PLTS as one of the most promising technologies to produce economical, clean and sustainable electrical energy can currently increase the national energy mix because of its nature that can be easily built and its development requires a short time compared to other technologies. The purpose of this research is to study the PV mini-grid configuration scheme in the islands. The case study used in this research is on Kaledupa Island, Southeast Sulawesi. The data used is the actual data on the electrical load on the island of Kaledupa and data on the potential for solar radiation sourced from solarglobalatlas.info. Actual electrical load data and solar radiation potential data are processed using an excel application to calculate the PLTS capacity and energy storage system, then a capacity sizing analysis is carried out from the calculation results. This study concludes that the PV, Energy Storage System and Diesel configuration scheme is the most likely scheme to be applied to the electricity system on the island of Kaledupa, taking into account the load conditions in the electrical syste

There are several factors that influence the performance of a PLTS, one of which is related to the impact of shadows falling on the surface of the photovoltaic module. The impact of shadows on the performance of PLTS is the driving factor for carrying out this research. This research aims to analyze the impact of shadow simulation on PLTS using SAM software. The PLTS location discussed in this research is the 1.3 MWp PLTS Selayar, South Sulawesi. The data used is PLTS main equipment specification data and solar radiation data sourced from NSRDB-NREL. The data is then processed using SAM (Supervisory Advisor Model) software to simulate three conditions, without shading, self-shading and vegetation shading. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that there is a decrease in PLTS production in self-shading conditions of 28,616 kWh and a performance ratio of 1.03% compared to conditions without shading, whereas when compared with self-shading and vegetation shading conditions, there is a decrease in production of 81,406 kWh and the performance ratio of 2.94%. This condition shows the need to address the causes of shading, especially shading caused by vegetation around the PLTS environment

Kata kunci: Feedwater Heater, Net Plant Heat Rate, Terminal Temperature DifferenceAbstract— Closed Feedwater heater is one of the important components in steam power plant process, which can affect efficiency. Objective of this study is to analyze the effect of closed feedwater heater parameter on net plant heat rate. The actual data is acquired from the performance test at base load conditions. The performance test data is then compared with the reference data from the results of commissioning performance test. The differences in the data are then correlated with the impact factor of parameter changes on heat losses rate. This study concludes that the parameter in the cycle component has a significant impact on the increase of net plant heart rate was Terminal .Keywords: Feedwater Heater, Net Plant Heat Rate, Terminal Temperature Differenc
