took the sample that consisted of 55 respondents by using the purposive sampling technique. The tasting of this research was validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. The analysis techniques of data that were used the Multiple Linier Regression Analysis Technique, Determinant Analysis, F-test and t-Test. The result of counting was accepted FCount =41.557 > Ftable = 2.76 so Ho was denied and Ha was received, it meant in simultaneous there were the positive influences and variable significant of entrepreneurships characteristic, creativity and innovation on businesses development. Coefficient determinant value (D) was 71,00% so it could concluded that the influence of the entrepreneurship characteristic, creativity and innovation on businesses development at guwang sukawati art market was 71,00% while other was 29,00% influenced by other factors that did not explained in this research

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Employee Development, Placement Systems and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance Through Organizational Commitment as Mediation Variables. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees of The Royal Beach Seminyak Hotel and secondary data obtained from the company regarding the number of employees and written reports on information about the company at The Royal Beach Hotel Seminyak Bali. The sampling technique uses probability sampling and the method of sampling uses proportionate stratified random sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 72 respondents. The population in this study were 261 employees of The Royal Becach Seminyak Hotel. The data analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis using SPSS software version 23.0 for Windows. The results of this research indicate that employee development has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the placement system has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee development has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, systems placement has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee development has a significant positive effect on employee performance through organizational commitment, the placement system has an influence a significant positive effect on employee performance through organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance through organizational commitment sas
