    Determinants Associated with Syphilis among the Youth in Health Centre Wamena City, Jayawijaya Regency

    Sexually transmitted infections (STI) cases in province of Papua in 2013 were 1,213 cases, then in 2014 the number of visits to STI services were 19 945 cases with the number of STI patients of 10,995 cases and the number of syphilis patients were 2,150 cases, while cases of syphilis in adolescent at the health center Wamena City District Jayawijaya in 2015 were 91 cases. The method used in this research is quantitative correlation type with cross sectional study. The population in this study were all teenagers who visited the health center Jayawijaya Wamena town, with 578 teenagers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, obtained a sample of 236 respondents. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Analysis of the data in this study is analysis of univariate and bivariate. The results showed a correlation between free association with syphilis in adolescence (p-value = 0.000), there is a relationship between the use of condoms with syphilis in adolescence (p-value = 0.000), there is no relationship between early sex education with disease syphilis in adolescence (p-value = 0.151), there is no relationship between the supervision of parents with syphilis in adolescence (p-value = 0.265), there is a relationship between personal hygiene with syphilis in adolescence (p-value = 0.001 ), there is no relationship between the mass media with syphilis in adolescence (p-value = 0.569)

    Performance of Midwives in Jayawijaya Papua

    The maternal mortality ratio in Papua province is 396 / 100,000, this very high if compare with the national average based on the results of monitoring reports recaps Local Regional Maternal and Child Health (MCH PWS) in Jayawijaya 2015. In other words performance of midwives in the province of Papua, especially in Jayawijaya below minimum service standards (SPM). The purpose of this study was to assess the performance of midwives in health care programs in maternal and child Jayawijaya. This study uses a qualitative method phenomenology joint venture, which is supported by the quantitative data. To support the method referred to, in-depth interviews were also conducted on stakeholders ie those involved in maternal and child health services in Jayawijaya among others, Acting (Plt.) Head Healthy, Head of Family Welfare, Coordinator of midwives and midwives. Overall indicators of achievement of the performance of midwives in four of 13 health centers have been implemented properly observed. For example, it has been the implementation of services and programs for health care, welfare satisfaction levels are met midwife (incentive), regular visits work related agencies and personnel midwife training . Thus, if the terms of the standard of competency of midwives are almost half of the respondents ( 47%) have not attended training Normal Delivery care (APN). These results indicate that the performance of midwives in Jayawijaya still lacking and is still below the minimum standards of care that needs to be improved. Conclusion: Coverage of Maternal and Child Health Program in Jayawijaya namely: K1 = 63%. The results showed that the coverage performance of midwives is still below the national target achievement (95%). This means that the performance of midwives overall in Jayawijaya still lacking, facilities and infrastructure (midwife kits, water, electricity, security, transportation) are still less by midwives, Structural difficult geographical (mountains, valleys and rivers) make the regions far from service centers are hard to reach because they do not have access to good transportation, absence of security guarantees from the local government and local communities, which led to midwives often experience acts of violence such as threats, robbery, burglary tools midwife, even up to the action sexual harassment, incentives received based on interviews of informants (PJ) and (DD) felt good enough. The role of the relevant agencies based on interviews of informants (PJ) and (ML) said there was a visit from the relevant agencies, namely the Department of Health and health centers, training based on interviews of informants (OR) reveals some training and retraining is often done to improve the quality of services provided

    The objective of this study was to determine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of teacher competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction in several public secondary schools in Jayapura City, Papua Province. The research was conducted by sampling 145 civil servant teachers out of 331 civil servant teachers in 6 public high schools, using a deliberation/criteria technique. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires, with a participation rate of 120 questionnaires (83%) returned, which were referred to as respondents. The analysis was performed using path analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the analysis indicated that: 1) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; 2) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on job satisfaction; 3) job satisfaction had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; and 4) job satisfaction mediated the positive and significant relationship between teacher competence and teacher performance

    Regional General Hospital Kwaingga in the development of Peskesmas PLUS, which was later increased its status to hospitals with Type D that aims to provide proximity to health services for all communities in Keerom regency, during which this society when severe pain always in reference to the RSU existing City Jayapura and long distance constraint. Spate of treated people in hospitals Kwaingga, the study aims to analyze the influence of the variable quality of service consisting of reliability (reliability), comprehension (responssevenes), assurance (assurance), direct evidence (tangibles) and attention (empathy) to variable poly outpatient patient satisfaction in hospitals Kwaingga Keerom Regency 2016. the object of research is poly outpatient patients in hospitals Kwaingga Keerom Regency with a sample size of 100 people. The research is a survey, data diproleh by questionnaire, were analyzed with multiple linear regression at alpha = 5%. The results showed that partially was no significant effect of variable direct evidence (tangibles) to client satisfaction by 72%. While simultaneously there is significant influence service quality variables, include reliability (reliability), comprehension (responssevenes), assurance (assurance), direct evidence (tangibles) and attention (empathy) to client satisfaction by 96, 1% and the rest oelh influenced by other variables not examined in this study. It is expected that the Regional General Hospital Kwaingga to further improve reliability through service by improving the competence of medical personnel and paramedics as well as the completeness of facilities and infrastructures are still lacking

Medicines management in hospitals need to have a good management. Purpose of this research to describe the planning of medicines, medicines acceptance, storage, procurement and distribution of medicines and know and understand the factors supporting and restricting and countermeasure strategy stock out of the medicines conducted by the management of the Kwaingga Hospital Regency of Keerom in 2016. Research methodology was qualitative descriptive study with the kind of approach to the case studies. Population and sample examined was the officer on duty in hospital health Kwaingga as many as 9 people. Data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. Research results obtained that the medicines planning in Kwaingga Hospital is done based on the amount of the budget is provided by the regional Government of the Regency of Keerom and funds dropping from Papua Province, and the selection of the remedy is done based on national formularium (FORNAS). Procurement of medicines in Kwaingga Hospital done by a third party so that it takes a relatively long time.     Factors Affecting JKN Capitation Fund Manager Performance in Work Environment FKTP Merauke District Health Office

    Acceptance and use of capitation funds JKN by capitation fund manager at the health center every month must be reported to the Chief Medical Officer for tiered supervised by government auditors. The problems that occurred in Department of Health Merauke accountability reports were late and incomplete from JKN capitation fund manager at the health center. This study aimed to assess the factors that affect the performance of the fund manager in Puskesmas capitation JKN environment Merauke District Health Office. This observational cross-sectional study design, sample is the total population of the capitation fund manager JKN in 21 health centers were 63 people, namely the Head, Treasurer and Administrative Health Center. The data were obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using chi square. Results indicated that there was no effect of motivation (p-value 0.094), incentives (p-value 1.000), supervision (p-value 0.772) on the performance of the capitation fund manager at the health center in the working environment Merauke District Health Office. No effect of workload (p-value 0.000), infrastructure (p-value 0.005), skills and abilities (p-value 0.001) on the performance of the capitation fund manager at the health center in the neighborhood of Merauke District Health Office. In conclusion, workload, facilities and infrastructure, as well as the ability and skill of the fund manager capitation JKN dominant influence on the lack of performance JKN Capitation Fund Manager at the health center in the working environment DHO Merauke.
