One of the most important directions of Russia's economic and energy strategy is to increase the efficiency in the field of heat supply. One of the options for solving this issue is using preinsulated pipelines, such as steel pipes in polyurethane foam polyethylene insulation. The experience of their application indicates several disadvantages associated with defects in pipes in polyurethane foam insulation and installed pipelines. The studies carried out made it possible to identify the main defects and inconsistencies in the manufacture and installation of preinsulated pipelines and the reasons for their occurrence. Following this, the authors have developed a set of operations and control tools during the installation of pipes in polyurethane foam PE insulation, clarifying the requirements of the input, operational and acceptance types of control, which contribute to improving the quality of the finished product, which was the purpose of this work

Rapid urbanization is one of the most significant global trends in an increasingly interconnected world. This means a new global approach to assessing the role of cities in the economy, climate change, use and consumption of natural resources as well as their contribution to social and innovative development. Globalization and large-scale urbanization, combined with smart technologies, are rapidly changing the world around us, the structure of economic activity and the way people live. After the publication in 1987 the report “Our Common Future” by the UN World Commission on Environment and Development, the conference in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 and other international initiatives by 2008 declarations, framework directives, strategies and methodologies for sustainable development and the creation of “green” economy were adopted. Taking into account the historically high level of urbanization in our country (70.08% of the population lives in cities) [1], in recent years, legislative instruments of the local (city) level, aimed at using the tools of integrated territorial planning, have begun to form. The article describes the experience of urban territorial planning practices in Novogrudok, Polotsk, Novopolotsk and Brest for which local strategic documents of a new type have now been developed: “Green Urban Development Plans” and the Concept of Smart Sustainable Development

Centromeric chromatin: Structure, function and epigenetic inheritance

The centromere is the chromosomal locus that determines the site of kinetochore formation and spindle attachment during mitosis and is therefore critical for proper chromosome segregation and cell viability. Centromere protein A (CENP-A) is a histone H3 variant that epigenetically specifies centromere location independently of DNA sequence. Therefore, there must exist unique features of the CENP-A protein, the CENP-A containing nucleosome or the higher order chromatin structure specified by the presence of CENP-A that allows the cells to distinguish the centromere from the rest of the chromatin. We utilize a set of complimentary in-vitro and in-vivo approaches in order to gain insight into the structure and specification of centromeric chromatin. First, by using a recombinant nucleosome array system we find that CENP-A arrays are composed of octameric nucleosomes that assemble in a stepwise mechanism, recapitulating conventional array assembly with canonical histones. CENP-A-containing arrays are globally condensed relative to arrays with the canonical histones and importantly the DNA termini within each nucleosome are loosely connected to CENP-A as detected by measuring both, the DNA as well we the protein components of the nucleosome array. Next, we extend our analysis of CENP-A containing chromatin by analyzing functional human centromeres using genomics tools. We find that, very consistently with our in-vitro observations, the predominant form of the CENP-A particle at human centromeres is an octameric nucleosome, CENP-A nucleosomes are very highly phased and CENP-A nucleosomes exhibit similar DNA unwrapping behavior as octameric CENP-A nucleosomes reconstituted with recombinant components. Lastly, we define the natural chromatin environment of CENP-A containing nucleosomes found at functional centromeres by determining their post translational modification status. By setting up a large scale purification system and coupling it with high resolution mass spectrometry we find that the CENP-A N-terminal tail is both trimethylated at its Glycine 1 position after constitutive initiating Methionine removal and doubly phosphorylated at Serine 16 and Serine 18 positions. We also find that the phosphorylation at the N-terminal tail plays a role in mediating the condensation status of centromeric chromatin. Taken together, these findings greatly extend our understanding of the unique properties of centromeric chromatin

The necessity of upgrading food products and its strength security is grounded in the article. The aggregate of factors, influencing on the increase of interest of the Ukrainian enterprises of food retail industry to providing of safety of the produced products, is considered. Development and introduction of control the system by safety is also examined on food enterprises. In the conditions of competition exactly those enterprises win at the food market, whose products will be more high-quality and safe, and also those which quick than other will inculcate the checking of quality of NASSR system in the activity. NASSR is conception, which foresees systematic authentication, estimation and management dangerous factors which substantially influence on safety of products. Practical application of principles of NASSR sets quite a bit positive patterns of achievement of high results on providing of safety of food products. Development of the system of providing of food safety is one of the most effective methods of achievement of safety of food products. And for creation of most effective control the system by safety food products it is necessary to combine enterprises and unite approaches, which contained in a few international standards. The development of the system of providing of food safety products process is a process, adding the value of organization
