Variants of the Financing of the Fixed Assets Acqusition

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na formy financování pořízení dlouhodobého majetku. První část této práce je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristikou dlouhodobého majetku a jednotlivé možnosti jeho financování. V druhé části pracuji se skutečnými daty společnosti ABC s.r.o., která jsou důležitá pro zhodnocení finanční situace podniku. Následně dle zjištěných faktů navrhnu výběr nejvýhodnější alternativy financování pořízení majetku.The bachelor´s thesis is focused on forms of financing the acquisition of fixed assets. The first part of this thesis deals with the theory, it is a general characterization of the fixed assets and the options for their financing. In the second part I work with real data of the ABC Company, Ltd., which are important for the assessment of their financial situation. Subsequently, according to the findings suggest a selection of the best alternatives of financing the acquisition of assets.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Selected Public Corporation

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením hospodaření města Blansko v letech 2013-2017. Práce je rozdělena do třech hlavních částí, v členění na teoretická východiska práce, analýzu současného stavu a vlastní návrhy řešení. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zpracována dle poznatků čerpaných především z odborné literatury a z platných právních předpisů České republiky. Data a informace potřebné pro zpracování praktické části jsou poté primárně získávány z účetních a finančních výkazů. Na základě těchto podkladů bude možno zhodnotit hospodaření města včetně vytvoření vhodných návrhů, které povedou ke zlepšení hospodářské situace.The diploma thesis deals with the economy of the municipality of Blansko in the years 2013-2017. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first presents theoretical work outlets, the second analysis of the present state, and the third own solution proposals. The theoretical part of the thesis is mainly processed according to the information gathered from a professional literature and from valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic. The data and information needed to process the practical parts are primarily obtained from the accounting and financial statements. On the basis of these documents, it will be possible to evaluate the financial management of municipality, including the creation of suitable proposals that will lead to an improvement in the economic situation.
