Financial stability and its impact on national security state : organizational and legal aspects
Purpose: This paper analyzes the financial stability, the reasons for the low level of financial stability and their impact on the national security of Ukraine. Design/Methodology/Approach: By observation, monitoring of causes and effects of financial stability. Findings: The study found that the main financial stability issues that affected national security in Ukraine were the ineffective regulatory legislation, the high level of distrust in the financial sector, the low growth rates of securities, the high level of credit rates. Also the fact that the financial sector is not capable of securing redistribution of funds in the Ukrainian economy, inefficient use of deposits by the banking sector, insufficient capital of the banking system, low dependence of the banking system on market activity, low level of ability of banks' own capital to cover losses. At the same time banks were exposed to the risk of insolvency of non-financial corporations with insufficient level of money market security and monetization in Ukraine. Practical Implications: A number of problems that negatively affect national security have been systematized. Measures have been developed that will contribute to the development of the financial sector. Originality/Value: With this article we show that the financial stability of the state, its financial dependency / independence can significantly affect national security, economic security, social security, scientific and technological, military and other types of securities.peer-reviewe
Innovative solutions of improving efficiency in public management
The paper reflects the analyzing of current trends in the use of innovation, technical and technological potential of different countries in the context of optimizing the interaction of government and the public to stimulate the effectiveness of public management. As a result of correlation analysis, it has been proven that the basic factors, determining the effectiveness of the outlined management model, are the level of development of online services and the availability of the necessary information data infrastructure. Perspective for e-government lies in the ability to improve and adapt innovative tools to public management systems around the world by using the existing digital, research and technological potential of governments of different countries
Correlation of maximum oxygen consumption with component composition of the body, body mass of men with different somatotypes aged 25-35
Background and Study Aim: The somatotype determines not only physical development, but also the functional capabilities of the organism. Investigation of the correlation relations between the component of body and VO2 max will reveal the influence of each of the components on the aerobic capacity of men in the first period of mature age. The aim of the work – to detect the peculiarities of manifestation of maximum oxygen consumption of men with different somatotypes and to investigate the relationship with the component composition of the body.
Material and Methods: The study involved 150 men aged 25-35 years. The somatotype was determined by the Heath-Carter method. The component composition of the body was determined by the bioelectrical impedance method. The VO2 max indicator was determined, metered loads were performed on a bicycle ergometer. A correlation analysis of the absolute and relative VO2 max values with the fat and muscle components of the body was performed.
Results. A high degree of inverse correlation between the relative VO2 max indicator with body mass in men of mesomorphic somatotype was established and a high degree of inverse correlation between the relative VO2 max indicator with body mass and BMI in men of endomorphic-mesomorphic somatotype.
Conclusions: For representatives of the mesomorphic and endomorphic-mesomorphic somatotype, a larger body mass and a high degree of correlation between body mass and relative VO2 max indicator are characteristic. For representatives of the ectomorphic and balanced somatotype, a smaller body mass and a lower degree of correlation between body mass and relative VO2 max indicator max are characteristic
