Ecological aspects of managing the stressed- deformed state of the mountain massif during the development of multiple coal layers

The ecological consequences of long-term development of coal deposits for the components of the environment, buildings, communications and infrastructure facilities have been analysed. The stress-deformed state of the rock massif around the preparatory working in the development of multiple coal layers is determined. The parameters of the development of the contiguous layers in the conditions of the mines of the Lviv-Volyn Coal Basin are substantiated. The complex of nature protection measures allowing to reduce the negative consequences of disturbance of the earth's surface in the development of multiple coal layers is substantiated

У навчальному посібнику «Формування у молоді гендерно-відповідальної поведінки (на прикладі українських ВНЗ)» подані матеріали, що висвітлюють підходи до визначення гендерно відповідальної поведінки та особливостей її прояву у сучасному ВНЗ. Окрема увага приділяється аналізу можливостей та напрямів роботи ВНЗ з формування гендерно-чутливого середовища та гендерно-відповідальної поведінки. Висвітлюються досвід роботи окремих ВНЗ України у цьому напрямку. Цей посібник адресований представникам адміністрації вищих навчальних закладів, які працюють на різних рівнях прийняття рішень та роботи з молоддю, а також широкому викладацькому загалу, зокрема, науковцям, які вивчають гендерні аспекти суспільного життя. Матеріали будуть корисними студетам, журналістам та всім, хто цікавиться зазначеною проблематикою. Здійснено Сумським державним університетом у рамках проекту «Рівні можливості для здобуття професії молодими матерями-студентками у вищих навчальних закладах» за фінансової підтримки Європейського Союзу. Офіційні партнери проекту – Міністерство освіти і науки України та Міністерство соціальної політики України.В учебном пособии «Формирование у молодежи гендерно-ответственного поведения (на примере украинских вузов)» представлены материалы, освещающие подходы к определению гендерно ответственного поведения и особенностей ее проявления в современном вузе. Особое внимание уделяется анализу возможностей и направлений работы вузов по формированию гендерно-чувствительного среды и гендерно-ответственного поведения. Освещаются опыт работы отдельных вузов Украины в этом направлении. Это пособие адресовано представителям администрации высших учебных заведений, которые работают на разных уровнях принятия решений и работы с молодежью, а также широкому преподавательскому общественности, в частности, ученым, изучающих гендерные аспекты общественной жизни. Материалы будут полезны студентам, журналистам и всем, кто интересуется указанной проблематикой. Осуществлен Сумским государственным университетом в рамках проекта «Равные возможности для получения профессии молодыми матерями-студентками в высших учебных заведениях» при финансовой поддержке Европейского Союза. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the opportunities and areas of work of universities in the formation of a gender-sensitive environment and gender-responsible behaviour. The experience of individual universities in Ukraine in this direction is highlighted. This manual is addressed to representatives of the administration of higher educational institutions who work at different levels of decision-making and work with young people, as well as to the general teaching community, in particular, scientists studying the gender aspects of public life. The materials will be useful to students, journalists and anyone interested in this issue. Biochemical Confirmation of Anti-Inflammatory Activity of Oxicam-Based Pharmaceutical Compositions

Biochemical confirmation of anti-inflammatory activity of oxicam-based pharmaceutical compositions was performed by the determination of the level of one of the main markers of inflammation-C-reactive protein. Biochemical studies were carried out on laboratory animals (white WAG rats) to study the anti-inflammatory effects of meloxicam, piroxicam, caffeine, and pharmaceutical compositions consisting of meloxicam and caffeine, piroxicam and caffeine compared to the reference drug - sodium diclofenac. The content of CRP in serum of rats was determined using the CRP latex test kit (State registration number 1248/2002, Kharkiv, Ukraine). It was shown that composition of meloxicam and caffeine reduced the content of CRP by 16 times compared with formalin-induced edema, and by 2 times in comparison with the reference drug diclofenac sodium, which is statistically significantly different from the control, i.e. caffeine increases and potentiates anti-inflammatory action of meloxicam
