Трансформація вектору зовнішньої політики Лівану 2011–2017 рр.

The place and international position of Lebanon in the world political arena today is changing and transforming under the influence of globalization. Thus, this is not deprive, but changes the vector on the international arena and does not exclude the already acquired conservative character. Prime Minister Tamam Salam, who is the executive of the President of the Republic of Lebanon, is reforming and liberalizing the law and changing the vector of foreign policy. He doing this without leaving the traditions and religious views, also without rejecting the conservative nature of foreign and domestic policies. Although Lebanon is part of the League of Arab States, which is accused of non-democracies, it has a democratic regime for a long time. Balancing the policy of the Lebanese Republic between conservatism, traditionalism, democracy and liberalization makes Lebanon a great country for analysis, since it provides an opportunity to reflect the coexistence of democracy with the stereotyped vision of the “Islamic world”.Місце та міжнародне становище Лівану на світовій політичній арені на сьогоднішній день змінюється та трансформується під впливом глобалізації. Прем’єр-міністр Тамам Салям, він ж виконувач обов’язків Президента Ліванської Республіки, здійснює реформи та лібералізацію законодавства й змінює вектор зовнішньої політики, не відходячи від традицій та релігійних поглядів, а також не відмовляючись від консервативного характеру зовнішньої та внутрішньої політик. Хоча Ліван і входить до Ліги Арабських Держав, яку звинувачують у недемократичності, проте тривалий час у Лівані панує демократичний режим. Балансування політики Ліванської республіки між консерватизмом й традиціоналізмом та демократією й лібералізацією робить Ліван чудовою країною для аналізу, оскільки дає можливість відобразити співіснування демократії зі стереотипним баченням “ісламського світу”. Методологічною основою роботи став синтез системного, структурно-функціонального та компаративістського методу, в рамках системно-структурного підходу. Cистемно-структурний підхід надає можливість дослідити складний структурний контекст, який частково визначає можливості або перепони для реалізації зовнішньої політики, а також прослідкувати динаміку її змін. Структурно-функціональний метод надає змогу дослідити специфіку внутрішнього устрою політичних режимів та можливостей політичних інститутів впливати на формування та реалізацію зовнішньої політики. Застосування методу аналізу документів  дозволило дослідити нормативно-правову базу формування зовнішньої політики Лівану. Наукова новизна полягає у визначенні вектору трансформації зовнішньополітичного курсу Лівану 2011–2017 рр

Зміна вектора зовнішньої політики Єгипту 2011–2017 рр. як чинник зростання міжнародних індексів

Position and place of Egypt in the international arena is changing the vector, but does not rule out the already conservative nature. Undoubtedly, the country's leaders do not deviate from traditions and religious beliefs in the implementation of both domestic and foreign policy, but President Abdul As-Sisi introduces changes that mitigate the country's legislation. This is evident in the changes in the rights of women and children, corruption, employment rights and marriage. The persistent and prolonged authoritarian regime was the reason for the reluctance to cooperate with the Club of Dictators. The President did not consider cooperation with the Western countries as possible, because in the Arab World the idea was that the West was the source of sin. That is why the spread of the West to the Arab World is not possible. However, the revolutionary actions of the end of 2010 – the beginning of 2011. Since the life of the population did not meet the standards of their leaders, the struggle for democracy, human rights, women's rights, freedom of choice, freedom of speech, unemployment, corruption, and led to a struggle between different political groups and ideological forces in the direction and strategy of transformation and resources, exit to the surface. The purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of the transformation of the course of foreign policy of the Arab world. Object: the foreign policy of Egypt, and that is why the subject acts – the transformation of the course of the foreign policy of Egypt. The tasks were as follows: analyze the foreign policy of Egypt in the dynamics; identify the peculiarities of transformation; to outline the role and place of a leader in the implementation of foreign policy. The methodological basis of the work was the systematic structural approach, empirical and systematic methods, comparison, synthesis and constructivism. The systematic-structural approach provides an opportunity to explore the complex structural context, which partially determines the possibilities or obstacles for the implementation of their foreign policy. The structural-functional method, together with the system, allows us to investigate the specifics of the internal structure of political regimes. Among the empirical methods the primary role is played by the analysis of primary sources. Scientific novelty lies in determining the peculiarities of the transformation of the foreign policy of Egypt and determining the key role of the leader in the formation of foreign policy.Позиція та місце Єгипту на міжнародній арені змінює вектор, але не виключає вже набутий консервативний характер. Безумовно лідери країни не відходять від традицій та релігійних поглядів у реалізації як внутрішньої, так і зовнішньої політики, проте президент Абдель Фаттах Ас-Сісі впроваджує зміни та пом’якшує законодавство країни. Це яскраво відображається в змінах щодо прав жінок та дітей, корупції, прав щодо працевлаштування та укладання шлюбів. Стійкий і тривалий авторитарний режим був причиною небажання світової спільноти співпрацювати з “Клубом диктаторів”. Президент країни не вважав співпрацю із Західними країнами за можливу, адже в Арабському Світі панувала думка, що захід – це джерело гріха, як наслідок – поширення Заходу на Арабський Світ неможливе. Однак, революційні події 2010–2011 рр. стали початком змін, адже життя населення не відповідало стандартам їх лідерів, боротьба за демократію, права людини, права жінок, свободу вибору та слова, проблеми безробіття та корупції призвели до боротьби між різними політичними групами та ідеологічними силами за напрямок і стратегію перетворень та державні ресурси. Мета дослідження – визначити особливості трансформації курсу зовнішньої політики країн Арабського Світу. Об’єкт: зовнішня політика Єгипту, а саме тому предметом виступає – трансформація курсу зовнішньої політики Єгипту. Було поставлено такі завдання, як: проаналізувати зовнішню політику Єгипту в динаміці; визначити особливості трансформації; окреслити роль та місце лідера в реалізації зовнішньої політики. Методологічною основою роботи став системно-структурний підхід, емпіричний та системний методи, порівняння, синтез та конструктивізм. Cистемно-структурний підхід надає можливість дослідити складний структурний контекст, який частково визначає можливості або перепони для реалізації їх зовнішньої політики. Структурно-функціональний метод, разом із системним, надає змогу дослідити специфіку внутрішнього устрою політичних режимів. Серед емпіричних методів найважливішу роль відіграє аналіз першоджерел. Наукова новизна закладається у визначенні особливостей трансформації зовнішньополітичного курсу Єгипту та визначення ключової ролі лідера у формуванні зовнішньої політики

