MLQD: A package for machine learning-based quantum dissipative dynamics

Machine learning has emerged as a promising paradigm to study the quantum dissipative dynamics of open quantum systems. To facilitate the use of our recently published ML-based approaches for quantum dissipative dynamics, here we present an open-source Python package MLQD (https://github.com/Arif-PhyChem/MLQD), which currently supports the three ML-based quantum dynamics approaches: (1) the recursive dynamics with kernel ridge regression (KRR) method, (2) the non-recursive artificial-intelligence-based quantum dynamics (AIQD) approach and (3) the blazingly fast one-shot trajectory learning (OSTL) approach, where both AIQD and OSTL use the convolutional neural networks (CNN). This paper describes the features of the MLQD package, the technical details, optimization of hyperparameters, visualization of results, and the demonstration of the MLQD's applicability for two widely studied systems, namely the spin-boson model and the Fenna--Matthews--Olson (FMO) complex. To make MLQD more user-friendly and accessible, we have made it available on the XACS cloud computing platform (https://XACScloud.com) via the interface to the MLatom package (http://MLatom.com)

Analisis Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja pada Industri Kecil Perabot Rumah Tangga dari Kayu (Studi Kasus Kabupaten Klaten)

Home industry of household ware made of wood has a potential to decrease the number of unemployed citizens because will recruits many labor. This industry that in Klaten has increased production value. Unfortunately, this increasing was not balanced with the increasing of investment value, material, and the number of employee. The purpose of this research is to analyze the in influance of wage capital and production value to word labor demand. This research use the concept of elasticity of demand and offer of employee which based on production theory function. The research used primary data from direct interviews to 91 correspondents whom are entrepreneurs of household ware home industry at Klaten with lists of questions which have been prepared before. To reach the goal, this research use, OLS analysis method. The result of the research shows that: 1. The influence of wage towards the recruitment is negative and not significant to in fluance labor demand. 2. The influence of working capital towards recruitment is positive and significant, means the increase of material will improve the number of recruitment. 3. The influence of production value is positive and significant means the improvement of production value will increase the recruitment number

The Impact of Auditor Quality, Financial Stability, and Financial Target for Fraudulent Financial Statement

This study analyzes the influence of financial stability, financial targets and the role of the quality of auditors against fraud measures financial statements. This study using purposive sampling and use of the 21 companies that commit fraud recorded in the financial statements of the Financial Services Authority and 21 companies did not commit fraud which includes compass 100 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange using logistic regression analysis. The study found a positive effect of variable quality auditor against fraudulent financial reports, found a negative influence financial stability and financial variables against the target of fraudulent financial statements. Limitation of this study are limited variables and proxy variables used to measure financial targets, further research is recommended to add the variables that affect the occurrence of acts of fraud financial statements, and look for a proxy for a target financial variables
