In attribute based encryption (ABE) scheme, attributes plays a very important role. Attribute –based encryption provides privacy protection for the users by a set of attributes. Now a days as cloud is most widely used in mostly all fields so there is need of keeping data more secure and confidential which is outsourced on the cloud. Security of the data in cloud database server is the key area of concern in the acceptance of cloud. It is required very high degree of privacy and authentication. In existing system used hierarchical authorization structure to reduce the burden and risk of a single authority .this paper proposes a hierarchical attribute based encryption which directly provides attribute value by user as well as data stored in different types of media

Background: The present study was undertaken to reconstruct stature in males and females by using head circumference as a parameter. Methods: There was paucity of students during the period of study due to unavailability of students owing to COVID restrictions on physical attendance to classes. Hence, sample size had to be curtailed to 251 students. Hence, the study was carried out on 251 medical students, 136 males, and 115 females in the department of forensic medicine and toxicology, Swami Ramanand Teerth Rural Government Medical College (SRTRGMCH), Ambajogai, Maharashtra, India. Measurements of head circumference and height were made directly on each subject. The data collected was subjected to statistical methods. The measured heights from the data for males, and females were regressed against the measured head circumference variables using linear regression analysis. Results: Highly significant correlation was found between height and head circumference. The equation relating stature to the head circumference was derived as stature, y=97.19+1.11 HC for females and y=88.77+1.45 HC for males. The above findings may hence provide reliable method of estimation of height from skeletal remains in the forensic setup. Conclusions: Head circumference can be used to estimate stature in Maharashtrian population using the regression equation with reasonable accuracy to estimate stature

The forests of Chhattisgarh are very well known for its species richness, diversity, biomass, carbon stock and productivity. The present study was carried out at Katghora forest division under Bilaspur circle of Korba district, Chhattisgarh considering three sites viz., least, moderately and highly disturbed site to estimate biomass and carbon storage in relation to anthropogenic disturbances. For collection of data quadrats were selected under stratified random sampling design. For enumeration of tree and saplings ten quadrats of 10 m × 10 m were laid and each species counted separately. The tree density varies from 100-510 stems ha-1 across study sites. Total biomass in the present study was between 127.69 t ha-1 and 227.71 t ha-1. Total above ground biomass was between 111.20 t ha-1 and 199.42 t ha-1, whereas total below ground biomass varied from 16.49-28.29 t ha-1, respectively. The total carbon storage across the sites were ranged from 55.125 to 98.548 t C ha-1 found higher under least disturbed site and lowest under medium disturbed site. Carbon storage pattern according to girth class followed the similar trend of distribution as was in the case of biomass. It has least proportion in small girth class and maximum storage under the higher girth class. It is evident from the study that disturbances have significant impact on density, vegetation diversity, biomass accumulation and carbon storage pattern. Conservation affords are required to control on disturbances and for the natural recovery of forest ecosystem

    Get PDF
The compositional, structural, microstructural, dc electrical conductivity and optical properties of undoped zinc oxide films prepared by the sol-gel process using a spin-coating technique were investigated. The ZnO films were obtained by 5 cycle spin-coated and dried zinc oxide films followed by annealing in air at 600 ° C. The films deposited on the platinum coated silicon substrate were crystallized in a hexagonal wurtzite form. The energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectrometry shows Zn and O elements in the products with an approximate molar ratio. TEM image of ZnO thin film shows that a grain of about 60-80 nm in size is really an aggregate of many small crystallites of around 10-20 nm. Electron diffraction pattern shows that the ZnO films exhibited hexagonal structure. The SEM micrograph showed that the films consist in nanocrystalline grains randomly distributed with voids in different regions. The dc conductivity found in the range of 10-5-10-6 (Ω cm)-1. The optical study showed that the spectra for all samples give the transparency in the visible range

    Get PDF
The demand for MDT (Mouth Disintegrating Tablet) has been increasing from the last decade particularly in geriatric, pediatric and patient with some sort of disabilities in swallowing. MDTs are those tablets which when placed in mouth get dissolved rapidly in saliva without the need of liquid and can be swallowed. European pharmacopoeia adopted the term Orodispersible tablet for MDTs. Mouth disintegrating tablets are also known as Fast melting tablets, Orodispersible tablets, fast dissolving/dispersing tablets or melt in mouth tablets. This article reviews the potential benefits offered by MDTs as an oral drug delivery system for various kinds of patients suffering from different diseases and disabilities. Desired characteristics and challenges for developing fast disintegrating drug delivery systems, quality control tests, various techniques used in the preparation of fast disintegrating drug delivery systems like lyophilization technologies, tablet molding method, sublimation techniques, spray drying techniques, mass extrusion technology, direct compression method and uses of super-disintegrates. It also reviews the patented technologies for fast dissolving tablets, advantages and disadvantages of different technologies for preparing fast disintegrating dosage form, future prospective for MDTs. The growing importance for MDTs is due to the potential advantages offered by this technology. MDT is a New Drug Delivery system with least disintegration time and ease of self administratio

Wide variability in the ICRISAT germplasm collections as a source for genetic enhancement of crop cultivars

    Get PDF
Sustained gains in plant breeding rely on variation in crop gene pool. Therefore, it is essential to conserve crops’ diversity in situ and ex situ. Globally over 7.4 million germplasm accessions have been conserved in about 1750 genebanks. The greater use of germplasm diversity in crop improvement programmes could potentially broaden genetic base of crop cultivars. The ICRISAT genebank conserves over 128,000 germplasm accessions of six mandate crops (sorghum, pearl millet, finger millet, chickpea, groundnut, pigeonpea) and five small millets (foxtail millet, proso millet, barnyard millet, little millet and kodo millet). The collection is dominated with cultivated germplasm (97.7%) while wild and weedy relatives represent only 2.3%. Large variability was reported in the germplasm collections conserved at ICRISAT genebank, as revealed by characterization and evaluation of small subsets of total collection. However, large-scale evaluation to uncover hidden untapped potential is required to identify and introduce novel variability in to the crop improvement program

The objective of the present investigation was to prepare and evaluate ocular inserts of moxifloxacin. An ocular insert was made from an aqueous dispersion of moxifloxacin, sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol, and dibutyl phthalate by the film casting method. The ocular insert (5.5 mm diameter) was cross-linked by CaCl2 and was coated with Eudragit S-100, RL-100, RS-100, E-100 or Eudragit L-100. The in vitro drug drainage/permeation studies were carried out using an all-glass modified Franz diffusion cell. The drug concentration and mucoadhesion time of the ocular insert were found satisfactory. Cross-linking and coating with polymers extended the drainage from inserts. The cross-linked ocular insert coated with Eudragit RL-100 showed maximum drug permeation compared to other formulations.

We report the multistep electrolytic process for the synthesis of high Tc single phase HgBa2Ca2Cu3O8+ (Hg-1223) superconducting films. The process includes : i) deposition of BaCaCu precursor alloy, ii) oxidation of BaCaCu films, iii) electrolytic intercalation of Hg in precursor BaCaCuO films and iv) electrochemical oxidation and annealing of Hg-intercalated BaCaCuO films to convert into Hg1Ba2Ca2Cu3O8+ (Hg-1223). Films were characterized by thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrolytic intercalation of Hg in BaCaCuO precursor is proved to be a novel alternative to high temperature-high pressure mercuration process. The films are single phase Hg-1223 with Tc = 121.5 K and Jc = 4.3 x 104 A/cm2.Comment: 17 Pages, 10 Figures. Submitted to Superconductor Science and Technolog
