O TURISMO EM ALTA FLORESTA-MT: plano municipal do turismo como proposta de desenvolvimento

Este artigo tem como objetivo investigar o Plano de Turismo de Alta Floresta (Mato Grosso), como parte dos programas compensatórios decorrentes da construção da usina hidrelétrica no Rio Teles Pires. Para a compreensão do processo de elaboração do Plano de Turismo no Município, utilizou-se como estratégia metodológica a abordagem qualitativa, mediante aplicação de questionários junto aos atores ligados ao turismo local. A pesquisa constatou que há problemas na comunicação entre os setores públicos, privados e governanças do turismo. Vale ressaltar que para a atividade do turismo venha se consolidar como uma das fontes econômicas do município, será necessário o entendimento do modelo integrador, articulado e discutido de forma participativa na elaboração de políticas públicas assertivas e pontuais.Palavras-chave: Administração. To understand the process of elaborating the Tourism Plan in the Municipality, the qualitative approach was used as a methodological strategy, through the application of questionnaires with the actors linked to local tourism. The survey found that there are problems in communication between the public, private and tourism governance sectors.
