Achieving financial security becomes one of the main tasks of the government, business management, investors and citizens. However, at the same time, the very comprehension of the essence of such security is ambiguous, as well as the mechanism for achieving it. The purpose of the article is to identify the trends and key areas of financial security research by conducting a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications that are indexed in the Scopus database. A thorough review of the evolution of financial security research was conducted from 1951 to March 2023. 2,515 publications indexed in the Scopus that contain the term "financial security" in their titles, abstracts and keywords were analyzed. The VOSviewer software was used to build network maps of the relationship between keywords, visualize the relationships between scholars from different countries, and build a network map of the relationship between keywords in chronological order. The results showed that since the beginning of the 90s of the 20th century, the number of publications on financial security has been increasing annually; the term "financial security" is used in the research of various fields of science; the majority of publications on financial security appeared between 2014 and 2020. The leadership of such research belongs to the USA, the United Kingdom and China. Visualization of the network map of common words based on bibliographic data allowed us to single out 11 clusters that characterize the key areas of financial security research. The following keywords were identified in each cluster: employment security, financial efficiency and stability, life safety, financial risks, social security, financial technologies, psychological state, economic security, family and personal security, financial literacy, and the covid-19 pandemic. The obtained results will contribute to a better understanding of global trends by researchers as well as promote future research in the field of financial security

Developing students’ intercultural communicative competence in foreign language classroom

Current social and economic changes have significantly influenced the tourism industry worldwide turning it into a diversified sphere of activity aimed at servicing tourists and meeting their needs. As tourist travels continue to grow throughout the world, they cause extensive cross-cultural contacts between different language and cultural groups. Thus, higher educational establishments of tourism profile have an important task to train competent specialists able to interact effectively at the intercultural level. In our article, based on the experience of teaching master’s degree students majoring in international tourism at Lviv Polytechnic National University, we analysed possibilities of ICC development in ESP classes by means of flipped classroom method, role plays, discussions and a special course “Cross-cultural communication in religious tourism” designed by the authors. As shown by the results of our study, the methods and resources used in our ESP classes may be particularly appropriate for the development of students’ ICC because they provide the basis for intercultural communication, ensure the link between the learning and real life and thus make the development of ICC more meaningful to learners

Neuropsychological and Neurolinguistic Foundations of Speech Activation in the Educational Process

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the neuropsychological and neurolinguistic foundations of speech activation in the educational process. Human speech activity is closely connected with all spheres of human consciousness. The history of the existence of mankind has proved that it is speech that is an important factor in the mental development of the individual and the improvement of social relations. Under the influence of speech, consciousness, mental operations, volitional and emotional spheres develop, and the intellectual capabilities of a person are enriched. Broadcasting as a psychological phenomenon is one of the most difficult in the life of each of us. Speech activity has its own physiological mechanisms, which are determined not only at the functional, but also at the morphological level. Based on the results of the study, key aspects of the neuropsychological and neurolinguistic foundations of speech activation in the educational process were considered.</p

Glibenclamide—10-h Treatment Window in a Clinically Relevant Model of Stroke

Glibenclamide improves outcomes in rat models of stroke, with treatment as late as 6 h after onset of ischemia shown to be beneficial. Because the molecular target of glibenclamide, the sulfonylurea receptor 1 (Sur1)-regulated NCCa-ATP channel, is upregulated de novo by a complex transcriptional mechanism, and the principal pathophysiological target, brain swelling, requires hours to develop, we hypothesized that the treatment window would exceed 6 h. We studied a clinically relevant rat model of stroke in which middle cerebral artery occlusion (75% < reduction in LDF signal ≤90%) was produced using an intra-arterial occluder. Recanalization was obtained 4.5 h later by removing the occluder. At that time, we administered recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rtPA; 0.9 mg/kg IV over 30 min). Immunolabeling showed modest expression of Sur1 5 h after onset of ischemia, with expression increasing 7- to 11-fold (P < 0.01) by 24 h. Rats were administered either vehicle or glibenclamide (10 μg/kg IP loading dose plus 200 ng/h by constant subcutaneous infusion) beginning 4.5 or 10 h after onset of ischemia. In rats treated at 4.5 or 10 h, glibenclamide significantly reduced hemispheric swelling at 24 h from (mean ± SEM) 14.7 ± 1.5% to 8.1 ± 1.6% or 8.8 ± 1.1% (both P < 0.01), respectively, and significantly reduced 48-h mortality from 53% to 17% or 12% (both P < 0.01), and improved Garcia scores at 48 h from 3.8 ± 0.62 to 7.6 ± 0.70 or 8.4 ± 0.74 (both P < 0.01). We conclude that, in a clinically relevant model of stroke, the treatment window for glibenclamide extends to 10 h after onset of ischemia

The main goal of the article is to develop a model for the development of the pedagogical competence of the finance teacher at the university. The object of the study is the pedagogical competence of the finance teacher at the university. The importance of developing the pedagogical competence of the finance teacher at the university has been proven. The research methodology can be described as a set of methods of modelling and theoretical and methodological analysis. According to the results obtained during the study, we presented a multi-store number of the main aspects of the formation of the pedagogical competence of the finance teacher at the university. Elements of scientific novelty are represented by processes to form the pedagogical competence of the finance teacher at the university, which are depicted on educated models. The study has a restriction in the form of concentration only on the characteristics of the teacher at the university. In the future, it is necessary to expand your scientific attention to other specializations. The prospects of further research may be an analysis of foreign experience in the formation of the pedagogical competence of the finance teacher at the university. Aspects of the formation of pedagogical competence for teachers of other higher educational institutions, and not just a finance teacher at the university, remain unresolved
