The research was conducted with the aim to explain the reform of the legal protection of children as criminals. This research is a normative approach is juridical, conceptual and historical. The results of the reform of the legal protection of children as criminals has been widely formulated into Act No. 11/2012 on the Criminal Justice System of Children. Reforms may include minimum age of criminal responsibility of children as criminals is 12 (twelve) years, diversion, type of criminal sanctions and measures that are non-custodial and law enforcement experience as a child. Reform of the legal protection of children as criminals and have been referring to the future of our children. Also refers to the International regulations concerning the rights of children

Pengaruh Konsentrasi Dan Saat Pemberian Sitozim Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Kapas (Gossypium Hirsutum L.)

Experiment to investigate the effect of concentration and time of application of Sitozim was conducted at greenhouse in Sindangbarang Experimental Station, Bogor Agricultural University, Bogor, from February to July 1993. Four levels concentration (0, 1.25, 2.5, and 3.75 mi/l) and three application time (vegetative, generative, and vegetative+generative stage) were applied. The experimental design was Randomized Block Design with three replications. Vegetative growth was not affected by the treatments. Higher concentration gave higher weight of boll per plant, seed-cotton weight per plant, and fibre weight per plant. However, there were no significant effects of all treatments on fibre quality

Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Frekuensi 2.4 GHz dalam Penyelenggaraan Internet Wireless

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan frekuensi 2.4 GHz sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang ditetapkan dalam KM No. 2 tahun 2005 dan tanggapan penyelenggara internet wireless agar frekuensi 2.4 GHz dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan melakukan indepth interview terhadap Internet Services Provider (ISP) yang memanfaatkan frekuensi 2.4 GHz, Balai Monitor Frekuensi, Direktorat Pengendalian Sumber Daya Perangkat Pos dan Informatika dan Direktorat Standardisasi Sumber Daya Perangkat Pos dan Informatika. Berdasarkan hasil interview di lapangan, penggunaan frekuensi 2.4 GHz belum sesuai dengan persyaratan teknis yang ditetapkan dalam KM No.2 tahun 2005. Agar frekuensi 2.4 GHz dapat digunakan secara maksimal maka penggunaan frekuensi 2.4 GHz bebas namun tidak sebebas-bebasnya, adanya pengawasan daya pancar, peralatan yang digunakan disertifikasi terlebih dahulu, optimisasi perangkat, penggunaan frekuensi 2.4 GHz untuk lastmile saja dan perlu dipikirkan pengaturan Frequency Reuse

Oven Destilator Pengolah Sampah Plastik Ramah Lingkungan “Pemanfaatan Asap Cair Hasil Olahan Oven Destilator Untuk Pengawetan Kayu

Up to now, the majority of people treat plastic waste by burning and disposing it directly to the surrounding environment. The burning of the waste causes air pollution due to toxic compound called dioxin which is harmful for human health. Meanwhile, the dumping of plastic waste into water bodies can causing some negative effects such as the clogging of water duct or river which may lead to flooding. Annually, the number of plastic bag used can reach 500 million – 1 billion, which is equal to 10 fold wrapping of earth surface (Nitizen, 2008). The best handling of plastic waste are using reuse or recycle methods which are environmentally friendly and at the same time can gain economical value1). The study is aimed to: 1) understand the capability of oven distillator in processing plastic waste into plastic grain and liquid smoke, 2) understand the influence of liquid smoke towards wood durability, 3) understand the price of the oven distillator and the corresponding break even point (BEP).The study was an experimental one and employed pre test and post test with control group design, and simultaneously assessing equipment's production capacity. The data was analyzed descriptively and analytically with Anova test and t-test at 95% level of significance.The results show that oven distillator capable for processing 97,3% of plastic waste into plastic grain, while the rest was converted into liquid smoke. The liquid smoke was proved affect wood preservation (anova test, p<0.001), and have similar quality compared with varnish use (t-test, p=0,764). The cost analysis shows that the distillatory raise economical value of the waste by 217,66%, and The BEP would be reached in 68 days if 12 kg plastic is processed daily. It is advised that he oven can be used by general community or home industries for applying green and high economically value of plastic waste processing

Keamanan Stevia Hasil Budidaya B2p2to2t Dalam Aspek Teratogenitas

Teratogenic test has been performed on sweet stevia as product of B2P2TO2T cultivation at rats (Rattus novergicus) pregnant female Wistar. Stevia sweet was administered orally at a dose of 360, 120 and 40 mg/kg bw, volume 1 ml/100g bw per day during organogenesis period, on the day of pregnancy to the 6th until 15th. During the test, test animals were observed two times daily with the distance of six hours against the toxicity symptoms such as changes in skin, hair, eyes and mucous membranes, bleeding. Animals that experienced abortion, premature birth or death during the trial period were sacrificed and observed immediately with microscopic technic. At 20th day of pregnancy all of the pregnant rat dissected, and put out the fetuses from the mother's and observated the health conditions in general and the whole of mothers reproductive systems of fetuses, the outer fetal malformation and soft tissue system of fetal. The conclusion were sweet stevia of B2P2TO2T no worse effect on the mother rats, fetal body weight and morphology of mother rats and the fetus, does not affect the process of development of fetal soft tissue, and does not affect the development of fetal skeleton. Generally the B2P2TO2T stevia sweet substances safe for used, does not cause teratogenic effects

The development of more modern area make a change for trend or lifestyle in society. Modern society who came in to restaurant or cafe is not only for enjoying the food and drink, but also to enjoying the atmosphere who created by the cafe. this makes business people in culinary business should consider store environment at his cafe or restaurant.Creativity restaurant in creating attractive store environment would be added value. Store environment created by the restaurant to be one factor in encouraging of purchase decision. The store environment included store image, store atmospherics, and store theatrics. T This research was conducted as the sales at Kedai Amarta Semarang continued to fluctuate from 2010-2013, so we have to know store image, store atmospherics, and store theatrics influence the purchase decision.The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of store image, store atmospherics, and store theatrics to the purchasing decision at Kedai Amarta Semarang. The type of researh is explanatory research. Interviews with questionnaire were adopted for data collection in this study. Hundred people were employed as respondent by purposive sampling technique. The respondents were visitors Kedai Amarta Semarang who have made a purchase of at least two times.The research results showed that store image, store atmospherics, store theatrics influenced on purchase decisions, partially or simultaneously. The results obtained by analyzing the primary data with validity test, reliability test, crosstab analysis, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and a significance test (t and F) using SPSS for Windows version 15,0.Based on the results, the researcher suggests that Kedai Amarta management need to improve service, maintain the quality of food and drink , increase the variety of the menu, increase the variety of types of music played, increase the availability of the parking area, change the decor theme appropriate the present moment, and update the program promotion
