Survey Paper on CP-ABE cloud computing

In attribute based encryption (ABE) scheme, attributes plays a very important role. Attribute –based encryption provides privacy protection for the users by a set of attributes. Now a days as cloud is most widely used in mostly all fields so there is need of keeping data more secure and confidential which is outsourced on the cloud. Security of the data in cloud database server is the key area of concern in the acceptance of cloud. It is required very high degree of privacy and authentication. In existing system used hierarchical authorization structure to reduce the burden and risk of a single authority .this paper proposes a hierarchical attribute based encryption which directly provides attribute value by user as well as data stored in different types of media

The values of dielectric constant ( ), dielectric loss (), relaxation time (ï´p), conductivity (ï³p) and moisture content of pulverized Syzygium cumini Lin. were measured for different packing densities at 9.85 GHz  microwave frequency and different temperature  (20ï‚°c, 35ï‚°c and 50ï‚°c).  Experimental results on powders of different packing fractions (ï¤r) were used to obtain transformation to 100% solid bulk using correlation formulae of Landau- Lifshitz-Looyenga and Bottcher.  There is fair agreement between the calculated values of dielectric parameters and the values obtained experimentally for solid bulk.  This shows cohesion in the particles of spicy products under investigation

Thermal stresses in functionally graded hollow sphere due to non-uniform internal heat generation

    Get PDF
In this article, the thermal stresses in a hollow thick sphere of functionally graded material subjected to non-uniform internal heat generation are obtained as a function of radius to an exact solution by using the theory of elasticity. Material properties and heat generation are assumed as a function of radius of sphere and Poisson’s ratio as constant. The distribution of thermal stresses for different values of the powers of the module of elasticity and varying power law index of heat generation is studied. The results are illustrated numerically and graphically

Solaris photometric survey: Search for circumbinary companions using eclipse timing variations

Eclipse timing variations (ETV) have been a successful tool for detecting circumbinary companions to eclipsing binaries (EB). While TESS and Kepler have been prolific for ETV searches, they sometimes can be limited by time and sky coverage which can be addressed by specialised ground-based ETV surveys. We present the initial results from the Solaris photometric survey which uses four 0.5m robotic telescopes in the southern hemisphere to look for circumbinary companions. We present the method of light curve extraction, detrending, and EB modelling using the observations from the Solaris network. Using these light curves we extract precise eclipse timing for 7 EB and look for companions using a Lomb-Scargle periodogram search. We find two possible periodic signals for the target GSC 08814-01026. With the system having strong activity, we check for the feasibility of orbital solutions at these two periods. We find that the 245 +/- 1 d period is due to an M-dwarf mass companion. This makes GSC 08814-01026 a candidate compact hierarchical triple system. The other periodic signal at 146 +/- 1 d is an artefact of stellar activity.Comment: 14 pages, 9 figures, Accepted for publication in MNRAS. The forests of Chhattisgarh are very well known for its species richness, diversity, biomass, carbon stock and productivity. The present study was carried out at Katghora forest division under Bilaspur circle of Korba district, Chhattisgarh considering three sites viz., least, moderately and highly disturbed site to estimate biomass and carbon storage in relation to anthropogenic disturbances. For collection of data quadrats were selected under stratified random sampling design. For enumeration of tree and saplings ten quadrats of 10 m × 10 m were laid and each species counted separately. The tree density varies from 100-510 stems ha-1 across study sites. Total biomass in the present study was between 127.69 t ha-1 and 227.71 t ha-1. Total above ground biomass was between 111.20 t ha-1 and 199.42 t ha-1, whereas total below ground biomass varied from 16.49-28.29 t ha-1, respectively. The total carbon storage across the sites were ranged from 55.125 to 98.548 t C ha-1 found higher under least disturbed site and lowest under medium disturbed site. Carbon storage pattern according to girth class followed the similar trend of distribution as was in the case of biomass. It has least proportion in small girth class and maximum storage under the higher girth class. It is evident from the study that disturbances have significant impact on density, vegetation diversity, biomass accumulation and carbon storage pattern. Conservation affords are required to control on disturbances and for the natural recovery of forest ecosystem

The objective of the present investigation was to prepare and evaluate ocular inserts of moxifloxacin. An ocular insert was made from an aqueous dispersion of moxifloxacin, sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol, and dibutyl phthalate by the film casting method. The ocular insert (5.5 mm diameter) was cross-linked by CaCl2 and was coated with Eudragit S-100, RL-100, RS-100, E-100 or Eudragit L-100. The in vitro drug drainage/permeation studies were carried out using an all-glass modified Franz diffusion cell. The drug concentration and mucoadhesion time of the ocular insert were found satisfactory. Cross-linking and coating with polymers extended the drainage from inserts. The cross-linked ocular insert coated with Eudragit RL-100 showed maximum drug permeation compared to other formulations.
