    The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of non-physical work environment on job satisfaction lecturer of the Faculty of Communication and Business at the University of Telkom Bandung. The independentvariable X of the study is non-physical work environment while the dependent variable Y is job satisfaction. The data are obtained by distributing questionnaires, sampling technique uses the saturation. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis method.The research results prove that the non-physical work environment by 38.8% have influence on job satisfaction lecturer of the Faculty of Communication and Business, University of Telkom Bandung and theremaining 61.2% is influenced by other factors that are not observed in this study. In other words, there is a partial effect of non-physical work environment on permanent lecturers’ job satisfaction on the Faculty ofCommunication and Business, University of Telkom Bandung

    The purpose of this study is to determine how much is the influence of the compensation to organizationalcommitment. The x variable was compensation, while the y variable is the organization's commitment.This research used quantitative methods with causality descriptive research type. The population in thisstudy were the employees of Woman Empowerment, Child Protection And Family Planning Board OfWest Java Province, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on research result, there is a positiveand significant impact of employee compensation to organizational commitment. The result ofcompensation determination influenced 9.3% to the employee’s organizational commitment of WomanEmpowerment, Child Protection And Family Planning Board Of West Java Province and the rest 90,7 %influenced by another factors outside this research

    Related to the performance of the homebase lecturers at the Faculty of Communications and Business, Telkom University, in conduct the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Tertiary Education), research and community service feels lacking. That is why this research is intended to know the performance condition also to see the factors that encourage and the factors that are dominant towards the performance of fixed lecturers at the Faculty of Communications and Business in Telkom University. The method that is used in this research is descriptive analysis with factor analysis technique. The type of this research is quantitative research. The respondants in this research are the fixed lecturers at the Faculty of Communications and Business in Telkom University. The research data is obtained by distributing questionnaires towards 70 respondants and literature review. Based on the descriptive analysis result, fixed lecturers performance in the "good" category is about 77%. Factor analysis results states that ability factor, organizational structure factor, background factor, and perception factor are the factors that encourage the performance of the fixed lecturers at the Faculty of Communications and Business in Telkom University. The ability factor which is representated by attitude, motivation, expertise, discipline, effectivity, and efficiency factors has the highest value % of variance that is about 34,837%. Organizational structure factor which is representated by resource, leadership, work experience, and work design factor has the value % of variance about 10,588%. Background factor which is representated by initiative and demography factor has the value % of variance about 8,533% while the perception factor has the value % of variance about 7,630%

    Dalam kehidupan sosial, setiap individu berperilaku dengan sifat dan karakteristik masing-masing baik dalam hal kepribadian, sikap, kecakapan, bakat, kepandaian maupun minat. Perilaku timbul sebagai akibat dari adanya stimulus tertentu yang dialami seseorang baik yang berasal dari dalam diri maupun yang berasal dari lingkungannya. Perilaku manusia ada yang timbul secara sadar dan ada pula yang tak sadar Mekanisme perilaku terdiri atas dua aliran yaitu aliran behaviorisme dan aliran holistik. Di dalam berorganisasi, individu berkumpul dengan perilaku masing-masing serta karakteristik yang berbeda-beda. Oleh sebab itu, perilaku organisasi merupakan suatu wadah untuk belajar memahami berbagai perilaku dan mempelajari cara-cara dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang kemungkinan timbul karena perbedaan perilaku tersebut. Dalam buku ini menjelaskan mengenai konsep dasar dan sejarah perilaku organisasi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perilaku individu dan kepribadian, sikap dan stres kerja dan kreativitas dan inovasi pegawai dalam organisasi, kepuasan kerja, konflik kerja dan cara mengelola konflik , teori motivasi dan pendekatannya serta sistem reward dan peningkatan kinerja pegawai, perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan dan kelompok dalam organisasi, pengorganisasian dan perubahan kepemimpinan dan pengembangan organisasi dan kedisiplinan dan komitmen kerja , budaya organisasi , teori pembelajaran, kepribadian, persepsi, sikap dan motivasi serta budaya masyarakat dalam menyuarakan aspirasi dan komunikasi dalam organisasi
