    Physical fitness is the ability of one's body to perform daily work tasks without causing significant fatigue, so that the body still has the energy reserves to cope with the extra workload. Problems can be formulated as follows: how the Analysis of Physical Fitness High School Students of Class X Men (Study on SMA PGRI 1, State SMA 2 and SMA 3 Jombang)?The purpose of this research was to determine the level of physical fitness Son High School Students of Class X (PGRI SMA 1, SMA 2 and 3 Jombang) by Fitness Test Physical (TKJI) and to find out which is better physical fitness level high school students Son Class X Men ( PGRI SMA 1, State SMA 2 and 3 Jombang) Physical fitness test by Indonesia (TKJI).The method of data collection using descriptive methods test and measurement techniques, while the instrument used is fitness Physical Test (TKJI). For the 16-19 year age category which consists of 5 items that test: run 60 yards, lifting body (pull ups), recline seat (shit up), jump upright (vertical jump) and the 1200 meter run.Based on the research that has been conducted on physical fitness tests at the High School Students of Class X Men (SMA PGRI 1, State SMA 2 and 3 Jombang) consisting of 5 test items, it can be concluded that: the average value of physical fitness in the school SMA PGRI 1 Jombang (9.7%) both categories, (54.8%) category, (35.5%) less category, at State SMA 2 Jombang (59.1%) category, (40.9%) less category , whereas in State SMA 3 Jombang (3.8%) categories very well, (11.5%) good category (65.4%) category (19.2%) less category. The authors wish to penjaskes teachers in each school could provide more varied materials and inofatif penjaskes with the element of fun and the students should be able to improve physical fitness by continuing to perform physical activities after hours penjaskes.Keywords: Level High School Physical Fitnes

    The object of this research is the movie entitled Hellboy II by Guillermo del Toro. The major problem of this study is “how the sacrifice for better life of Prince Nuada is reflected in Hellboy II Movie (2008) Directed by Guillermo del Toro based on Individual Psychological Approach.” The researcher employs qualitative method. The researcher uses two data sources, namely primary and data source. The primary data source is the movie itself. The secondary data are the books about Individual Psychological, and the other source related to the analysis. The method of data collection is library research and the technique of data collection is descriptive technique. The study comes to the following conclusions. First, based on the structural analysis of each elements, it shows that the character and characterization, plot, point of view, setting of place and time, mise-en- scene, cinematography, editing, and the other technical elements have the unity and successfully relate to one another then finally are formulated into good quality of a movie. Second, based on the Individual Psychological analysis, it is evident that in this movie, Guillermo del Toro wants to give evidence that having sacrifice is one of the way to solve problem

When wandering the security has problem, if housing residentscome they have to wait security back.In this study the modem is a wavecom fastrak modem that has function for miscall checking and sending sms, ATmega16 is brain as control, servo motor drive a portal, the LCD is used to display the residents ID, ultrasonic sensor is used to detect the distance between the car and the portal, with this tool housing residents who will go out at night do not have to wait for security

    Analisis Stratigrafi Daerah Tanjung Kramat Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo

    Kondisi geologi yang khas, lengkap dan kompleks menjadi daya tarik penelitian di daerah Tanjung Kramat. Terlebih sampai saat ini hanya terdapat peta geologi regional berskala kecil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kondisi geologi dalam menentukan hubungan stratigrafi litologi yang ada di daerah penelitian sehingga dapat diketahui sejarah geologinya. Metode penelitian yang dipakai kualitatif dan kuatitatif terdiri dari penelitian lapangan, pekerjaan laboratorium, pengolahan dan analisis data serta pelaporan. Seluruh kegiatan di atas merupakan satu rangkaian yang tak dapat dipisahkan. Metode geologi stratigrafi dan petrologi merupakan kunci dalam mengetahui segala proses yang terjadi pada batuan mulai dari batuan terbentuk hingga menempati posisi seperti sekarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan geomorfologi daerah penelitian Kelurahan Tanjung Kramat Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo merupakan satuan perbukitan patahan. Ciri satuan ini memiliki relief perbukitan dengan kemiringan curam dengan genesa utama patahan nampak dari kelurusan garis kontur. Analisa stratigrafi hubungan Satuan Batuan Lapili Tuf dengan Satuan Batugamping Terumbu (Kalsirudit) adalah ketidakselarasan (unconformity). Hasil pengukuran bidang ketidakselarasan adalah N 95o E/23o SW. Hubungan stratigrafi daerah penelitian terkait dengan sejarah geologi, pertama kali diendapkan Satuan Batuan Lapili Tuf sekitar umur Pliosen Akhir sampai Pleistosen Awal (1,8 juta tahun lalu) dengan lingkungan pengendapan laut dalam. Kemudian mengalami pengangkatan (tektonik), lingkungan pengendapan menjadi lingkungan laut dangkal sekitar 10.000 tahun (berumur Pleistosen Akhir). Hal ini dicirikan dengan diendapkannya Batugamping Terumbu (Kalsirudit) yang berlangsung sampai saat ini (berumur Holosen)

