    POLYMORPHISM OF GENES RESPONSIBLE FOR THROMBOPHILIA AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THROMBOSIS IN CHILDREN

    The article is devoted to the prevalence of polymorphism of genes responsible for thrombophilia among children. The study included 52 children with thrombosis and 59 children without thrombosis. Detects mutations factor V Leiden, G20210A prothrombin gene, the C677T mutation in the gene for 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase and 4G/5G polymorphism of gene plasminogen activator inhibitor 1. Mutations thrombophilia markers are detected in 38 of 52 (73 %) children with thrombosis, and 36 of 59 (61 %) children without thrombosis (p=0,1). A combination of several mutations in genes had 38 of 69 (55 %) children having different polymorphisms. The highest percentage (86 %) of different combinations of mutations have children with venous thrombosis, wherein the presence of mutations in Factor V (Leiden) mutation and prothrombin gene was isolated, and in all cases with each other or combined with mutation of the MTHFR gene. The most significant in the development of thrombosis are the G20210A mutation in the prothrombin gene mutation and Leiden. An example of clinical thrombosis, the girl with the data mutations

    CATAMNESIS OF CHILDREN WITH COMPROMISED HEREDITARY BACKGROUND OF THROMBOSIS

    The research is dedicated to the study of characteristics of health of children, whose relatives of 1st and 2nd lines suffered thrombosis of vessels of different caliber and localizations before the age of 50. We examined 28 children of 13,5 ± 4,9 years. The results showed that 43 % of children suffered hypoxia in utero caused by chronic fetoplacental insufficiency. Up to 64 % of children have abnormalities in the state of their health, causing the risk of thrombosis in the future: hypertension, obesity, cardiac valve disease. 7 children have already suffered thrombosis in vessels of different caliber and localization by the moment of the study. The combination of inherited genes was correlated with the development of thrombosis in children (r = 0,24, p = 0,05)

    The idea of CLA+T-lymphocytes, which are a special subpopulation of cells with a tropic to the skin, is given. The issues of maturation, migration and functional features of CLA+T-cells are considered. Special attention is paid to the different phenotype of memory T-cells. Modern data concerning the role of CLA+T-cells in the pathogenesis of autoimmune and allergic dermatoses, as well as malignant skin tumors are also presented. The conclusion about the necessity of further study of CLA +T-lymphocytes for detailed understanding of pathogenesis and search of variants of targeted therapy in psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, skin lymphomas and other skin diseases is made

    Opisthorchis felineus DNA extraction methods from fecal samples were compared.     The paper presents a method of obtaining high-dispersed zinc powders by electrolysis and comparison of the properties of zinc-rich compositions prepared using as a pigment zinc powders obtained by different methods. Measurements have shown that the electrical conductivity of zinc-rich coatings containing electrolytic zinc powder, not inferior to the conductivity of the film with powder PZHD-0 obtained by the method of evaporation-condensation, despite the significant difference in the amount of zinc pigment. On the basis of the received data we can conclude that the use of electrolytic zinc powder as a pigment will significantly save zinc.В работе представлен способ получения высокодисперсных порошков цинка электролизом и сравнение свойств цинкнаполненных композиций, приготовленных с применением в качестве пигмента цинковых порошков, полученных разными методами. Проведенные измерения показали, что удельная электропроводность цинкнаполненных покрытий, содержащих электролитический порошок цинка, не уступает по проводимости пленкам с порошком ПЦВД-0, полученного методом испарения-конденсации, несмотря на существенное различие в количестве цинкового пигмента.     Disentangling astroglial physiology with a realistic cell model in silico

    Electrically non-excitable astroglia take up neurotransmitters, buffer extracellular K+ and generate Ca2+ signals that release molecular regulators of neural circuitry. The underlying machinery remains enigmatic, mainly because the sponge-like astrocyte morphology has been difficult to access experimentally or explore theoretically. Here, we systematically incorporate multi-scale, tri-dimensional astroglial architecture into a realistic multi-compartmental cell model, which we constrain by empirical tests and integrate into the NEURON computational biophysical environment. This approach is implemented as a flexible astrocyte-model builder ASTRO. As a proof-of-concept, we explore an in silico astrocyte to evaluate basic cell physiology features inaccessible experimentally. Our simulations suggest that currents generated by glutamate transporters or K+ channels have negligible distant effects on membrane voltage and that individual astrocytes can successfully handle extracellular K+ hotspots. We show how intracellular Ca2+ buffers affect Ca2+ waves and why the classical Ca2+ sparks-and-puffs mechanism is theoretically compatible with common readouts of astroglial Ca2+ imaging

Recent investigations demonstrated real size of mitochondrial proteome and complexity of their functions There are many methods using for mitochondrial proteome profiling, that help to understand a molecular mechanisms of mitochondrial functions and identify the causes of disruptions that lead to different disorders. In this review we discuss a recent data in the field of mitochondrial proteomics.Собственная ДНК митохондрий кодирует лишь 13 полипептидов – субъединиц электронтранспортной цепи. Большинство же белков импортируются в митохондрии посредством различных механизмов. Последние исследования митохондриального протеома продемонстрировали истинные размеры и сложную функциональную организацию митохондриальных белковых профилей. Для протеомного профилирования митохондрий применяются различные технологии, которые в сумме представляют результаты, помогающие понять молекулярные механизмы функционирования органелл и выявить нарушения, приводящие к различным заболеваниям. В данном обзоре рассмотрены и проанализированны последние данные в области протеомики митохондрий и затронуты некоторые аспекты молекулярного патогенеза заболеваний дыхательной цепи

Выявлено, что в результате проводимых природоохранных мероприятий улучшилось состояние некоторых компонентов окружающей среды, тем не менее экологическая обстановка остается напряженной.The city of Perm as any large center imposes the significant technogenic impact on the environment. The main sources and indicators of air, hydrosphere, and lithosphere pollution are considered. It is revealed that in result of the undertaken since 1996 protection measures the condition of some components of the environment has improved, but the overall ecological situation remains unfavorable
