Small for gestational age is a condition that affects 10.1% of births in France (in 2021). The affected subject is either constitutionally small or suffers from intra uterine growth restriction. Medical care is multidisciplinary and will require supervision up to adulthood where there will be possible repercussions. Some of the risk factors can be prevented by simple methods. The pharmacist will be able to play an important role in this prevention by being a close contact and by supporting and by giving advice to the pregnant woman and her family.Le petit poids pour l’âge gestationnel est une affection qui touche 10,1 % des naissances en France (en 2021). Le sujet atteint est soit constitutionnellement petit, soit souffre d’un retard de croissance intra-utérin. La prise en charge est pluridisciplinaire et nécessitera une surveillance jusqu’à l’âge adulte où des retentissements sont possibles. Une partie des facteurs de risques peut être prévenue grâce à des méthodes simples. Le pharmacien pourra jouer un rôle important dans cette prévention en étant un interlocuteur de proximité et en accompagnant et conseillant la femme enceinte et son entourage au mieux

Through the study of enunciative marks, this article aims at a better understanding of the stakes involved in writing during one's professional activity. Its main axis is a confrontation between the ways the subject, the object and the others are presented in texts describing that activity. Given that the written word is more and more prevalent in the workplace and that the demands of self-involvement made on employees is ever-increasing, we would like to blaze a trail for the reading of such texts in which the dialogism within the profession surrounding the activity is accounted for. The analysis of the variations existing in professional texts, a priori very strongly coded, makes it possible to pinpoint the variability of enuciative situations and to show how the authors symetrically inscribe their own as well others' involvement in the activity described.A travers l'étude des marques de renonciation, cet article vise à mieux comprendre les enjeux de l'écrit dans l'activité professionnelle. Il s'articule autour d'une mise en regard de la façon dont le sujet, l'objet et l'autre sont énoncés dans des textes relatant l'activité. A l'heure où l'écrit occupe une part croissante dans l'activité, où l'implication demandée aux salariés est de plus en plus importante, il aimerait proposer des jalons pour une lecture des écrits de travail qui prenne en compte la dialogie de la profession autour de l'activité. L'analyse des variations existant dans des textes professionnels, a priori fortement codés, permet ainsi de repérer la variabilité des situations de renonciation et de mettre en évidence comment les auteurs de ces écrits professionnels inscrivent en symétrie leur engagement et celui des autres acteurs dans l'activité.Peluau Béatrice.
