Monitoring of Puccinia graminis subsp. graminicola and Puccinia coronata f. sp. lolii was carried out in Plant breeding station called Větrov. The pathogens were estimated on turf grass (Lolium perenne L., Deschampsia caespitosa (L.) P. B.) from 2009 to 2014. Puccinia graminis subsp. graminicola was detected in the increased level in 2009 and 2012. The highest amount of mixed infections w as determined in 2014 because of the warmest winter from all monitored years and low precipitations. Significant differences were found out.in the resistance of similar plant materials grown in different fields. Significant effect of weather conditions and supposed effect of different infectious pressure on various fields were reflected in these facts. At evaluated grasses, the highest (P < 0.05) occurence of Puccinia graminis subsp. graminicola. Lolium perenne L. was observed and the infection of Puccinia graminis subsp. graminicola (P < 0.05) was determined higher than in Deschampsia caespitosa (L.) P. B.O

Ecological-agricultural perspective on the quality of pasture vegetation

One of the important goals of current research is to find a balance between the diversity of grass covers and their economically sustainable use for farming purposes. The aim of this study was to find relationships between the number of species (N), the Shannon-Wiener index (H), the forage value of vegetation (FV) and the proportion of grasses (G), legumes (L) and other forbs (F). Eleven extensively grazed pasture vegetations, located at the foothills of Šumava and Nové Hrady mountain ranges in South Bohemia, were selected with permanent plots marked out for phytosociological monitoring. The results proved a statistically confirmed positive correlation between the N and H factors and a negative correlation between these two diversity indicators and the forage value of vegetation. Pasture vegetations are significantly influenced by the proportion of grasses, legumes and other forbs. The average number of species and the Shannon-Wiener index increases with the growing proportion of other forbs while the forage value decreases. The observed pasture vegetations were predominantly evaluated as “good/valuable” and “very good/most valuable”

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací českého a švýcarského systému v dani z přidané hodnoty. Práce definuje obecné teoretické principy platné pro oba systémy a také principy specifické pro každý systém, na základě kterých byly systémy porovnávány. Dále práce obsahuje výpočty DPH v obou systémech, komparace výpočtů a následné vyhodnocení výpočtů, posouzení administrativní a finanční zátěže plátců DPH a úvaha nad možným zlepšením českého systému DPH.This bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of the Czech and Swiss value added tax systems. The thesis defines the general theoretical principles applicable to both systems as well as the principles specific to each system on the basis of which the systems were compared. Furthermore, the thesis contains calculations of VAT in both systems, comparisons of calculations and subsequent evaluation of calculations and assessment of administrative and financial burden of VAT payers and consideration of possible improvements of the Czech VAT system.Fakulta ekonomicko-správníStudentka přednesla téma své BP Komparace českého a švýcarského systému v DPH Otázky vedoucího BP: 1. Rapid Progression of COVID-19-Associated Fatal Capillary Leak Syndrome

    No full text
Several cases of capillary leak syndrome (CLS) related to COVID-19 or vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 have been described in the literature. We present a case of a 42-year-old, previously healthy male, presenting with a mild form of COVID-19, who suddenly developed severe shock with hypotension and severe hemoconcentration within hours of admission to the hospital. Volume resuscitation was not effective, increasing hemoglobin (198 g/L on admission, 222 g/L 9 h later) suggested fluid leak into peripheral tissues. After cardiac arrest, the patient was resuscitated and connected to extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, but died shortly afterwards due to refractory heart failure. Retrospective investigation of blood samples confirmed diagnosis of CLS by progressive hypoalbuminemia (40 g/L on admission, 14 g/L 19 h later) and monoclonal gammopathy kappa (4.7 g/L). Patient’s CLS was triggered by COVID-19, either a first attack of idiopathic CLS called Clarkson’s disease or a COVID-19-induced secondary CLS
