    Luminescent properties of Pr0.1La0.9InO3 and Pr0.0995La0.9005Cr0.005In0.995O3 solid solutions were investigated. It was shown that Pr0.1La0.9InO3 and Pr0.0995La0.9005Cr0.005In0.995O3 have a promising application as phosphors for white LEDs. It was found that Cr3+ ion is a good sensitizer of the Pr3+ ion photoluminescence in LaInO3-based phosphors.В работе показано, что твердые растворы Pr0,1La0,9InO3 и Pr0,0995La0,9005Cr0,005In0,995O3 являются высокоэффективными фотолюминофорами, излучающими в сине-зеленой и красной областях видимого света, что делает их перспективными для использования при создании светодиодов белого света. Впервые показано, что введение в состав твердого раствора Pr0,1La0,9InO3 0,5 мол. % ионов Cr3+ с образованием твердого раствора Pr0,1La0,9InO3 : 0,005 Cr3+ приводит к значительному увеличению интенсивности излучения полученного фотолюминофора

    A technique of calculating kinematic and power characteristics of serial and recuperative drives with back-and-forth knife motion of the harvester cutter and the planetary gear conversation was examined. Identification results of elastic-damping parameters of the dynamic systems of serial and recuperative drives by experimental data of bench tests of the harvester cutter were represented.Results indicated that the recuperative actuator of harvester cutter was operable,. and its application caused the dynamic unloads of drive units and parts by four times and more.Рассмотрена методика расчетов кинематических и силовых характеристик серийного и рекуперативного приводов возвратно-поступательного движения ножа режущего аппарата зерновых жаток с планетарным механизмом преобразования. Приведены результаты идентификации упруго-демпфирующих параметров динамических систем серийного и рекуперативного приводов по экс-периментальным данным стендовых испытаний зерновой жатки ЖЗК-7.Испытания показали, что рекуперативный привод режущего аппарата работоспособен и сни-жает динамические нагрузки на узлы и детали привода более чем в 4 раза

    Excitation and photoluminescence spectra of La0,997Pr0,003InO3, La0,98Nd0,02InO3, La0,977Pr0,003Nd0,02InO3, La0,977Pr0,003Nd0,02In0,99Cr0,01O3, LaIn,099Cr0,01O3 solid solutions have been studied. It has been found that Cr+ ions incorporated into the In3++ sublattice of La0,977Pr0,003Nd0,02In0,99Cr0,01O3 solid solution can act as Nd3+ photoluminescence sensitizers under the excitation by visible light (λ = 445 nm).Исследованы спектры возбуждения и фотолюминесценции твердых растворов La0,997Pr0,003InO3, La0,98Nd0,02InO3, La0,977Pr0,003Nd0,02InO3, La0,977Pr0,003Nd0,02In0,99Cr0,01O3, LaIn0,99Cr0,01O3. Установлено, что ионы Cr3+, введенные в под-решетку ионов In3+ твердого раствора La0,977Pr0,003Nd0,02In0,99Cr0,01O3, являются сенсибилизаторами фотолюминесценции ионов Nd3+ при их возбуждении светом видимой области спектра (λ = 445 нм)

    Nd[1–x]La[x]GaO[3] (0.7 < х < 1.0) solid solutions were synthesized by the ceramic method, their crystal structure, magnetic and luminescent properties were investigated. The solid solutions investigated behave as paramagnetics in temperature region of 5–300 K. Calculated values of Nd{3+} ion effective magnetic moment in solid solutions investigated are lower than theoretical. There probably exists „partial freezing” of orbital moment of Nd{3+} ions by the crystal field of the orthorhombically distorted perovskite structure of Nd[1–x]La[x]GaO[3] gallates. It is shown that Nd[0.1]La[0.9]GaO[3] is an efficient phosphor with IR-emission, so it is prospective for use in IR-LEDs

    Luminescence from porous silicon doped with erbium-ytteerbium complexes

    The study of photoluminescence (PL) from porous silicon (PS) containing complexes of gadolinium oxychloride with Er3+- and Er3+-Yb3+ is reported. The concentration dependencies of PL intensity of PS with Er3+ containing complex have been studied. The dependencies have retained the main features that are characteristic of the pure complex for both IR and visible regions of the PL spectra. This allows interpretation of PL processes in complex-containing PS through the concept of multiplication of low-energy electron excitations and cross-relaxation degradation of higher excited states. It has been shown that introducing Yb3+ ions into the complex signifcantly increases the PL intensity. Mechanisms associated with defect formation, the intrinsic conversion of excitation energy within Yb3+, and the conversion within Er3+ ions followed by transferring of elicitation energy to the Yb3+ ions has been considered. The PL polarization with excitation in the visible is reported as well

    The luminescence characteristics of Eu3+\text{}^{3+} ions in Eu(NO3\text{}_{3})3\text{}_{3}·6H2\text{}_{2}O salt contained in polymer films coating the silver metallic surfaces were studied. The surfaces were specially prepared to consist of silver tip arrays with the height of tips in micron and surface density in 108\text{}^{-8} cm2\text{}^{-2} ranges. The evaluation of enhancement per one europium ion gave a value 3.5 102\text{}^{2} for one polymer layer coating of tip array silver surface in comparison with the case of glass substrate coating

    Y jA ljO i2 :Ce3+ ceram ics additionally doped w ith chromium from the gas p h ase w ere synthesized b y a colloid- chem ical method. It w as established that its lum inescence spectrum included a broad poorly resolved ban d with a barycenter at 570 nm due to Ce3+ and narrow bands in the region 6 7 0 -7 5 0 nm due to C r3+ in Y3AI5 O 1 2 and YAlOj.