Исследование электромагнитных процессов в полупроводниковом преобразователе с высокочастотным пятизонным регуливанием выходного напряжения

Метою роботи є використання методу багатопараметричних функцій з використанням пакету MATHCAD для аналізу електромагнітних процесів в електричних колах з напівпровідниковими комутаторами. У цій статті проведено аналіз електромагнітних процесів в електричних колах напівпровідниковими з комутаторами. Створено математичну модель для аналізу електромагнітних процесів в напівпровідникових перетворювачах з широтно-імпульсним регулюванням вихідної напруги. Наведено графіки, що від ображають електромагнітні процеси у електричних колах.Analysis of the electromagnetic processes is organized beside this article in electric circuit with semiconductor commutator. Mathematical model is created for analysis electro-magnetic processes in semiconductor converter with width pulsed regulation of the output voltage. The broughted graphs, which reflect the electromagnetic processes in electric circuit. Method much parametric functions was used when performing calculation. The mathematical model of the converter is created for five zoned regulations of the output voltage.В этой статье проведено анализ электромагнитных процессов в электрических цепях с полупроводниковыми коммутаторами. Создано математическую модель для анализа электромагнитных процессов в полупроводниковых преобразователях с широтно-импульсным регулированием выходного напряжения. Приведено графики, которые отражают электромагнитные процессы в электрических цепях. При выполнении расчетов использовался метод многопараметрических функций. Relativistic Quantum Information in Detectors-Field Interactions

We review Unruh-DeWitt detectors and other models of detector-field interaction in a relativistic quantum field theory setting as a tool for extracting detector-detector, field-field and detector-field correlation functions of interest in quantum information science, from entanglement dynamics to quantum teleportation. We in particular highlight the contrast between the results obtained from linear perturbation theory which can be justified provided switching effects are properly accounted for, and the nonperturbative effects from available analytic expressions which incorporate the backreaction effects of the quantum field on the detector behaviour.Comment: 21 pages, 3 figures. Створено математичну модель для аналізу електромагнітних процесів у напівпровідникових перетворювачах з широтно-імпульсним регулюванням вихідної напруги. Entanglement Dynamics between Inertial and Non-uniformly Accelerated Detectors

We study the time-dependence of quantum entanglement between two Unruh-DeWitt detectors, one at rest in a Minkowski frame, the other non-uniformly accelerated in some specified way. The two detectors each couple to a scalar quantum field but do not interact directly. The primary challenge in problems involving non-uniformly accelerated detectors arises from the fact that an event horizon is absent and the Unruh temperature is ill-defined. By numerical calculation we demonstrate that the correlators of the accelerated detector in the weak coupling limit behaves like those of an oscillator in a bath of time-varying "temperature" proportional to the instantaneous proper acceleration of the detector, with oscillatory modifications due to non-adiabatic effects. We find that in this setup the acceleration of the detector in effect slows down the disentanglement process in Minkowski time due to the time dilation in that moving detectorComment: 20 pages, 15 figures; References added; More analysis given in Appendix C; Typos correcte
