    Regional General Hospital Kwaingga in the development of Peskesmas PLUS, which was later increased its status to hospitals with Type D that aims to provide proximity to health services for all communities in Keerom regency, during which this society when severe pain always in reference to the RSU existing City Jayapura and long distance constraint. Spate of treated people in hospitals Kwaingga, the study aims to analyze the influence of the variable quality of service consisting of reliability (reliability), comprehension (responssevenes), assurance (assurance), direct evidence (tangibles) and attention (empathy) to variable poly outpatient patient satisfaction in hospitals Kwaingga Keerom Regency 2016. the object of research is poly outpatient patients in hospitals Kwaingga Keerom Regency with a sample size of 100 people. The research is a survey, data diproleh by questionnaire, were analyzed with multiple linear regression at alpha = 5%. The results showed that partially was no significant effect of variable direct evidence (tangibles) to client satisfaction by 72%. While simultaneously there is significant influence service quality variables, include reliability (reliability), comprehension (responssevenes), assurance (assurance), direct evidence (tangibles) and attention (empathy) to client satisfaction by 96, 1% and the rest oelh influenced by other variables not examined in this study. It is expected that the Regional General Hospital Kwaingga to further improve reliability through service by improving the competence of medical personnel and paramedics as well as the completeness of facilities and infrastructures are still lacking

Medicines management in hospitals need to have a good management. Purpose of this research to describe the planning of medicines, medicines acceptance, storage, procurement and distribution of medicines and know and understand the factors supporting and restricting and countermeasure strategy stock out of the medicines conducted by the management of the Kwaingga Hospital Regency of Keerom in 2016. Research methodology was qualitative descriptive study with the kind of approach to the case studies. Population and sample examined was the officer on duty in hospital health Kwaingga as many as 9 people. Data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. Research results obtained that the medicines planning in Kwaingga Hospital is done based on the amount of the budget is provided by the regional Government of the Regency of Keerom and funds dropping from Papua Province, and the selection of the remedy is done based on national formularium (FORNAS). Procurement of medicines in Kwaingga Hospital done by a third party so that it takes a relatively long time. The problems that occurred in Department of Health Merauke accountability reports were late and incomplete from JKN capitation fund manager at the health center. This study aimed to assess the factors that affect the performance of the fund manager in Puskesmas capitation JKN environment Merauke District Health Office. This observational cross-sectional study design, sample is the total population of the capitation fund manager JKN in 21 health centers were 63 people, namely the Head, Treasurer and Administrative Health Center. The data were obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using chi square. Results indicated that there was no effect of motivation (p-value 0.094), incentives (p-value 1.000), supervision (p-value 0.772) on the performance of the capitation fund manager at the health center in the working environment Merauke District Health Office. No effect of workload (p-value 0.000), infrastructure (p-value 0.005), skills and abilities (p-value 0.001) on the performance of the capitation fund manager at the health center in the neighborhood of Merauke District Health Office. In conclusion, workload, facilities and infrastructure, as well as the ability and skill of the fund manager capitation JKN dominant influence on the lack of performance JKN Capitation Fund Manager at the health center in the working environment DHO Merauke.     Determinant Factors that Influence the Nutritional Status of Patients Childhood Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Abepura Hospital in 2016

    One of the major health problems are pulmonary tuberculosis among children. About 10% of Indonesia's population suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis and in ranks of second in the World. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors that affect the nutritional status of children under five suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis in hospitals Abepura, Jayapura, Papua. This was an analytic with cross sectional design. A sample of 66 children with tuberculosis and has been undergoing treatment at month 2 and month 6, the analysis used were univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Results indicated that bivariate analysis showed some determinant factors that affect the nutritional status of children under five suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis are: Energy intake and protein intake (p-value = 0.000 <0.05). Knowledge (p-value = 0.006 <0.05). the duration of treatment (p-value = 0.006 <0.05). While education (p-value = 0.740> 0.05), job p-value = 0.240> 0.05), earnings (p-value = 0.061> 0.05), race / ethnicity (p-value = 0.286> 0 , 05), there was no effect on the nutritional status of children under five suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis. The conclusion is no effect between energy and protein intake, knowledge and duration of treatment on the nutritional status of children under five suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis. And there is no influence of parental education, mother's occupation, income parents and tribes / ethnic groups on the nutritional status of children under five suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis

