Forecasting Stock Prices of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., by Method (BOX-JENKINS)

The purpose of this study is to find the most appropriate model for predicting future stock prices, and the analytical tool used is ARIMA. In this study, the authors used the time series data of the share price of PT BNI (Persero) Tbk. from January 3, 2017, to June 28, 2019, consisting of 594 working days from the Investing.com database. The research found that the ARIMA model analysis (3,1,3) is the most appropriate model for predicting the share price of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, with the equation model: Yt = - 6.331988 + 1.714721Yt-1 - 0.149406 Yt-2 - 1.72221 Y t-3 + 0.858083 Yt-4 + 0.729283 t-1 - 0.845787 t-2 - 0.898101 t-3

Financial Ratio Analysis to Measure Financial Performance of Cum Anugerah Bekasi Cooperative

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Savings and Loans Cooperative CUM Anugerah Bekasi in 2018-2020, seen from the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio.   Design/methodology/approach: This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research, namely collecting, processing and interpreting the data obtained to provide a clear picture of the situation under study using financial formulas. The object of this research is the financial report of the CUM Anugerah Bekasi Savings and Loan Cooperative in 2018-2020.   Findings: The results of the analysis of the Financial statements of the CUM Anugerah Bekasi Savings and Loans cooperative using financial ratio analysis are less good. So it can be concluded that the financial performance of the Savings and Loans Cooperative CUM Anugerah Bekasi.   Research, Practical & Social implications: This study confirms the need for the ability to process a savings and loan system in cooperatives. Because employees who have quality in managing cooperatives will greatly influence the progress of cooperatives.   Originality/value: Sustainability of short-term savings and loans Cooperatives must be fulfilled on time. because if there is an increase in congestion, the cooperative will produce less profit

Budaya Organisasi, Kompetensi Kerja Perngaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. MAYBANK Indonesia Cabang Juanda Jakarta

Tujuan penelitian penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh buadaya organisasi dan kompetensi kerja karyawan PT. Maybank Cabang Juanda Jakarta. Latar belakan penelitian ini adalah adanya fenomena proses komunikasi antar sesama karyawan dan pinpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan demi mencapai tujuan perusahaan untuk menarik nasabah lebih banyak. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah desktiptif korelasi untuk mencari hubungan budaya organisasi dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Maybank Indonesia  cabang  Juanda Jakarta yang beralamat di Jalan. Ir. H. Juanda No. 27A, Jakarta dari  bulan Januari sampai bulan Maret 2022. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 160 orang yakni seluruh karyawan PT. Maybank cabang Juanda dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% atau α = 0.05 maka diperoleh responden sebanyak 114. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur-literatur terkait. Analisis data yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan uji-uji intrumen penelitian agar model regresi layak digunakan.
