    Pengembangan E-Modul Pelatihan Berbasis Self-Directed Learning Tentang Pembuatan Materi Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris SMP

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelatihan dan menganalisis kelemahan pelaksanaan Pelatihan di MGMP Bahasa Inggirs dalam jenjang SMP di kota Salatiga serta mengembangkan modul pelatihan berbasis Self Directed Learning dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan Guru Bahasa Inggris di jenjang SMP untuk mengembangkan materi pembelajaran bahasa inggris. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Research and Development (R&D) model Sugiyono dengan pendekatan penelitian mixed method sequential exploratory . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, serta angket. Teknik Validasi data dilalukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Tahap pengembangan yang dilakukan melalui: (1) Potensi dan Masalah, (2) Pengumpulan Data, (3) Desain Produk, (4) Validasi Desain dan (5) Perbaikan Desain. (6) Uji Coba Terbatas kepada 40 Guru 2 kelas pelatihan, yaitu: kelas eksperimen 20 orang dan kelas kontrol 20 orang. Teknik analisis Data Kualitatif menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif berdasarkan Milles & Huberman (1994), yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclutions drawing and verification. Analisis data data kuantitatif berupa hasil nilai pretest dan post test akan dianalisis menggunakan analisis SPSS Paired T test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelemahan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama ini hanya berfokus pada pelatihan administratif bagi guru, demikian pula waktu pelaksanaan yang yang tidak fleksibel. Berdasarkan uji coba lapangan terdapat peningkatan hasil dari pre test dan post test bagi peserta.The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of training and analyze the weaknesses of the implementation of training in MGMP English in junior high school in Salatiga city and develop a training module based on Self Directed Learning in order to improve the ability of English Language Teachers in junior high school to develop English learning materials. Quantitative data analysis in the form of pretest and post test scores will be analyzed using SPSS Paired T test analysis. The results of this study show that the weaknesses of the training carried out so far have only focused on administrative training for teachers, as well as inflexible implementation time. Based on the field trial, there was an increase in the results of the pre-test and post-test for participants

    This study aimed to develop and evaluate a Self-Directed Learning (SDL)-based e-module on Flipped Classroom learning material creation for English teachers in junior high schools in Salatiga and describes the weaknesses of the English learning material development training that has been implemented in junior high schools in Salatiga.
