The affection humans feel for nature is called biophilia. Connecting with nature helps in healing. The connection with nature can be established by incorporating biophilic elements like air, water, plants, and views of nature into the design. (Kellert,2018). According to Kaplan’s Attention Restoration theory, exposure to nature improves focus and the ability to concentrate. (Kaplan,1989) Connecting with nature provides to be helpful in health care facilities for frail elderly, people with Alzheimer’s and Other Dementias, Hospice care facilities, Mental and Behavioral Health Facilities, and Assisted living facilities. (Marcus,2013) The aim of this project is to create comfortable, safe, and accessible outdoor space for elderly residents. The goal is to improve the outdoor experience and connection with nature. Also, to provide different activity areas that will improve physical health and meditative areas to promote mental well-being

Objective: To develop a novel, accurate, precise and linear reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and Stability Indicating Assay Method (SIAMs) for simultaneous, qualitative and quantitative estimation of aspirin, rosuvastatin and clopidogrel in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form as per International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.Method: In the present work, good chromatographic separation was achieved by isocratic method using a BISCOF HPLC C18 column (250 mm ×4.6, 5 µm) and a mobile phase consisting of water at pH 2.51 with 0.1 % (v/v) orthophosphoric acid (OPA): acetonitrile in the ratio 50:50, at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The effluents obtained were monitored at 237 nm with the UV-visible detector. Results: The retention time of aspirin, rosuvastatin, and clopidogrel was found to be 4.3 min, 7.6 min and 16.6 min respectively. For linearity seven-point calibration curves were obtained in a concentration range from 1-7 µg/ml for aspirin, rosuvastatin and clopidogrel with correlation coefficient 0.999, 0.9989, 0.9988 respectively. The high recovery values (99%-101%) indicate a satisfactory accuracy. The low percent relative standard deviation (% RSD) values in the precision study reveal that the method is precise. In the present study stability indicating an RP-HPLC method for the combination was tested by degrading the drugs together under various stress condition like acid, base and neutral hydrolysis, oxidation, thermal and photolytic stress which is recommended by ICH.Conclusion: The developed RP-HPLC method is simple, economic, specific, accurate and precise for the simultaneous estimation of aspirin, rosuvastatin, and clopidogrel in the combined capsule dosage form. The developed stability indicating analytical method can be used to check the stability of the compounds and was found suitable to determine % degradation of drugs in pharmaceutical dosage form

Objective: A new series 2-phenyl-3-(substituted benzo[d] thiazol-2-ylamino)-quinazoline-4(3H)-one was prepared by the fusion method by reacting 2-phenyl benzoxazine with 2-hydrazino benzothiazole and it was evaluated for their antimicrobial activity against gram positive, gram negative bacteria and fungi. Methods: Titled compounds were synthesized by fusion reactions. These compounds were evaluated by in vitro antibacterial and antifungal activity using the minimum inhibitory concentration and zone of inhibition methods. The synthesized compounds were characterized with the help of infrared, NMR and mass spectral studies. The benzothiazole moiety and the quinazoline ring have previously shown DNA gyrase inhibition and target related antibacterial activity. Thus, molecular docking studies of synthesized compounds were carried out (PDB: 3G75) to study the possible interaction of compounds with the target. The batch grid docking was performed to determine the probable. Results: These compounds showed significant activity against gram positive and gram negative bacteria as well against the fungi. The compound A5 was found to be active against B. subtilis, P aeruginosa and C. albican at 12.5 µg/ml MIC. The compound A3 was found to be active against all microbial strains selected at 25 and 12.5 µg/ml MIC.Conclusion: Though the relationship between the activities shown by these compounds in, the antimicrobial study is still to be established, the docking studies conducted found to be consistent with antimicrobial results. Thus the results indicate that the designed structure can be a potential lead as an antimicrobial agent

User should use the data storage without any loss as it is stored locally. Auditing process is important process to ensure integrity, user are not that skilful to maintain integrity of data and they are not aware about risk and security action. Hence so to perform user can depend on TPA (third party authentication), which will check integrity and privacy on cloud data which is stored locally.TPA audit the integrity and provides appropriate result to user. Results contain modified, deleted and uploaded information of files. User has to make sure that privacy is preserved from TPA with minimal consumption of cloud resources while auditing process. In this paper we propose a system that will provide integrity to locally stored data without downloading files avoiding additional resources and vulnerability. We further extend our result to enable the TPA to perform audits for multiple users simultaneously and efficiently. Extensive security and performance analysis show the proposed schemes are provably secure and highly efficient

The aim of present investigation deals with the development of time-dependent and pH sensitive press-coated tablets for colon specific drug delivery of naproxen. The core tablets were prepared by wet granulation method then press coated with hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) or Eudragit RSPO : RLPO mixture and further coated with Eudragit S-100 by dip immerse method. The in vitro drug release study was conducted in different dissolution media such as pH 1.2, 6.8, and 7.4 with or without rat caecal content to simulate GIT conditions. Surface morphology and cross-sectional view of the tablets were visualized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). All prepared batches were in compliance with the pharmacopoeial standards. The tablets which are compression coated with HPC followed by Eudragit S-100 coated showed highest in vitro drug release of 98.10% in presence of rat caecal content. The SEM of tablets suggested that the number of pores got increased in pH 7.4 medium followed by dissolution of coating layer. The tablets coat erosion study suggested that the lag time depends upon the coating concentrations of polymers. A time-dependent hydrophilic polymer and pH sensitive polymer based press-coated tablets of naproxen were promising delivery for colon targeting

The aim of the study was to prepare site specific drug delivery of naproxen sodium using sodium alginate and Eudragit S-100 as a mucoadhesive and pH-sensitive polymer, respectively. Core microspheres of alginate were prepared by a modified emulsification method followed by cross-linking with CaCl2, which was further coated with the pH dependent polymer Eudragit S-100 (2.5 or 5 %) to prevent drug release in the upper gastrointestinal environment. Microspheres were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and evaluated by scanning electron microscopy, particle size analysis, drug loading efficiency, in vitro mucoadhesive time study and in vitro drug release study in different simulated gastric fluids. Stability studies of the optimized formulation were carried out for 6 months. SEM images revealed that the surface morphology was rough and smooth for core and coated microspheres, respectively. Core microspheres showed better mucoadhesion compared to coated microspheres when applied to the mucosal surface of freshly excised goat colon. The optimized batch of core microspheres and coated microspheres exhibited 98.42 ± 0.96 and 95.58 ± 0.74 % drug release, respectively. Drug release from all sodium alginate microsphere formulations followed Higuchi kinetics. Moreover, drug release from Eudragit S-100 coated microspheres followed the Korsmeyer-Peppas equation with a Fickian kinetics mechanism. Stability study suggested that the degradation rate constant of the microspheres was minimal, indicating 2 years shelf life of the formulation.
