    Умови формування інноваційної моделі економічного розвитку економіки України

    The aim of the work is to identify the most urgent problems that restrain the transition of the economy to the principles of the innovative model of economic development, as well as to develop concrete proposals to stimulate innovation activity in the context of its further integration of Ukraine into the world scientific and technical and socio-economic space. The conditions of formation of an innovative model of economic development of Ukraine's economy were studied in the article. The directions of the state policy directed on acceleration of innovative processes are determined. It is proved, based on calculations, that the increase of state expenditures on financing of technical sciences can be carried out on the basis of redistribution of financial resources. The level of innovation activity of industrial enterprises of Ukraine is significantly inferior to the developed countries of the EU. The critical lag behind developed countries in the implementation of innovative products, works and services that were new to the market. One of the factors contributing to the increased commercialization of science should be the use of the experience of foreign countries in tax incentives for the introduction of innovations. Restoration of economic growth was not accompanied by a steady tendency to increase the efficiency of technological innovations. The construction of an innovative model of economic development of the country requires the mobilization of the financial, material and labor resources of the state. In the context of the limited financial resources a powerful source of increased costs of technical science can serve their redistribution. In order to stimulate innovation activity, it is necessary to introduce tax incentives for the growth of innovation costs. Among the leading directions is the introduction of accelerated depreciation rates for innovative equipment.  Досліджено умови формування інноваційної моделі економічного розвитку економіки України. Визначені напрямки державної політики, спрямованої на прискорення інноваційних процесів. На основі розрахунків доведено, що зростання державних витрат на фінансування технічних наук може бути здійснене на основі перерозподілу фінансових ресурсів. Рівень інноваційної активності промислових підприємств України суттєво поступається розвинених країнам ЄС. Особливо критичним є відставання від розвинених країн у реалізації інноваційних товарів, робіт та послуг, які були новими для ринку. Одним із факторів, який би сприяв посиленню комерціалізації науки, повинно стати використання досвіду зарубіжних країн щодо податкового стимулювання впровадження інновацій. Відновлення економічного зростання не супроводжувалося стійкою тенденцією до підвищення ефективності технологічних інновацій. Побудова інноваційної моделі економічного розвитку країни потребує мобілізації фінансових, матеріальних та трудових ресурсів держави. В умовах обмеженості фінансових ресурсів вагомим джерелом збільшення витрат на технічні науки може слугувати їх перерозподіл. З метою активізації інноваційної діяльності необхідне впровадження податкове стимулювання зростання інноваційних витрат. Серед провідних напрямків – впровадження прискорених норм амортизації для інноваційного обладнання.   &nbsp

    Semiotics of Vaccination Adver-tising in Media Discourse

    The aim of the article is to analyze the verbal and visual means in advertising COVID-19 vaccination. The task is to examine the peculiarities of semiotics in vaccination advertising based on campaigns from different countries around the world, identify successful advertising strategies, and discover the reasons for communicative failures. The study analyzes the techniques of combining visual and verbal narratives in creolized advertising texts. It emphasizes that it is the visual narrative that appeals to the subconscious, which often contributes to the recipient’s necessary post-communicative action. The article examines the tactics of argumentation used in vaccination advertising (including appeals to authority, values such as health, love, freedom, etc.), studies the semiotics of the visual elements involved in argumentation. The article also analyzes the semiotics of color signals in advertising discourse, revealing their influence on the recipient’s subconscious. Examples of using semantic signs taken from other semantic domains, such as election campaigns and road sign systems, are separately considered in vaccination campaigns. The creativity of these techniques is noted, but the danger of visual disconnect with slogans and communicative failure is also indicated. The conclusion is drawn that advertising appealing to positive feelings of social responsibility, comfort, and well-being is more effective than advertising using threat-based argumentation

    Studying the Effect of Experimental Bases on the Growth Quality of Liquid Nutritional Media for Submerged Cultivation of Plague Microbe Vaccine Strain

    The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of experimental bases on the growth qualities of liquid nutrient media at the stage of obtaining the biomass of plague microbe vaccine strain using submerged cultivation.Materials and methods. Yersinia pestis EV NIIEG vaccine strain was used in the work. The cultivation was carried out in a 5 L bioreactor with automatic stirrer control. We used 28 variants of nutrient media obtained through combining five types of bases and six growth stimulants. Nutrient media without the addition of growth-stimulating additives were used as controls. The following parameters were assessed in the yield biomass: the total number of microbial cells, pH, the percentage of viable microbial cells.Results and discussion. On experimental nutrient media, biomasses of the plague microbe vaccine strain have been produced using submerged cultivation. After evaluating bacterial suspensions by the main indicators, the quality of the obtained suspensions has been compared depending on the nutrient medium used. The most promising bases identified are pancreatic hydrolyzate of casein with dry enzymatic peptone and acid hydrolyzate of corn syrup, especially in combination with such growth stimulants as sodium sulfite, ferrous ammonium sulfate or ammonium molybdate

