Hubungan Kadar Timah Hitam (Pb) dengan Kadar Albumin dalam Darah dan Kejadian Anemia (Studi pada Pekerja Peleburan Timah di Perkampungan Industri Kecil (PIK) Kebasen Kab. Tegal)

Background: Exposure to lead (Pb) with low levels over a prolonged period will cause health effects such ashypertension, anemia, decreased ability to inhibit the formation of the brain and red blood. If this is not resolvedsoon, disorder may result in disruption to the body's various organ systems such as the nervous system, kidneys,reproductive system, gastrointestinal tract and anemia.This research aimed to know the association between leadexposure with albumin level and anemia.Methods: Cross-sectional study on 45 subjects research at Small Industry Village (PIK) Kebasen Talang DistrictTegal regency. Pb levels in the blood as biomaker of exposure to decreased levels of albumin and anemia.Result: There were 6 subjects who had BLL over the threshold with mean and standart deviation of 26.8 + 18.85ug/dl.They (33 sub) also had a haemoglobine level over the threshold with the mean of 14.3 + 1.10 gr %. Therewere 31 subjects with level of albumine over the threshold with the mean of 5.7+ 1.39. There was a relationshipbetween blood lead level and albumin level (p value = 0.048), with a correlation coefficient (rho) = -0.205.Conclusion: People who are working with very risky Pb exposure increased levels of albumin in the blood

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the variables firm size, liquidity, capital adequacy and financing fraud on Sharia Bank profitability in Indonesia by January 2010 until December 2014 period. Research using purposive sampling method for taking samples. Data obtained based on Bank of Indonesia published via Website realtime, obtained 60 samples.Research variables consisted of four independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Data analysing technique to answer research problem and examine research hypothesis using Double Linear Regression Analysis that supported by SPSS Statistics version 20 application.Based on the research, known that the effect of firm size (asset total), Liquidity (FDR), financing fraud (NPF) on Sharia Bank profitability partially significant. Pengaruh Produk, Harga, Tempat, Promosi Ritel Modern terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha Ritel Tradisional di Gresik

This research was aimed to examine the effect of product, price, place and promotion modern retail to the business continuity of traditional retail business in Gresik. This study used questionnaires in making primary data and quantitative approaches. Tests carried out using multiple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is the business continuity of traditional retail business and the independent variable (X) is the product, price, place,promotion of modern retail. This research sample selected using purposive technique. The sample was 50 traditional retailers radius of two kilometers of modern retail in Gresik.Based on F test results showed that the product, price, place and promotion of modern retail simultaneously significant effect on the sustainability of traditional retail businesses. While the t test results showed that it was only on the variable product, place and promotion that has a significant influence on the sustainability of traditional retail business while at variable rates have no significant effect on the sustainability of traditional retail businesses. Aswe know that modern retail has the advantage of varied products, strategic location and attractive promotion of the suggestions from researchers that the traditional retailers are more creative and innovative in marketing their products and provide better service to the consumer so that the business can continue to compete with modern retail and avoid bakruptcy
