    Las problem谩ticas sociales, como consumo de sustancias psicoactivas, acoso escolar, violencia intrafamiliar, delincuencia juvenil entre otras, han estado presentes a lo largo de la historia en nuestro territorio Colombiano. 脡stas guardan estrecha relaci贸n con el sistema familiar, pues es la familia el primer escenario donde el individuo aprende a interactuar, a expresar sus emociones e inquietudes, aprender a comunicarse con el resto de la sociedad y de cierta manera a participar dentro de la misma. As铆 pues, existen caracter铆sticas familiares o factores de riesgo que desencadenan las problem谩ticas sociales objeto de estudio, como lo son: inestabilidad y desorganizaci贸n familiar, ausencia o poca comunicaci贸n entre padres e hijos, clima afectivo inadecuado, m茅todos educativos incorrectos, abandono de menores entre otros, situaciones que se evidenciaron durante el proceso del Diplomado en Desarrollo Humano y Familia, en escenarios como barrios, escuelas y grupos familiares en los departamentos de Santander y Norte de Santander. Para identificar las problem谩ticas se recurri贸 a la metodolog铆a de Investigaci贸n Acci贸n Participaci贸n IAP, lo cual permiti贸 generar conocimiento con los actores sociales de una realidad para que ellos asuman la capacidad de identificarla y poder transformarla creativamente, a trav茅s de sus propias acciones.Social problems such as the consumption of psychoactive substances, bullying, domestic violence, juvenile delinquency and others have been present throughout our history in our Colombian territory. These are closely related to the family system, since the family is the first stage where the individual learns to interact, expresses his emotions and concerns, learns to communicate with the rest of society and in a certain way to participate in it , So there are family characteristics or risk factors that trigger the social problems studied, such as: family instability and disorganization, absence or poor communication between parents and children, inappropriate affective climate, incorrect educational methods, abandonment of minors among others . Situations that were evidenced during the process of the Diploma in Human Development and Family, in settings such as neighborhoods, schools and family groups in the departments of Santander and Norte de Santander. Thus, to identify the problems, the methodology of Action Research Participation IAP was used, which allowed to generate knowledge with the social actors of a reality so that they assume the capacity to identify it and to be able to transform it creatively, through their own actions