    The purpose of this study are: (1) to produce instructional media sock puppets which are practical,attractive, effective and efficient in improving speaking skills of elementary school students, (2)to determine the steps of making media sock puppets to improve speaking skills elementary schoolstudents, and (3) to test the feasibility of instructional media products which include practicality, theattractiveness, effectiveness and efficiency of the product. This study uses a model of the development of amodified Borg & Gall. The steps of this research, namely (1) Preliminary Study, (2) Planning, (3) DesignProducts, (4) Product Validation, (5) Trial Product, and (6) End Product. The practical implications ofthis research is to develop the basic capabilities of cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning funthrough the media. The use of storytelling with a sock puppet media proved to meet these objectives

    Gunungapi dan Kegiatan Hidrotermal Bawahlaut di Perairan Sulawesi Utara: Mineralisasi dan Implikasi Tektonik

    Ekspedisi kelautan IASSHA (Indonesia Australia Survey for Submarine Hydrothermal Activity) 2003 di kawasan perairan kepulauan Sangihe, Sulawesi utara telah mengidentifikasi Kawio Barat sebagai gunungapi bawahlaut dan indikasi kegiatan hidrotermal bawahlaut antara lain di Roa, Naung dan Banua Wuhu. Kegiatan gunungapi Kawio Barat dicirikan oleh anomali transmisi cahaya akibat adanya influk fluida (plume) pada airlaut dan tingginya kandungan gas metan dalam airlaut yang berhubungan dengan tingginya kandungan mangan. Kamera bawahlaut merekam koloni dari polychaete (“tube wormsâ€) yang tumbuh pada batuan dimana gas metan muncul. Gejala mineralisasi pada batuan dicirikan adanya diseminasi pirit dan markasit pada batuan. Indikasi hidrotermal gunung Roa dicirikan adanya tingginya kandungan gas metan dalam airlaut sekitar puncak bukit sedangkan gejala aktivitas hidrotermal gunungapi Naung teridentifikasi berdasarkan tingginya kandungan gas metan dalam airlaut. Batuan penutup perbukitan Naung berupa andesit, batuapung dan breksi andesit. Perbukitan bawahlaut Banua Wuhu kemungkinan sebagai kawah parasit bawahlaut, terletak dilereng barat pulau gunung tidak aktif Mahengetang. Aktivitasnya ditunjukan oleh anomali lemah kekeruhan airlaut. Mineral ubahan berupa lempung, karbonat, klorit dan opak. Batuan terubah mengandung mineral halus pirit dan noda-noda kalkopirit. Kata Kunci: Gunungapi bawahlaut; hidrotermal, transmisi cahaya, influk fluida, gas metan, mangan, koloni dari polychaete, diseminasi pirit dan markasit, kawah parasit. The 2003 IASSHA (Indonesia Australia Survey for Submarine Hydrothermal Activity) expedition at Sangihe islands waters, North Sulawesi has identified the submarine volcano of Kawio Barat and also observed hydrothermal activities at Roa, Naung and Banua Wuhu. The activity of Kawio Barat volcano is characterized by light transmission anomaly with correlated to fluids influx (plume) and higher methane gas in sea waters correlates to higher manganese content. A submarine camera grab recorded a polychaete (“tube wormsâ€) colony that growth on the rock where a methane gas seep. The pyrite disemination and marcasite indicates rocks mineralization. The Roa and Naung hydrothermal activities indicated by higher content of methane gas in sea water. The Naung volcano is covered by andesite, pumice and andesite breccia. The Banua Wuhu hill is possibly as a parasitic cone of active Mahengetang volcano. The weak anomaly transmissometer of sea water indicates a hydrothermal activity. The alteration mineral are clay, carbonate, chlorite and opaq mineral with fine mineral of pyrite and chalcopyrite.
