Інституційні матриці фіскальних взаємодій в демократичному суспільстві

У статті особливу увагу акцентовано на основних напрямах наукових шкіл щодо проблем функціонування інституціональних матриць у демократичному суспільстві. Окреслено основні невирішені питання та зроблені висновки про необхідність комплексного підходу до вивчення механізмів фіскальних взаємодій. (The special attention is accented on the main directions of scientific schools of institutional matrices in democratic society. The basic questions are outlined and conclusions are made about necessity of system approach to investigation of fiscal interaction’s mechanism.

Collective farm markets and fairs in the activities of consumer cooperation of the Ukrainian SSR in the second half of the 20th century

Проблема продовольчого забезпечення населення залишається актуальною в контексті сучасних економічних і політичних криз. Виходячи з цього, автор на основі архівних джерел та законодавства (на матеріалах Української РСР) простежив особливості діяльності споживчої кооперації в містах і спроби держави використовувати кооперативну торгівлю для зниження цін на колгоспних ринках і вирішення перманентного продовольчого дефіциту в останні роки існування СРСР

Розрахунок податкового навантаження на основі короткострокових фіскальних характеристик (Calculation of tax burden based on short-term fiscal characteristics)

У статті окреслено вплив податків на суб’єктів підприємництва шляхом виявлення залежностей лінійного та нелінійного типу. Здійснено побудову кривих Лафера для різних видів залежностей. Виявлено точки локального максимуму, що відповідають екструмумам виробничої та фіскальної функцій кривої Лафера. Розраховано рівень податкового навантаження в Україні на основі короткострокових фіскальних характеристик. (The influence of taxes on business entities by identifying dependencies of linear and nonlinear type is outlined. The construction of the Lafer curves for different types of dependencies was carried out. The points of the local maximum corresponding to the extramumes of the production and fiscal functions of the Lafer curves are found. The level of tax burden in Ukraine is calculated on the basis of short-term fiscal characteristics.

Споживча кооперація УРСР у міжнародному кооперативному русі у другій половині ХХ ст. як прояв ідеологічної боротьби із Заходом

The participation of consumer cooperation of the Ukrainian SSR in the international cooperative movement in the second half of the twentieth century is considered. In particular, the article analyzes the established procedure for celebrating the International Day of Cooperation in the Ukrainian SSR. In the conditions of the Soviet reality, the celebration of this day was purely formal. Namely: a grand meeting with the pronunciation of ritual speeches, a concert with the participation of folk amateur performances and relevant publications in the central and regional periodicals. In fact, the international day of cooperation under Soviet conditions turned into another of the so-called industry days, such as the day of the police, the day of the miner, the day of the metallurgist, etc. In addition, attention was focused on identifying the forms of participation of Soviet cooperation in the international cooperative movement. Cooperators of the Ukrainian SSR established a predominant number of international contacts with the neighboring countries of the socialist camp, such as Hungary, Czechoslovakia, and Romania. The usual form of such international activity was the socalled "delegation exchanges". In most cases, given the subordinate nature of cooperation in the socialist countries, these exchanges acted as ordinary visits of politeness. The activities of the Soviet delegation in the International Cooperative Alliance were also investigated. It is revealed that the main task of the Soviet cooperators was to support the external efforts of the USSR aimed at ideological and diplomatic confrontation with the countries of the West. In general, the international activities of both the Ukrainian SSR and its consumer cooperatives were not independent, but strictly followed the plans developed in Moscow.Розглядається участь споживчої кооперації УРСР у міжнародному кооперативному русі у другій половині ХХ ст. Зокрема, проаналізовано встановлений порядок щодо святкування Міжнародного дня кооперації в Українській РСР та виявлено форми участі радянської кооперації у міжнародному кооперативному русі. Досліджено діяльність радянської делегації у Міжнародному кооперативному альянсі, яка базувалась на підтримці зовнішніх зусиль СРСР щодо ідеологічного та дипломатичного протистояння із країнами Заходу