    Usage of Solid Medium on the Basis of Corn-Steep Extract Hydrolysate in Manufacturing of Live Plague Vaccine and for Plague Agent Strain Preservation

    Objective of the study was to develop a solid medium on the basis of enzyme digest of corn-steep extract for manufacturing of live plague vaccine and storage of plague agent strains. Materials and methods. Vaccine strain and virulent strains of Yersinia pestis, nutrient media for accumulation and storage. Investigated parameters were assessed according to regulatory documentation. Results and conclusions. Developed has been nutrient medium based on enzyme digest of corn-steep extract with growth stimulation additives – Mohr’s salt and sodium sulphite. Studied have been its physical-chemical and biological properties. Approbation of the medium in manufacturing laboratory has revealed its high efficiency and possibility of usage in industrial production of live plague vaccine. Batches of preparation with optical concentration of 100 mlrd/ml and (68.2±0.9) % viability have been manufactured. Application of the stated medium allows for increase in biomass output and decrease in prime cost of final product. Confirmed has been the possibility to store the virulent plague agent strains on the medium at (4±2) °C for 18 months without reduction of the culture viability

    BLOOD CONCENTRATIONS OF NITRITE/NITRATE (NOx), METHEMOGLOBIN, LACTATE AND THEIR CORRELATION IN PATIENS AFTER LUNG TRANSPLANTATION DURING TREATMENT WITH INHALED NITRIC OXIDE

    Aim. The purpose of the research was correlation analysis of iNO, blood levels of NOx, MetHb and lacta- te in patients after LT. Materials and methods. The duration of iNO therapy was ranged from 2 to 4 days, the data of LT were analyzed in 7 patients. Results. There was a significant increase of NOx and lac- tate levels from 1 to 5 days after operation while the concentration of MetHb remained within the normal range. We have found significant positive correlations in patients after LT: between iNO and NOx concen- tration, iNO and MetHb concentration, iNO and lactate concentration, the concentration of NOx and Me- tHb, the concentration of NOx and lactate, the concentration of MetHb and lactate. Conclusion. The ob- tained data indicate that during application of iNO in patients with LT it is necessary to control both the concentration of administered iNO, the concentration of MetHb in blood and the level of NOx in serum

    УСПЕШНАЯ ОРТОТОПИЧЕСКАЯ ТРАНСПЛАНТАЦИЯ СЕРДЦА В УСЛОВИЯХ МНОГОПРОФИЛЬНОГО СТАЦИОНАРА (клиническое наблюдение)

    The mortality rate reaches 50% in the patients with a terminal cardiac failure within one year after it is diagnosed. Orthotopic cardiac transplantation is a radical method to solve this problem and enhance life quality of such patients. Even 10 years ago this surgery and the most important post-transplantation management could be performed only by leading research centers. Currently, given the improvement and accessibility of cardiac surgery, anesthesiology, intensive care, cardiology, and immunology, this type of surgery and post-transplantation management have been mastered by multi-specialty regional centers. The latter improves the accessibility of high tech care for people residing in the periphery. Среди пациентов, страдающих терминальной сердечной недостаточностью, смертность достигает 50% в течение года после постановки диагноза. Радикальным способом решения этой проблемы и повышения качества жизни таких пациентов является ортотопическая трансплантация сердца. Буквально еще 10 лет назад выполнение данной операции и, главное, ведение посттрансплантационного периода было по силам только ведущим научно-исследовательским центрам. Сегодня с совершенствованием и ростом доступности достижений кардиохирургии, анестезиологии, интенсивной терапии, кардиологии и иммунологии данная операция и посттрансплантационное ведение осваиваются многопрофильными краевыми и областными центрами. Последнее повышает доступность высокотехнологической помощи населению в регионах.

Изучение взаимосвязи иNO, уровня NOx, MetHb и лактата в крови больных после ТЛ. Материалы и методы. Продолжительность иNO-терапии составила от 2 до 4 суток, проанализированы данные ТЛ у 7 больных. Результаты. Обнаружено достоверное повышение уровня NOx и лактата с 1-х по 5-е сутки после операции, концентрация MetHb при этом оставалась в пределах нормы. У больных выявлены до- стоверные положительные корреляции: между иNO и концентрацией NOх, иNO и концентрацией MetHb, иNO и концентрацией лактата, концентрацией NOx и MetHb, концентрацией NOx и лактата, концентра- цией MetHb и лактата. Заключение. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о том, что при использовании иNO у больных с ТЛ необходимо контролировать как концентрацию вводимого иNO и MetHb в крови, так и уровень NOx в сыворотке крови.
