    Pemodelan dan Simulasi Battery Charger Berbasis Push-Pull Converter Menggunakan Matlab-Simulink

    Battery is an alternative energy source and it is important for energy storage. Battery is often used as energy reserves but the energy in the battery is not able to maintain for longer time. Therefore the battery need to be recharged. This paper proposed a push-pull converter design which is supplied by PLN. In the push-pull converter design the output voltage is constantly in 14.1 volt value with the current of 2.16 ampere. The battery type that being used is sealed lead acid (SLA) which has a capacityof 7.2 Ah with a nominal voltage of 12 volt. The system was designed using MATLAB-Simulink software. The result of simulation shows in three scenarios in example the output of converter when the input fluctuation condition, the load of converter when the input steady state condition, then it connect to battery for charging purpose output of converter already in stable condition

    Musculosceletal disorders (MSDS) is a symptom associated with muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, nervous system, bones and blood vessels. Factors cause of MSDS is wrong work postures, repetitive movements that are too frequent and longer working lives that will cause complaints in skeletal muscle that will have an impact on the decline in labor productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship work posture and swing frequency with complaints rappid upper limb in traditional sand miners in the district Srumbung Magelang regency. Complaints musculosceletal disorders in this study was measured by using a mapping nordic body map. This study is a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. The samples used on this research is total sampling of the entire population of workers in traditional sand mining the number of workers of 38 workers. Analysis of data using univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-square test. Bivariate analysis showed that there is a correlation between work posture with complaints musculosceletal disorders (p-value 0.04) and there was no correlation between the frequency swing with complaints musculosceletal disorders (p-value 0.1). the conclusion of this study is the relationship among the variables that work with complaints musculosceletal posture disorders. Researchers also suggest the traditional sand miners to stretch before and interrupted during their work in order to increase the rate of muscle flexibility, thereby reducing the potential for lower back pain or musculosceletal disorders

    ITS-Sat merupakan jenis satelit piko yang saat ini sedang dikembangkan di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. ITS-Sat membutuhkan suatu protokol komunikasi yang mengatur tata cara komunikasi satelit. Protokol AX.25 merupakan protokol komunikasi yang digunakan dalam sistem komunikasi ITS-Sat. Protokol ini berada pada layer data link dalam model OSI Layer. Protokol ini dapat membangun dan memutuskan link serta melakukan pengiriman data. Protokol AX.25 menggabungkan data-data field menjadi suatu frame. Makalah ini mengimplementasikan protokol AX.25 ke dalam modul PAD (Packet Assembler Dissassembler). Protokol AX.25 diimplementasikan ke dalam mikrokontroler yang merupakan otak dari modul PAD dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman. Modul PAD berfungsi untuk mengkapsulasi data tiap field menjadi sebuah frame AX.25 sebelum dikirim dan kemudian frame AX.25 yang diterima dienkapsulasi kembali menjadi data field. Modul PAD yang dibuat dapat mengirim dan menerima data teks sebanyak 500 karakter. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa modul PAD yang dibuat mampu melakukan komunikasi antar modul PAD dengan baik

    In the process of the distribution of clean water to a village Pemongkong, debit frequent shortages in some villages, so this study will look at what factors cause the flow rate is very low in some villages.Generally, public needs can still be met. It can be seen from the average requirement (debit demand) daily by SKAB DPU of 9.96 L/s, while the available flow at the source from January-August 2012 more than 9.96 L/s. Then a decline debit from September-December 2012, so that people\u27s needs can not be met. Nevertheless, at the peak hours several sub-village get very low flow rates. This is because the discharge limitations provided by the source, where the maximum discharge generated by the source of 12.4 L/s, while the demand at the peak hours is 22.09 L/s.Further analyzes about head loss and preesure residu, at peak hours for maximum USAge (February 2012) there are two sub-villages that experienced head press remaining fairly low compared to other sub-villages. These sub-villages are Ujung of 20,15 m and Permas of -2,81 m. This leads to a potential barrier to the flow of these sub-villages is quite high, and water will tend to flow towards the place where the head pressure residual higher. This problem can be overcome by increasing the transmission diameter pipe from 2 ince to 3 ince. This problem can be overcome by increasing the diameter of the transmission pipeline to both the village of 2 to 3-in ince. Head hit the rest is generated after using the 3-in-diameter pipe is in the end based on manual calculations hamlet of 111.31 m, and based on simulations Epanet 2.0 at 112.45 m, while in the hamlet Permas based on manual calculations of 102.72 m and based on simulation Epanet 2.0 at 103.01 m. &nbsp

    Micro Hydro Powewr Plant (MHPP) is a power plant that converts water energy into electrical in a small capacity. Developing MHPP means developing renewable energy which is environmentally save. In this researh the position of cross flow turbine is submerged in water so it is said cross flow zero head turbine. The purpose of this reserch is to analyze the performances of cross flow zero head turbne. The variation parameters include number of blade (12, 6 and 4 blades), fixed blades and sliding blades (unbolted blades). The turbine performances to be analyzed are system efficiency, turbine output power and generator speed. The results show that the best turbine performance is obtained when number of blades is 12 with fixed blade. This yields to the best system efficiency of 0.47% obtained at generator speed of 89.9 rpm and generator power output of 29.25 Watts

The purpose of the research to determine the effect of instrumental music therapy to changes in the scale of pain in patients pre - surgery fracture in Tk. III R. W. Monginsidi Teling hospital and GMIM Bethesda Tomohon hospital. The design of this research use pre experimental, to collect the data from pretest then do intervention and then collect the data again through the posttest. The sample used non random (non probability) sampling with the number of samples of 18 people. Result using Wilcoxon signed rank test with confidential value 95% (α=0,05) and get p value 0,000 < 0,05 The conclusion, there is the influence of music therapy instrument to changes pain scale in patients pre - surgery fracture Tk. III R. W. Monginsidi Teling hospital and GMIM Bethesda Tomohon hospital
