PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, DISIPLIN DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL PADA BADAN PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA DAERAH DI PROVINSI BENGKULU
Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and discipline and competence on employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Bengkulu Province. The type of this research was a quantitative descriptive study. In this research, there were 112 employees on duty at BPBD in Bengkulu Province. The sample technique was by means of a census with a total sample of 112 people. The data analysis method used includes data quality test (validity test and reliability test). The analytical technique used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Research results 1) Leadership has no effect on job satisfaction at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Bengkulu Province where the t-count (0.28) < 1.96. It means that changes that occur in the leadership in the Bengkulu Province BPBD do not cause changes in employee job satisfaction. 2). Discipline has no effect on job satisfaction at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Bengkulu Province where the t-count (0.90) < 1.96. 3) Competence has an effect on job satisfaction at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Bengkulu Province where the t-count value (2.48) > 1.96. 4) Leadership has no effect on commitment to the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Bengkulu Province, where the t-count value (-0.0082) < 1.96. 5) Discipline has no effect on job satisfaction at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Bengkulu Province where the t-count (0.93) < 1.96. 6). Competence affects organizational commitment at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Bengkulu Province where the t-count value (2.12) > 1.96. 7). Job satisfaction has an effect on organizational commitment to the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Bengkulu Province. It means that the higher the job satisfaction of employees in BPBD Bengkulu Province where the t-count value (13.73) > 1.96.

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kedisiplinan serta kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan komitmen organisasi pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 112 pegawai yang bertugas di BPBD Provinsi Bengkulu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 112 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji kualitas data (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas). Teknik analisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian 1) Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Bengkulu dimana t hitung (0,28) < 1,96. Artinya perubahan yang terjadi pada kepemimpinan di BPBD Provinsi Bengkulu tidak menyebabkan perubahan kepuasan kerja pegawai. 2). Disiplin tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Bengkulu dimana t hitung (0,90) < 1,96. 3) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Bengkulu dimana nilai thitung (2,48) > 1,96. 4) Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Bengkulu, dimana nilai thitung (-0,0082) < 1,96. 5) Disiplin tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Bengkulu dimana t hitung (0,93) < 1,96. 6). Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Bengkulu dimana nilai thitung (2,12) > 1,96. 7). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Bengkulu. Artinya semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja pegawai di BPBD Provinsi Bengkulu dimana nilai t hitung (13,73) > 1,96.

PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT.ADIRA QUANTUM MULTIFINANCE BENGKULU
Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance Bengkulu, dengan judul “ Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Adira Quntum Multifinance Bengkulu ” .Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance Bengkulu. Penelitian ini memiliki batasan masalah agar tetap berada dalam jalur yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu meneliti pengaruh kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance Bengkulu. Pada dasarnya kompensasi adalah setiap bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan sebagai balas jasa atas kontribusi yang mereka berikan kepada organisasi. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja adalah keadaan emosional yang menyenangkan atau tidak menyenangkan para karyawan memandang pekerjaan mereka. Dan kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif, yaitu data yang berbentuk angka atau data kualitatif yang diangkakan. Data kualitatif yang diangkakan misalnya terdapat dalam skala pengukuran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, untuk mendapatkan informasi yang benar-benar diperlukan dengan cara membuat sejumlah pertanyaan tertulis yang disebarkan dan dikumpulkan kembali. Yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance Bengkulu yaitu sebanyak 50 orang, dengan demikian metode yang diambil dalam pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan sensus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 0,336X1 + 0,174X2. Hipotesis terbukti bahwa secara bersama-sama kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 4,155 jika dibandingkan dengan nilai F tabel 3,19 berarti F hitung > F tabel dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,022. Sedangkan secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung 2,497> t tabel 1,677 dan dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,016. Untuk variable kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dimana thitung sebesar 1.291< t tabel sebesar 1,677 tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,203.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance Bengkulu dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance Bengkulu, Kompenasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance Bengkulu penulis menyarankan agar sistem pemberian kompensasi mendapatkan perhatian lebih dan dapat ditingkatkan lagi agar kinerja karyawan meningkat
The Effect of Person-Job Fit and Job Embeddedness on a Teacher’s Task Performance
The quality of an institution can be seen through the task performance of its employees. Task performance can be enhanced with various supportive aspects, including fulfilling work wants and needs, individual-job fit congruence, individual and job or institutional attachment, and formal and informal relationships with coworkers. This study aims to determine how the influence of person-job fit on a teacher\u27s job embeddedness, the influence of person-job fit on a teacher\u27s task performance, and the influence of job embeddedness on the task performance of public junior high school teachers in Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data were then analyzed descriptively to answer the research questions. One hundred fourteen respondents from various public junior high schools in Bengkulu City were taken randomly. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire instrument. Results revealed a noteworthy positive correlation between person-job fit and job embeddedness (t=10.876, p<0.05), as well as a significant positive effect on the task performance of teachers (t=5.223, p<0.05). Conversely, job embeddedness did not significantly affect teacher task performance (t=0.027, p>0.05). This study underscores the importance of prioritizing institutional leaders prioritizing employee needs fulfilment, as it serves as a vital support mechanism for enhancing task performance
The Effect of Self-Efficacy and Knowledge on a Teacher’s Task Performance: A Case Study on Public Junior High School Teachers in South Bengkulu
This study aimed to determine how self-efficacy affects teacher task performance in SMP Negeri Bengkulu Selatan and how knowledge affects task performance. The quality of an agency can be seen from the task performance of its employees. Task performance can be improved by various aspects, such as fulfilling desires, work needs, individual and job compatibility, and formal and informal relationships with colleagues. The SmartPLS4 application was used for the SEM analysis method in this study. The sample was 110 teachers from all public junior high schools in South Bengkulu. The test results show that the self-efficacy variable has a positive and significant influence on the task performance of each teacher. In contrast, the knowledge variable does not significantly influence a teacher\u27s task performance. The results showed a t-value of 5.387 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.050, thus indicating that the self-efficacy variable significantly positively affects task performance. The study results show that the t-value of 1.206 < 1.96 and the p-value of 0.228 < 0.50 shows that the knowledge variable does not positively affect the task performance variable. STUDI TENTANG BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPUASAN KERJA PERAWAT, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DI RSUD DR. M. YUNUS KOTA BENGKULU
This study aimed to examine organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus, Bengkulu. This research is a descriptive study, in order to obtain an overview of the characteristics of variable organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Total population is 279 people and the samples taken were 98 people. The method used in this study is Stratified Random Sampling, where samples will be taken as much as 35% of the total population. The results of this study indicated that 1) the existence of a good perception of the culture of the organization in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, 2) the perception is quite good on the job satisfaction of nurses in the emergency room, and inpatient clinic in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, and 3) a pretty good perception of the organization's commitment to nurses in the emergency room, and inpatient clinic in RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Therefore, for which already includes both categories to be maintained and if possible improved while the category is quite good and bad categories still needed improvement efforts to achieve good

