    Hardening of Ceramic Heat-protective Layers on Metallic Substances

    We developed a technology of hardening heat-protective ZrO2-Y2O3 ceramic coatings. The method includes reinforcement of ceramics by ceramic fibers and reinforcement of metal substrates using nichrome spirals. The microstructure of the coating, strength characteristics and heat resistance were studied.     The process of preparing a porous composite ceramic material based on partially stabilized zirconium dioxide, including synthesis of foam-cryogel with the addition of ZrO2–7%Y2O3, freezing, drying and sintering, was investigated. The discussed of the microstructure and phase composition of porous ZrO2(Y2O3) ceramics associated with reinforcement with ceramic fibers are discussed.Исследован процесс приготовления пористого композиционного керамического материала на основе частично стабилизированного диоксида циркония, включающий синтез пенокриогеля с добавкой ZrO2–7%Y2O3, замораживание, сушку и спекание.     In the framework of this study, software was developed for the analysis and calculation of TRG. Software development was carried out jointly with the Ural State Medical University (UGMU), the Department of Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics. The software calculates the TRG by its own methods of UGMU, and also has the opportunity to create its own methods for calculating the TRG. In the software, it is planned to use the technology of machine learning (Neural networks). This will help make the process of calculating the TWG easier, since the points from the methodology will be placed automatically

It was shown, that the efficiency of the formation of oxide fibers was largely determined by the concentration of the impregnating solution
