Legal Interpretation of Regulation Law No. 2 of 2012 Concerning Land Acquisition for Development in The Public Interest

Law No. 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest (Land Acquisition Law) has been a guideline for the government in conducting land acquisition for more or less 10 years. In the Land Acquisition Law, land allotment for development in the public interest does not include mining as a part of development in the public interest This research aims to analyze and understand the Legal Interpretation of Regulation Law No. 2 of 2012 Concerning Land Acquisition for Development in The Public Interest. The method of this research is library research as a research in literature or an activity to compile information relevant to topic or object of research and received from books, scientific paper, thesis, dissertation, encyclopedia, internet and other resources. The research shows the result is To ensure the availability of land for public interest by taking into account the balance between the interests of development and the interests of the community

NILAI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI BALIK SERAT CENTHINI SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF BAHAN AJAR DI SMA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam naskah Jawa Serat Centhini karya Pakubuwana V serta sebagai alternatif bahan ajar pembelajaran bahasa Jawa di SMA. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa naskah Jawa berjudul Serat Centhini karya Pakubuwana V beserta informan. Data berupa teks Serat Centhini yang memuat nilai pendidikan karakter serta informasi dari informan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik analisis isi, analisis dokumen, dan wawancara informan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan langkah-langkah mulai reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini di antaranya: nilai pendidikan karakter dalam naskah Serat Centhini terdiri dari delapan belas nilai pendidikan karakter. Berdasarkan delapan belas nilai pendidikan karakter, peneliti menemukan sepuluh nilai pendidikan karakter yaitu jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, rasa ingin tahu, bersahabat dan komunikatif, cinta damai, demokratis, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Ditinjau dari aspek kompetensi yang terdapat dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jawa, naskah yang memuat tentang budaya, tradisi, dan adat istiadat Jawa, dan penggambaran tata krama yang runtut dan jelas. Dengan demikian, siswa dapat memperluas khasanah pengetahuan terkait dengan budaya Jawa serta nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam naskah Jawa klasik Serat Centhini

Patriarchal Culture, Sexual Violence, and Legal Protection for Women in Indonesia

Patriarchal culture cannot be separated from women\u27s lives. Male domination over women has become a daily reality in many countries. Patriarchal culture assumes that women are "objects" and men are humans. In this case, men become subjects, and women as objects are regulated by men in various lines of life and culture. The impact of patriarchal culture is to place women who experience sexual violence in a worse position. At the level of the construction of a large Indonesian society that still uses a patriarchal paradigm, women are placed as second-class citizens. As a result, often the statements and reports from women are not heard. A further implication for women victims of sexual violence is that they are re-victimized by society, considered as the party that caused the violence. This article will raise two legal issues related to legal theory and law. The first legal issue in this paper is related to feminist legal theory based on the feminist view that in history, law is to perpetuate the position of women under the subordination of men. After discussing feminist legal theory, the author will discuss the second issue, namely law related to law enforcement in the field of sexual violence and its relation to feminist legal theory. Feminist legal theory is needed in building the basis of statutory norms (legal dogmatics) and the justice system to eliminate all forms of violence, especially sexual violence

THE VALUE OF PANCASILA AS AN IDEOLOGY IN THE ERADICATION OF CRIMINAL ACTS OF CORRUPTION

Laws define what must be done and what cannot be done or prohibited. The legal targets to be aimed at are not only people who are actually acting against the law, but also legal actions that are likely to occur, and to the state apparatus to act according to the law. Such a working system of law applies one form of law enforcement that applies in Indonesia. The increase in uncontrolled corruption will bring disaster, not only to the life of the national economy, but also to the life of the nation and state in general. To answer the writing questions that have been formulated above, the authors will use the normative research method. Pancasila as the source of all sources of law in Indonesia can provide a legal system building, which is free from corruption and still upholds human rights for all Indonesian citizens. The Pancasila method as a source of law forms a legal system, namely by basing all national policies on the morals and original characteristics of the Indonesian nation. So that corruption can be prevented not because of the death penalty in the law, but corruption can be prevented because of the moral building and moral formations contained in Pancasila

Gambaran Faktor-Faktor Kejadian Hiperemesis Gravidarum pada Ibu Hamil Trimester Pertama di RSKDIA Siti Fatimah Makassar Tahun 2012

Hiperemesis gravidarum adalah mual dan muntah hebat dalam masa kehamilan yang dapat menyebabkan kekurangan cairan penurunan berat badan atau gangguan elektrolit sehingga mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari dan membahayakan janin di dalam kandungan Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat gambaran faktor-faktor kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester pertama. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yaitu melihat gambaran faktor-faktor kejadian hiperemesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester pertama di RSKDIA Siti Fatimah Makassar Tahun 2012, dengan jumlah populasi 70 orang dan mengalami hiperemesis gravidarum sebanyak 59 orang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan hiperemesis gravidarum paling banyak terjadi pada umur 20-35 tahun, wanita yang belum pernah mengalami persalinan, dan paling banyak terjadi pada riwayat pekerjaan tidak tetap

ANALISIS PERANAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN DI SULAWESI TENGAH TAHUN 2014-2018

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pergeseran pertumbuhan sektor pertanian pada struktur perekonomian di Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2014-2018 dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Subsektor yang menjadi Basis dan unggulan dalam sektor pertanian di Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2014-2018. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa data time series. Data diperoleh dari BPS Sulawesi Tengah, BPS Indonesia dan instansi terkait lainnya yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini, dengan metode analisis Shift Share (SSA) dan Location Quotient (LQ). Hasil analisis Shift Share selama periode 2014-2018 yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) kompenen yaitu Nasional Share ditemukan hasil bahwa nilai tambah absolut PDRB Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah sebesar Rp. 14.817.332,89 Juta. Berdasarkan nilai Proportional Shiftnya bahwa subsector pada sektor pertanian yang memiliki dampak bauran industry positif  hanya sektor perikanan. Berdasarkan Differential Shift bahwa hampir semua subsector pada sektor pertanian memiliki tingkat kekompetitifan yang tinggi kecuali subsector tanaman pangan. Hasil analisis Location Quotient (LQ), ditemukan hasil bahwa secara keseluruhan subsector dari sektor pertanian merupakan sektor basis. Dengan menggunakan overlay dari nilai SS Adan LQ ditemukan hasil bahwa subsector perikanan memiliki keunggulan karena selain nilai LQ > 1, sektor ini juga memiliki nilai bauran dan kekometitifan yang yang positif sehingga disimpulkan bahwa sektor pertanian khusunya subsector perikanan memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian di Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2014-201

Konsep pangadereng yang menafsi karakter orang bugis yang tidak terlepas dari bingkai "Siri na Pesse", sehingga setiap raja yang memerintah selalu berpedoman pada paseng Toriolona yang berhakekat Masiri RIdewata Sewwae, Masiri RIfadanna RIfancaji nennia Masiri ri watakkalena.
