Formation of zonal agro-eco clusters as a mechanism for the development of rural areas
Today, the degree of agricultural development, and, in the future, the level of national food security, the public health and the quality of life, are largely ensured by innovative developments in the field of alternative agriculture, the preservation of natural resources and, above all, the main production facility β land.
At the same time, the unfilled market capacity of organic products and the significant land potential for the development of organic farming create all the necessary prerequisites for enhancing the competitiveness of Russian rural producers.
The development of agricultural entrepreneurship towards the greening of land use, organic production and development of the domestic market for organic (ecological) products in the format of zonal agro-eco clusters is one of the strategic directions for implementing reforms in the agricultural sector.
The paper presents the directions of the formation and development of zonal agro-eco clusters for the production, processing and sale of organic products in the agricultural regions of Russia.peer-reviewe

Background. The search for molecular markers of colon diseases allowing highly specific and sensitive identification and differentiation of pathological processes is a clinically important problem. Expression levels of genes responsible for proliferation can reflect the changes in the affected tissues. The study objective is to perform comparative analysis of molecular and genetic markers of proliferative activity in benign and malignant neoplasms of the colon. Materials and methods. Analysis of the changes in proliferation markers (CCND1, Ρ-MYC, Ki-67, HER2neu, TERT) in adenocarcinoma of the colon (n = 259), resection margin (about 15β20 cm from the tumor lesion) (n = 251), unchanged colon mucosa from healthy donors (n = 247), polyps (n = 28), unchanged colon mucosa intestinal polyposis (10β15 cm from the polyp) (n = 75) was performed using RT-PCR. Results and conclusion. It was shown that morphologically unchanged tissue of intestinal mucosa in malignant tumors has significant differences from normal tissue of healthy donors. Significant differences in the level of expression of genes responsible for the processes of proliferation, Ρ-MYC, CCND1, TERT were found in benign hyperproliferative diseases (polyps). Moreover, these changes were specific to the type of pathological process, which allows us to consider these genes as the most promising candidates in the development of a differential method for diagnosing colon diseases.ΠΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅. Delayed help-seeking in acute coronary syndrome β view of a problem in terms of narrative medicine
The article suggests the reasons for the delayed help-seeking in patients with acute coronary syndrome in terms of individualization of work. For analysis, the approach of narrative medicine was used, that is, a way to conceptualize medical situations using the methods of the humanities, or rather, to understand the disease as an event in the patientβs life β his biographical narrative. These categories are important both from the standpoint of ethics and patient orientation, and from the standpoint of health improving through education of the population. A number of attitudes are shown that lead to delay in help-seeking: rigidity of thinking, unwillingness to cause discomfort, atypical manifestations, distrust of medicine and the unknown medical process. In general, the inclusion of a disease in the biographical process occurs through denial of the disease, distrust of medicine and/or healthcare, procrastination. As a solution of these problems, an assessment of the general informational background of patients as society participants and education depending on the social category, is proposed

Mammaglobin mRNA expression as early breast cancer marker
Early breast cancer (BC) diagnosis is a basis for overall and relapse-free survival improvement. But methods of X-ray and morphological examination sometimes are failed in BC diagnosis. New molecular markers may give more information about BC progression. One of these markers is mammaglobin. We studied 114 tissue samples: 57 IβIV stages BC samples and 57 samples of morphologically normal breast tissue (MNBT). mRNA mammaglobin expression was assessed by qPCR with reverse transcription. mRAN mammaglobin expression was significantly higher in BC samples as compared to MNBT (p = 0,0019), besides expression level decreased during BC progression: minimal level in T3 (p = 0,0338), grade 3 (p = 0,037) and stage IV (p = 0,035) tumors. hMAM expression correlated with steroid receptors (estrogen receptor, progesterone receptpor) in MNBT (p < 0.05), but not in BC tissue. hMAM mRNA expression decreased during BC progression and correlated with steroid receptors in MNBT. hMAM expression profiling may be used as a marker in BC diagnosis

Analysis of the expression of genes involved in proliferation and apoptosis in cervical intraepithelial neoplasias and cancer of the cervix uteri
The viral nature of many female genital cancers is now beyond question. By taking into account this fact, the problem of qualitative assessment ofthenatureofcervicalintraepithelialneoplasia(CIN)anditsfocusonprogressiontoinvasivecarcinomabecomesquitenatu ral.Studiesof a number of biological markers of carcinogenesis have recently provided a possibility for prospective prediction. The paper con siders the as- pects of importance of the molecular biological markers of proliferation and apoptosis in the etiopathogenesis of genital cancers. It gives the results of examinations of 16 patients with histologically verified squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix uteri, 40 patients di agnosed as having CIN of different grades (CIN-1, CIN-2, CIN-3 β squamous cell carcinoma in situ), and 6 patients with the morphologically unaltered cervi- calepithelium,whosecervicalscrapeswereanalyzedfortheexpressionofthemRNAgenesΠ‘Π‘NB1,Ki-67,BA G,BCL-2,ESR1,andPRG. It is shown that the molecular genetic findings may be new prognostic markers that reflect the possible disease developmental pathways, sug- gesting the need for further investigation of biomarkers in order to prevent malignancies and to reduce their morbidity