The existence of the internet can help activities in running a company, and it is very useful for improving internal and external communication, and also able to strive for more efficient services. So that internet usage has become an unavoidable need. However, it is still much more employees use the internet that has nothing to do with work, called cyberloafing behavior. The current study intend to investigate the dynamic of employee’s role in the work place, such as role conflict, role ambiguity, role ove rload, and its relation to the cyberloafing. The goal of the research is to test the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on cyberloafing. PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS SEKABUPATEN SELUMA
The purpose of this study was to determine the ef fe ct of lead ership style an d work culture on employe e pe r f or man c e Selu ma District Health Center . This study is a survey research with quan titative approach using a qu estionnaire as a tool in data co llection. The data are obtained fr om the primar y data, the population in this study were employee s of the District Health Center Seluma totaling 508 people. The sampling me t h od is the random sampling, with a total sample of 176 people . Analysis too ls used in this study is mu l t i p le linear regression. The results obtained are variable lea d er s h ip style ( ß 1
= 0852 ) this means that the variable lead ership style has a positive impa ct on employee performance at a district health ce n t er or functionally Seluma would mean that if the le a d er s h ip style variables changed th e n there is the better employe e pe r f or ma n c e. Variable work culture (ß 2 = 0.82 0 ) had a positive influence on employee pe r f or ma n c e at a district health center Seluma when variables increases, the work culture incr ea sed employe e performa nce. Simultaneously ( together ) variable leaders hip style and work cultur e have a signif ican t effect on employ e e per formance ( F coun t = 245.4 > F table = 3. 10). Value of adju s ted R square of 73.9 % of employ e e performa nce is explained by the leaders hip style and work culture.

As expected, Distributive justice and procedural justice negatively affect the turnover intent. In addition, the effect of distributive justice on turnover intent mediated by affective and normative organizational commitment. Role Of Organizational Citizenship Behavior As A Mediateer Of The Influence Of Competency And Work Satisfaction On The Duties Of Health Personnel In The Hospital Covid-19 Statute In The City Of Bengkulu
Researchers are interested in researching the performance of health workers in the new normal era of the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of competence and job satisfaction. Research also examines the role of OCB as an intervening variable, where in previous studies, OCB was placed in the position of the dependent variable. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents using offline dissemination techniques which were distributed to the Covid-19 task force personnel in Bengkulu City consisting of doctors and non-doctors. The sample used in the analysis was 345 people taken by cluster sampling technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence significantly influences the OCB of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; (2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the OCB of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; (3) OCB has a significant effect on the task performance of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; (4) OCB mediates the effect of competence on the task performance of the Covid-19 task force health workers in Bengkulu City; and (5) OCB mediates the effect of job satisfaction on the task performance of health workers in the Covid-19 task force in Bengkulu City.
