Intramuscular injection of the drug on the basis of compositional enrofloxacin and colistin in doses of 0,5, 1,0 and 2,5 ml per 10 kg weight of the animal within 20 days of piglets did not violate arhitektotoniku girder structure of the organ and morphometric parameters of hepatocytes. Use of the drug did not alter the amount and distribution of the lobules of the liver glycogen and lipid content of DNA in the nuclei and RNA in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes, as well as the amount of total proteins in hepatocytes. The composite preparation on the basis of enrofloxacin and colistin of piglets had no effect on the structural organization of the mucosa of the small intestine and morphometric parameters, as well as DNA content nuclei and RNA in the cytoplasm. We studied epizootiology and clinical-morphological characteristics of salmonella in pig farms. Salmonella in pig farms often recorded under adverse conditions of feeding and housing of animals. We studied etiological factors and clinical-morphological expression of chlamydia in pig farms. The disease was observed in the farms, regardless of the season, but more often in winter-spring period. Upon initial appearance of the disease in farms with single sows gestating in recent weeks registered abortions. The material presented in the article contains data on use of autological plasma rich with platelets in therapy of the canine keratoconjunctivitis sicca. The proposed method is based on platelet growth factors contained in autologous plasma. Comparison of treatment regimens with addition of plasma enriched with platelets has shown its therapeutic effectiveness in the treatment of canine keratoconjunctivitis sicca. Diagnosis of violations of microcirculation in the late recovery period after thrombosis of cerebral vessels
There is no objection that many pathological manifestations after thrombosis of cerebral vessels are associated in many respects with microcirculation disorders. These dysfunctions of microcirculation on the side of the lesion in patients are increasingly considered a point of influence for the recovery of this contingent of patients. In this connection, it is required to clarify the state of microcirculation in post-stroke patients at the late stage of their rehabilitation. In the article, the state of microcirculation in patients was clarified 7 months after the stroke. It was found that the deterioration of microcirculation processes is very typical for this contingent of patients, especially on the paretic side. Apparently, improvement in the state of motor function in patients after thrombosis of cerebral vessels is associated with increased microcirculation in affected limbs and in healthy limbs. The disturbances of microcirculation persisting in patients give grounds to recommend such a combination of drug treatment and non-medicamentous effects in the late stages of recovery, using the latter particularly actively on the affected side. The material presented in this paper contains data on the use of PRP (platelet rich plasma) - autologous plasma enriched with platelets. In the treatment of severe forms of KCS(keratoconjunctivitis sicca) dogs'. The proposed method is based on the use of platelet growth factors contained in PRP [1]. Comparison of modern treatment regimens and regimens with the addition of PRP showed sufficient therapeutic efficacy of the latter in the treatment of dry keratoconjunctivitis of dogs and related various keratopathies. When using PRP as part of the complex therapy of KCS, treatment time is reduced, the rate of instillation of antibiotics, immunosuppressive drugs is reduced, the period of remission, which is persistent and prolonged, is increased. Based on the results of our study, dogs who had a severe form of KCS, receiving as part of the complex therapy also PRP, had a more intense positive dynamics and by the 30th day of treatment the degree of hydration of the anterior segment of the eye was much higher than the initial results. Against the background of standard treatment with the use of conventional therapeutic methods, the level of moisture in the anterior segment of the eye also increased, but the positive dynamics was less intense and less pronounced. Our research in the field of application of PRP in veterinary ophthalmology shows that the level of total tear production in severe forms of KCS is restored to a greater extent, compared with standard conservative treatments, it is possible to achieve maximum therapeutic effect in a shorter time. According to the results of our research, we can also say that it acts as a protector of tissue regeneration [1, 13] and due to the presence of these properties, its use is justified in various kinds of inflammatory or traumatic processes in the tissues of the anterior ocular surface
