Antimicrobial surfaces and materials are being emerging to control infectious microorganisms and are important in our day to day life and effectually protect the public health from pollutants including organic, inorganic and biological substances in wide range forms. Developing hybrid nanocomposites coatings that exhibit multiple approach of preventing biofilm formation provides a new generation material to combat against sessile bacterial community. In this study, we fabricated a hybrid nanoparticles (silver nanoparticles-AgNPs, Graphene oxide-GO) and polymer base (chitosan-Ch) which shows both the antibacterial and anti-adhesion properties to prevent and kill the bacteria. The fabrication and characterization of the various composite films GO-Ch, GO-AgNPs, Ch-AgNPs and GO-Ch-AgNPs were analyzed by UV–visible spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) and Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The antibiofilm activity is evaluated against two model bacteria relative to composite. The silver impregnated nanocomposites exhibit higher antibacterial activity by capture killing process and GO-Ch film exhibit anti biofilm activity by anti-adhesion activity. The results obtained in this research provided a potential next generation composite coating against prevention of biofilms

This research mainly explores the connection between Dan Brown’s The Da Vinci Code, with the filmmaker’s cinematic depiction of literature. Ron Howard as an adaptation director in the Hollywood industry is evaluated in the context of his auteurism and examined his approach of repudiating a substantial portion of the Catholic secrets which dodged the predicament of fidelity, a core of conventional Film Adaptation. Disregarding the controversy, fidelity is indeed a deliberate action overtly brought by the auteurist vision resulting from screenwriting. This article explores the modern implications of screenwriting on auteurist function, aiming at how Hollywood’s conception of the director’s auteurism in cinema works and the film’s artistic approaches from the novel to the screenplay. This study illustrates that the adaptation highlights the author’s and his work’s superiority yet emphasises the director’s technique as inevitable during the transposition.Šiuo tyrimu siekiama atskleisti ryšį tarp Dano Browno „Da Vinčio kodo“ ir kino kūrėjo kinematografinio literatūros vaizdavimo.

Living things in world is of two division one is plants and the other is animals. Animals are both single-celled and multi-celled and the multi-celled animals have invertebrates. Animals without invertebrates are the water-dwelling fishes, the water-land-dwelling frogs, the crawling snake, crocodiles and so on. The poets of the Sangam period who looked closely at the birds have studied their life patterns. Sangha literature characterizes birds as 'Pullinangal'. Only the peacock and the parrot are better described among the Pullinangal. Asunam, Thutunam, Puravu, Chicks, Bettle and Iruthalaipul are some of the birds described in Sangam literature. Sangam songs describes how these birds live in the five regions of Kurinji, Mullai, Marutham, Neithal and Palai. Thus the article examines the birds shot in the five land forms of Tamilnadu

This paper deals with the analysis of total harmonic distortion in three phase three level voltage source inverter (VSI) for the solar photovoltaic array. The Voltage source inverter as used in high power applications here we are using for the Renewable Energy as Application. The result for the Voltage Source Inverter will be quasi square wave or square wave. The Harmonics will be high if we are using the low level inverter. The 1200 or 1800 are the two modes of operation for voltage source inverter and its choose based upon its application. The MPPT technique is used to get the maximum power from the Solar PV. The SEPIC converter is DC-DC converter in which it can operates either buck or boost modes and it eliminates the ripples by using the filter. In order to improve the efficiency the SEPIC and Perturb and Observe Technique is used. The focus of the paper is to analyze and reduce the Total Harmonic Distortion with the MPPT Technique and DC-DC converter and its connected to the Grid. The simulation results for the paper and the THD values are calculated for voltage source inverter (VSI) are given below [13], [14]

Themomentous increase in exigency of electric energy is forced us to find various source of generations like solar, wind, hydraulic and clean energy like fuel cell. Low cost, high efficiency, compactness, portability and environmentally clean energy has enhanced the research on fuel cell. One of the factor which affects the life time of the fuel cell is ripple content presents in the current. In order to supply high voltage and low current applications, fuel cell is used to integrate with boost converter. But to improve the performance and lifetime of fuel cell, interleaved boost converter is employed. Also to supply for constant load the output voltage has to be maintained at a particular value. To attain this controllers are exploited. The conventional PI controller and smith predictive controller are designed for fuel cell fed interleaved boost converter in order to track the output voltage and to improve the transient time. The results depict the validity of the design procedure and the potential of the proposed method

Northeast part of India is known for its ethnogenic significance which has many roots of civilization, and it is distinct from the other part of the country. Therefore, the culture of Northeast India faces tremendous challenges due to its vast ethnographic diversity. Temsula Ao, is one of the most widely read and studied women writers of North-East India. She has been the recipient of many awards including the Padma Shri in 2007 and the Sahitya Akademi award in 2013.  She is also a pioneer writer from Nagaland. The main aim of this study is to explore ethno-cultural aesthetics of the Northeast Indian region which exists in Temsula Ao’s poetry. For that purpose, fifteen of her poems are selected from her anthology titled Books of Songs. The select poems were analysed qualitatively.  This descriptive qualitative research methodology deals how Ao-Naga regional people know about human values, beliefs, behavious, and social conditions within their own environmental contexts. The major finding of this paper is in what way Temsula Ao revitalizes Ao-Naga culture and tradition by picturising her region, history and condition of women relating them with nature through her poems. Implications were identified for the people of diverse cultural backgrounds. And, it is concluded that the beauty of a region is retained by the people who have a staunch belief in their traditional cultural values and ethics
