    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Destination Imagery on the Interest of Returning Tourists in Selo Park Jatikalen Nganjuk. The study sample was taken as many as 100 respondents from visitors to Selo Park Jatikalen Nganjuk. The analytical tools used in this study are instrument analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of the Marketing Mix had a significantly positive effect on the interest of returning tourists to Selo Park. The results showed that the influence of Citra Destination had a significant positive effect on the interest of returning tourists to Selo Park. Both of these variables also affect together the Interest of Revisiting Selo Park attractions.Based on the results of this study, the manager of Selo Park tourism object can increase the Interest of Tourist Return Visit by increasing the Marketing Mix and Destination Image variable, because the increasing of these two variables is increasing the Interest of Selo Park Tourist Returning Visit

    Abstract Education is the process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group who in an effort to mature themselves through teaching and education efforts, when talking about education people will tend to think about school or tertiary education, even though the notion of education is not only related to school, but also regarding grades students. This study aims to determine differences in student learning outcomes and which model is better for learning outcomes using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) and Numbered Head Together (NHT) models on the structure and function material of plant networks in class VIII at SMP N 6 Langsa. 2019/2020 lessons. The method used is an experimental method with instruments in the form of written tests. The results obtained prove that there is a comparison of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model with Numbered Head Together on the learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP N 6 Langsa in the 2019/2020 school year, with the testing criteria -t_ (1-1 / 2 α) <t <t_ (1-1 / 2 α) with a value of -2.008 - 0.025≤ 5.97 ≤ 2.008 - 0.025 is the same as -2.033 ≤ 5.79 ≤ 1.983. With a difference in the comparison of learning outcomes of 2.46. Material for the structure and function of plant tissue for class VIII at SMP N 6 Langsa in the 2019/2020 school year

    PENGARUH PEREKRUTAN NASABAH BARU MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM CORPORATE SOSIAL RESPONSIBILITY PADA BRI

    The Corporate Social Responsibility program has a useful activity to convince new customers to become part of BRI Bank. The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that can influence the recruitment of customers with a total of 96 respondents in the unknown population. The variables used amounted to 10 able to influence a number of 9 variables with a regression model that is Y = 0.275 - 0.093 +0.031 + 0.044 + 0.073 + 0.115 + 0.050 + 0.366 + 0.072 + 0.035. In this model, the independent variable can rise by 1 point assuming the regression model is fixed. One of the assumptions that has a high value is the Greening Activities for areas in need will be able to boost the good prestige of recruiting BRI customers with a value of 1 pound increase of 0.366. Whereas the other variables exclude due to an error in data collection namely the variable submission of capital funds for business needs with mild financing conditions because this variable has often been carried out by a number of banks, but the field activities carried out were not in accordance with public expectations in the City Kediri   Program Corporate Social Responsibility memiliki kegiatan yang berguna untuk meyakinkan nasabah barunya untuk menjadi bagian dari Bank BRI. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui variabel- variabel yang mampu memberi pengaruh pada perekrutan nasabah dengan jumlah 96 responden pada populasi yang tidak diketahui. Variabel – variabel yang diguanakan berjumlah 10 mampu memberi pengaruh sejumlah 9 variabel dengan model regresi yaitu Y = 0,275 – 0,093 +0,031+ 0,044 + 0,073 + 0,115 + 0,050 + 0,366 + 0,072 + 0,035. Dalam model tersebut, variabel independen mampu naik 1 poin dengan asumsi model regresi tetap. Salah satu asumsi yang memiliki nilai tinggi adalah Pada Kegiatan penghijauan untuk wilayah yang membutuhkan akan mampu mendongkrak pamor bagus pada perekrutan nasabah BRI dengan nilai kenaikan 1 pon sebesar 0,366. Sedangkan pada variabel lainnya terjadi exclude dikarenakan terjadi kesalahan dalam pengambilan data yaitu pada variabel Pengajuan modal dana untuk keperluan usaha dengan syarat pembiayaan ringan dikarenakan variabel ini sudah sering dilakukan pelaksanaannya oleh sejumlah bank- bank, tetapi kegiatan lapangan yang dilakukan tidak sesuai apa harapan publik di Kota Kedir

    On Reasoning Nature of Editorial Essay in Indonesian Newspaper

    Reasoning ability is fundamental for college students as well as professionals since it reflects their intellectual quality. This paper is aimed at revealing the reasoning nature in the editorial essays in Indonesian prominent newspapers. The study is qualitatively approached, by employing Content Analysis, in which (i) the types of reason and (ii) the soundness of reasons the editorial essays are objectively, systematically, and generally inferred. The data collection was conducted by documentation technique, by which the researchers selected the online editorial essays in Indonesian prominent newspapers. The study revealed that types of reason found in the essay written by IW (Indonesian Writer) are (a) statement of a means to an end, (b) a statement of cause, (c) statement of judgment based upon knowledge, and (d) statement of condition while the most reasonings practiced by IW in their essays are logically sound

    The Development of Learning Tools in Project-Based Learning Oriented Creative Thinking

    Learning tools are a set of learning equipment arranged to support the learning process. The project-based learning model is considered as one of the excellent learning models in developing various basic skills within students, such as decision-making skills, creative thinking skills, and problem-solving skills. The design of research used a type validation study, which aims to prove learning theories. The results of the lesson plan validation test as the development of biology learning tools include a very feasible category with a score of 86.75%. The result of students’ worksheet validation is in a very good category with a value of 89.0%. The validation of teaching materials was categorized very well, with a value of 88.2%, and the validation of the evaluation sheet is in the very good category with a value of 88.53%. Furthermore, the practicality test to four teachers got responses about 78.13%, which indicates that the assessment is in good criteria. It can be concluded that the learning kits are feasible to be implemented in the learning activity process

