1D SDS-PAGE pattern of <i>C</i>. <i>bactrianus</i> (KZB), <i>C</i>. <i>dromedarius</i> (KZD) and hybrid (KZH) skimmed milk samples of Kyzylorda (KZ) region.
<p>Red frames and black boxes aligned correspond to electrophoretic bands that were excised from the gel and subsequently analyzed for protein identification, after tryptic digestion, by LC-MS/MS. Molecular weight markers from 210 to 8 kDa are indicated at the right of the gel.</p
Top 70 proteins identified by LC-MS/MS from individual <i>C</i>. <i>bactrianus</i> (B), <i>C</i>. <i>dromedarius</i> (D) and hybrid (H) milk samples of Shymkent region.

Amino acid sequence of mature camel αs2-CN with potential phosphorylation sites.
<p>Seryl and Threonyl residues matching the S/T-X-A motif are in red and blue, respectively, and underlined. Threonyl residues matching the S/T-X-X-A motif are in green and underlined.</p
LC-ESI-MS profile of clarified crossed camel milk of Kyzylorda region.
<p>Nine major milk protein fractions were identified in the following order: peak I and II contained glycosylated ant natural isoforms of κ-CN; peak III: WAP; peaks IV, V: αs1-CN; peak VI: α-LAC, αs1-CN and UP1; peak VII: αs2-CN and UP1; peaks VIII, IX, and X αs2-CN along with UP2 in peak X; peak XI: PGRP and UP2; peak XII: CSA/LPO; peaks XIII and XIV: β-CN, and peak XV: γ2-CN.</p
