concluyeron que hay una similitud con los estudios previos con respecto a la primera pregunta;
sin embargo, también se encontraron diferencias y características propias del Perú con respecto
a la segunda pregunta (el flujo no es tan competitivo y de logro, sino más de disfrute y social). The study of activities that produces happiness has been investigated from a positive
psychology. Evidence has been found, certain activities that take people to a mind state
composed by 9 factors (goals and objectives establishing, self-made feedback, activity and
conscience fusion, time notion lost, self-conscience reduction, balance between challenge and
skill, attention and focus on the activity, control sensation and autotelic experience). This state
of flow is the one that produces powerful happiness. Nevertheless, according to the context,
there obviously are particularities about region and culture. In Perú, there are no investigations
about activities of flow producing happiness. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to
recognize those activities that create higher experience of flow and contribute to the joy of a
group of Peruvians.
47 participants have been part of this research (20 men, 27 women). Qualitative methodology
was used, taking advantage of the technique of analysis of the content in order to have a
quantitative description from the answers. The aim of the questions was about looking into
what activities or situations generate flow and how people feel doing them. Results show a
similarity between previous studies and this one, when the first question was given, although,
there are differences and proper characteristics of Perú regarding the second question. (Flow is
not that competitive or about achievements, but about enjoyment and social)

The Drosophila STIM1 orthologue, dSTIM, has roles in cell fate specification and tissue patterning.
BACKGROUND: Mammalian STIM1 and STIM2 and the single Drosophila homologue dSTIM have been identified as key regulators of store-operated Ca2+ entry in cells. STIM proteins function both as molecular sensors of Ca2+concentration in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and the molecular triggers that activate SOC channels in the plasma membrane. Ca2+ is a crucial intracellular messenger utilised in many cellular processes, and regulators of Ca2+ homeostasis in the ER and cytosol are likely to play important roles in developmental processes. STIM protein expression is altered in several tumour types but the role of these proteins in developmental signalling pathways has not been thoroughly examined. RESULTS: We have investigated the expression and developmental function of dSTIM in Drosophila and shown that dSTIM is widely expressed in embryonic and larval tissues. Using the UAS-Gal4 induction system, we have expressed full-length dSTIM protein and a dsRNAi construct in different tissues. We demonstrate an essential role for dSTIM in larval development and survival, and a tissue-specific role in specification of mechanosensory bristles in the notum and specification of wing vein thickness. CONCLUSION: Our studies show that dSTIM regulates growth and patterning of imaginal discs and indicate potential interactions with the Notch and Wingless signaling pathways. These interactions may be relevant to studies implicating STIM family proteins in tumorigenesis.RIGHTS : This article is licensed under the BioMed Central licence at http://www.biomedcentral.com/about/license which is similar to the 'Creative Commons Attribution Licence'.

“They Love Their Patients”: Client Perceptions of Quality of Postabortion Care in North and South Kivu, the Democratic Republic of the Congo
Background: Postabortion care (PAC) is a lifesaving intervention that, when accessible and of good quality, can prevent the majority of abortion-related deaths. However, these services are only sporadically available and often of poor quality in humanitarian settings. CARE International, the International Rescue Committee, and Save the Children strengthened the Congolese Ministry of Health to provide PAC, including voluntary contraceptive services, in North and South Kivu, DRC.
Objective: We aimed to gain understanding of the demographic and clinical characteristics of PAC clients, the experiences of women who sought PAC at supported health facilities, and the women’s perceptions of the quality of care received. We also explored how client perspectives can inform future PAC programming.
Methods: A PAC register review extracted sociodemographic and clinical data on all PAC clients during a 12-month period between 2015 and 2016 at 69 supported facilities in 6 health zones. In-depth interviews were conducted between September 2016 and April 2017 with 50 women who sought PAC in the preceding 3 months at supported health facilities. Interviews were recorded, transcribed, and translated into French for analysis. Thematic content analysis was subsequently used as the data analytic approach.
Results: In 12 months, 1,769 clients sought PAC at supported facilities; 85.2% were at less than 13 weeks gestation. Over 80% of PAC clients had a uterine evacuation, and of these, 90% were treated with manual vacuum aspiration. The majority (75.2%) of PAC clients chose voluntary postabortion contraception. All but one interview participant reported seeking PAC for a spontaneous abortion, although most also reported their pregnancy was unintended. Clients were mostly made aware that PAC was available by community health workers or other community members. Experiences at the supported facilities were mostly positive, particularly in regards to client-provider interactions. Most women received contraceptive counseling during PAC and selected a modern method of contraception immediately after treatment. However, knowledge about different methods of contraception varied. Nearly all women said that they would advise another woman experiencing abortion complications to seek PAC at a supported health facility.
Conclusions: The findings demonstrate the successful implementation of good-quality, respectful PAC in North and South Kivu. Overall, they suggest that the organizations’ support of health workers, including competency-based training and supportive supervision, was successful
Experimental Measurements of Carbon Dioxide Solubility in Na–Ca–K–Cl Solutions at High Temperatures and Pressures up to 20 MPa
International audienceExperimental CO 2 solubility data in brine at high pressures and high temperatures are needed in different technologies such as carbon dioxide storage or geothermal process. A lot of data have been acquired in single-salt solutions, whereas data for mixed-salt solutions remain scarce. In this study, new carbon dioxide solubility data in salt solutions have been measured. Two synthetic brines have been studied at 323, 373, and 423 K from 1 to 20 MPa. The brine 1 is composed of a mixture of NaCl and CaCl 2 and the brine 2 is made from a mixture of NaCl, CaCl 2 , and KCl. Measurements have been carried out by conductimetric titration. In this study, 6 isotherms presenting 48 new solubility data have been reported. These results have been obtained in an original range of temperature, pressure, and salinity. In these conditions of temperature and pressure, we verified that an increase of the temperature or the salinity involves a decrease of the CO 2 solubility. On the other hand, an increase of the pressure implies an increase of the CO 2 solubility. Then, the obtained results were compared with the values calculated using PhreeSCALE and PSUCO2 models. The comparison between experimental and calculated values revealed a good agreement
Exploring the Influence of Price and Convenience on Perceived Usefulness of On-line Banking within the TAM Framework: A Cross National (Canada and Spain) Decision Model
Nowadays, the Internet is a powerful mean to complement the traditional marketing channels used by banks. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model, this paper explores the importance of two external latent variables—‘Price’ and ‘Convenience’ —as antecedents of ‘Perceived Usefulness’ and consumer acceptance of on-line banking in a Canadian and Spanish environment; the results highlight the predictive power and accuracy of the model cross-nationally. In fact, the findings were quite similar in the Canadian and Spanish samples, and stress that ‘Perceived Usefulness’ and ‘Attitude’ are the key drivers of the consumers’ on-line banking acceptance. Conclusions and recommendations for future research are also provided