    The Risk Factors Associated with Malaria Incidence in the Elelim Public Health Center in Yalimo District, Papua Province

    Background: Malaria is still an endemic disease and one of Papua's health problems. Indonesia is the seventh largest in the world with 200,378 cases. In the province of Papua, the district of Yalimo is the third-highest with 18,821 cases. The Government is working to detect and prevent malaria in Papua Province by launching a program called "Malaria Elimination in Papua Province by 2030." Research Objectives: Identify the risk factors associated with malaria incidence at the Elelim Public Health Center in Yalimo District, Papua Province. Research method: The research method used in this study was an observational analysis with a case-control study approach. A sample of 90 patients consisted of 30 patients diagnosed with malaria as positive cases and 60 patients diagnosed with malaria as negative controls. This research was performed in July 2019. The statistical methods used in this analysis were univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyses. Data gathered through questionnaires and interviews. Results: The bivariate analysis showed a number of risk factors associated with the incidence of malaria in the Elelim Public Health Center in Yalimo District, Papua Province: the use of wire mesh (p = 0.013; RP = 3.237; 95% CI = 1.302-8.047), the type of house wall (p = 0.003; RP = 4.316; 95% CI = 1.696-10.981), the puddle near the house (p = 0.004; RP = 4.333; 95% CI = 1.686-11.138), the distance between house and breading place (p = 0.001; RP = 5.675; 95% CI = 2.097-15.362), the distance between house and large cattle pens (p = 0.042; RP = 2.615; 95% CI = 1.048-6.529), and the use of insecticide net (p = 0.008; RP = 6.000; 95% CI = 1.668-21.583); while age (p = 0.695; RP = 0.740; 95% CI = 0.289-1.897), sex (p = 0.412; RP = 0.474; 95% CI = 0.193-1.165), occupation (p = 0.157; RP = 0.474; 95% CI = 0.193-1.165), education (p = 0.701; RP = 0.750; 95% CI = 0.299-1.878), family income (p = 0.262; RP = 0.546; 95% CI = 0.255-1.325), the use of anti-mosquito repellent (p = 0.705; RP = 1.321; 95% CI = 0.536-3.253), and nighttime habits (p = 0.392; RP = 1.650; 95% CI = 0.668-4.075) were not associated with malaria incidence in the Elelim Public Health Center in Yalimo District, Papua Province

    Clinical Voluntary Counseling Testing (VCT) was established in 2009 in hospitals Paniai Papua. VCT Clinic Hospital Papua Paniai aims to prevent and break the chain of transmission of HIV, screening and early diagnosis, ongoing counseling, as well as preventing the transmission of HIV infection from mother to child. VCT is also becoming more access to management for people with HIV, either the antiretroviral drugs, prevention and treatment of opportunistic infections, and the treatment of HIV infection holistically. Objective: The identification of patient care management of HIV / AIDS in patient wards of hospitals Paniai Papua Province. Mixed Methods ie qualitative and quantitative research. The quantitative data obtained from medical records of 287 patients with HIV-AIDS hospitalizations in 2014-2016. The qualitative data obtained from interviews with key informants were 13 people selected by purposive sampling and analyzed descriptively. Characteristics of patients with HIV / AIDS are the patients most aged 25-49 years (54%), female gender (56%), high school (26%), not working (54%), risk factors for heterosexual (74%), tuberculosis coinfection (46%), duration of treatment ARV therapy for less than 1 year (57%), non-compliance with taking medication (61.1%), length of stay of 1-5 days (48%), stage III (65%), CD4 <200 mg (55%), the difference in the payment of fees at the rate parties BPJS RS Rp. 764 715 036. Inputs include human resources, facilities, infrastructure in the service of HIV / AIDS patients in hospitals Paniai accordance Hospital classification type D.
