Analysis of the Availability of Healthy Food to Residents of Megalopolis: Who Try to Keep to a Healthy Lifestyle
The aim of this work is to assess the state of the markets, healthy nutrition and healthy food delivery in Moscow in order to identify business opportunities for market entry of a new member-the company "GoodFoodFit". Within the designated goals there were set the following objectives: to conduct market analysis of healthy food delivery across Russia and Moscow; to identify the main trends and tendencies of markets; to analyze the key market participants of healthy food deliverers and identify their weaknesses and strengths; to determine the main consumers and their preferences; to identify the business opportunities to create oneβs own service, and finally to prepare financial justification of the project implementation. As a result of the analysis of the Russian market of healthy eating and the study of consumer preferences of people looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle and utilizing healthy food delivery service, it was revealed that the most promising for creating healthy food delivery service is the average price segment
BIOSOCIAL FACTORS AND PSYCHOVEGETATIVE PECULIARITIES IN FORMATION OF ADAPTATION ABNORMALITIES IN CHILDREN WITH GROWTH RETARDATION
110 children aged 7-16 with growth retardation have been under the study. Children with different clinical variants of growth retardation are characterized by individual clinical psychophysiological peculiarities. The cause-effect relation of biosocial factors, psychovegetative changes and high morbidity rate of children with growth retardation established in the research point out to their adaptation abnormalities, that require a differentiated approach to the development of rehabilitation programs
Characterization of novel peptide-specific antibodies against the translation elongation factor eEF1A2 and their application for cancer research
Aim. We intend to characterize the new peptide-specific antibodies against the isoform 2 of translation elongation factor 1A (eEF1A2) and determine its presence in the postoperative samples of human breast, lung and stomach tumor tissues. Methods. The analysis of antibody specificity was performed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry. Immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry were used for the determination of the eEF1A2 in the human tumor samples, as well as in the samples of normal tissues surrounding tumors. Results. The antibodies obtained against the eEF1A2 specifically recognized this protein in the cell extracts and histological sections and did not cross-react with the elongation factor 1A isoform 1. eEF1A2 was revealed in the postoperative samples of breast, lung and stomach tumors as well as in the putative normal tissues surrounding tumors. Conclusions. The antibodies obtained against eEF1A2 are highly specific for the antigen and can be used for the immunological studies of tumors.ΠΠ΅ΡΠ°. ΠΡ

Performance management of investment projects based on real option theory and method of analysis of hierarchies
The article is devoted to the development of the method for evaluation and control of investment projects efficiency in conditions of high uncertainty. There are marked the limitations of the traditional evaluation methods of investment projects efficiency and proposed more relevant approach based on the application of real option theory, which allows evaluating projects with consideration of their multivariate and opportunity of decision making at every stage of their development. The article shows that, despite the high relevance of real option theory, its practical use is very difficult for a number of reasons. The main problem in estimating the value of real options is the need to use a sufficient number of a priori statistics regarding the project, which in practice is difficult. The authors propose a method in which the probabilistic characteristics of the model project are replaced with the correct expert ratings, named the modified ROV β method (MROV). The method is based on the binomial model of real option value assessing, based on the building of a decision tree, at each node of which there is possible the development according to the βoptimisticβ or βpessimisticβ forecast. Since the development of the project under any scenario depends on a number of criteria environments, the task of assessing the value of real options becomes a multicriteria task. One of the most reasonable and practically relevant methods of solving such problems is the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which is used in the basis of the developed MROV-method. The article also details the algorithm of the method application to determine quantitative estimates of the relative probabilities of the development of the project on βoptimisticβ or βpessimisticβ scenario in each node of the binomial tree. Obtained estimates are used as weights in the calculation of the net present value of the optional investment project for a decision on the feasibility of its realization and inclusion in the project evaluated real options