    IMPLEMENTING THE EUROPEAN LANGUAGE PORTFOLIO (ELP) TO ENHANCE STUDENTS’ ABILITY IN WRITING NARRATIVE TEXT

    One of the text types to be taught to junior high school is a narrative text. It is a short story that is used to inform or entertain the readers or listeners (Anderson &Anderson, 1997). Anyhow, many students at State Junior High School of Kedungwaru 3 Tulungagung face problems in writing this kind of text. Before conducting the study, the researcher carried out a preliminary study to know the practical problems faced by the students. The result of the preliminary study showed that almost all students get difficulties to find a topic and develop it into a narrative text. Therefore, this study is aimed at providing a good strategy for students to write a good narrative text. This action research involved 30 students of the eighth grade and was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The strategy was implemented by following the four steps of action research: planning, implementing, and observing the action, followed by reflection. The results of the findings showed that the teaching of narrative text by using the European Language Portfolio could enhance the students’ ability in writing. More specifically, it was found out that many of the students could produce ‘sufficient’ to ‘excellent’ narrative text assessed with the writing rubric adapted from the Behrman (2003:297). Due to the success of the implementation of the European Language Portfolio, teachers of English are suggested to consider implementing the strategy to help students write narrative texts

    Permasalahan yang sering dialami pada pembelajaran adalah nilai belajar siswa yang rendah. Hasil observasi disaat awal masuk semester ganjil 2021, pelaksanaan pembelajaran di SMAN 5 langsa yaitu kurangnya keaktifan siswa karena sistem belajar dilakukan masih terfokus pada pendidik mengakibatkan kurang menarik perhatian anak didik. Adanya penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah terdapat peningkatan serta seberapa besar peningkatan dari hasil belajar anak didik kelas XI IPA di SMAN 5 Langsa dengan mengimplementasikan model kooperatif Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Metode penelitian berupa metode eksperimen, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang diterapkan yakni One-grup pretest-posttest design. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini didapatkan tingkat nilai belajar siswa secara signifikan yakni implementasi model kooperatif Teams Games Tournament (TGT) siswa kelas XI IPA di SMAN 5 Langsa. Besar peningkatan nilai pembelajaran anak didik kelas XI IPA di SMAN 5 Langsa setelah diberi percobaan yakni menerapkan model koperatif Teams Games Tournament (TGT) yaitu sebesar 37,35. Saran bagi guru-guru biologi untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Teas Games Tournamen (TGT) atau berbagai macam model-model belajar cara lain supaya memperoleh hasil belajar yang semakin baik

    PEMANFAATAN DAUN SEMBUNG ( Blumea balsamifera ) SEBAGAI OBAT TRADISIONAL DI KAMPUNG JAWA KECAMATAN KEJURUAN MUDA KABUPATEN ACEH TAMIANG TAHUN 2015

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan daun sembung ( Blumea balsamifera ) dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pemanfaatan daun sembung ( Blumea balsamifera ) sebagai obat tradisional di Kampung Jawa Kecamatan Kejuruan Muda Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang Tahun 2015 dengan populasi terdiri dari 6 (Enam) Dusun yang berjumlah 534 KK (Kepala keluarga), dan dalam penelitian ini yang di ambil sebagai sampel adalah sebesar 10% dari jumlah seluruh populasi yaitu berkisar 51 kepala keluarga. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode Deskriptif,  Instrument yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup, yaitu angket yang memberikan pilihan jawaban, pada penelitian ini soal angket yang di gunakan terdiri dari, 20 soal dengan 4 alternatif jawaban, untuk mengolah data hasil penelitian penulis menggunakan rumus persentase. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis, dapat diperoleh bahwa masyarakat Kampung Jawa Kecamatan Kejuruan Muda Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang tentang pemanfaatan daun sembung (Blumea balsamifera) sebagai obat tradisional adalah tinggi dan besarnya pemanfaatan daun sembung (Blumea balsamifera) sebagai obat tradisional adalah 69,38%. Maka dari hasi penelitian di atas perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai analisis daun sembung ( Blumea balsamifera) di Kampung Jawa Kecamatan Kejuruan Muda Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang untuk dijadikan sebagai obat tradisiona

    Praktikum merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran literasi sains menjadi  sangat  penting  untuk dimiliki peserta didik sebagai bekal untuk menghadapi tantangan perkembangan abad 21. tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi kegiatan praktikum sebagai penerapan literasi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Samudra dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara pelaksanaan kegiatan praktikum oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Samudra. Hasil data yang didapat untuk penilain dosen 100% dari ketiga aspeK yang melaksanakan kegiatan praktikum tersebut. Sedangkan mahasiswa yang melaksanakan kegiatan praktikum pada aspek pertama mendapatkan nilai sebesar 67,7% maka dinyatakan cukup untuk persiapan praktikum, pada aspek kedua dengan nilai 71,0% dinyatakan baik, dan pada aspek ketiga 92,5% dinyatakan sangat baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kegiatan Praktikum Sebagai Penerapan Literasi Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Samudra dinyatakan melaksanakan semua aspek pelaksanaan praktikum
