Terapi Musik Sebagai Penatalaksanaan Cemas Pada Persalinan

Rasa sakit pada persalinan dapat terjadi secara intens, disertai dengan ketegangan, kecemasan dan ketakutan merupakan hal yang buruk. Banyak wanita ingin bersalin tanpa menggunakan obat-obatan seperti penenang atau epidural, dan ingin beralih ke terapi komplementer (non farmakologi) untuk membantu mereka mengelola rasa sakit pada persalinan. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengevaluasi penelitian terbaru tentang terapi musik sebagai penatalaksanaan cemas pada persalinan. Studi ini merupakan suatu tinjauan literatur (Literature Review) yang mencoba menggali lebih banyak informasi mengenai hal-hal tentang dampak dukungan sebaya terhadap depresi postpartum. Sumber untuk melakukan tinjauan literatur ini meliputi studi pencarian sistematis database (Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, CINAHL dan Google Cendekia). Salah satu studi dengan literatur utama dengan partisipan sebanyak 50 ibu yang melahirkan di sebuah rumah sakit pemerintah. Perempuan di grup musik memiliki skor yang lebih rendah baik pada VAS (t = 7,317, p <0,05) dan BRS (t = 8,128, p <0,05) dibandingkan dengan kelompok non-musik. Simpulan studi ini yaitu bahwa terapi musik menurunkan cemas pada persalinan

This article tries to examine the attitude of Islam towards the issue of child protection through a search of syara arguments. Especially in the Qur'an and in the Hadith. This study finds out that Islam has a broader perspective. In guaranteeing the needs of children. The guarantees start when they are still in the wombs (fetus) to adulthood. This can be understood from the provisions of the Shari'ah which prohibits abortion and provide relief for pregnant women not to fast during the month of Ramadan. In addition, Islam also gives rights to children, such as the right to life, the right to have aqiqah (religious redemption), the right to have a good name, the right to receive breastfeeding for two years, and so on

Performance Description of Counselor Family Planning in the Implementation Family Planning Program in Demak District

.One of the problems in the management of family planning programs is still high unmet need. Unmet need isthe pair of fertile age who need family planning service are not met. The impact of these conditions it will be too close distance pregnancies (10 years). Total of 53 respondents to approach the formal leaders, 36 respondents collection data and mapping, 55respondents to approach informal leader, 53 respondents development of the agreement. Total of 55 respondents stabilization agreement, 34 respondents givecounseling, information and education, 48 respondents formed a grouppioneers, 57 respondents planning services . Total of 64 respondents provide information and coaching participants and38 respondents do recording, reporting and evaluation. Conclusion:for BAPERMAS in Demak District increase the number of counselor family planning,hold training for recording and reporting the latest format, continuity guidance from Ka.UPT, develop creativity counseling and proportional divison of duties

Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Dukungan Keluarga pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III dengan Pemilihan Tempat Bersalin di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kota Semarang

Latar belakang : Masa kehamilan merupakan masa dimulainya dari konsepsi sampai lahirnya janin. Lamanya hamil normal adalah 280 hari (40 minggu (Saifuddin, 2009:89). Tujuan :Mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga pada ibu hamil trimester III dengan pemilihan tempat bersalin di kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kota Semarang. Metode Penelitian :Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian Analitik Korelasi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil sebanyak 38 ibu hamil Trimester III Agustus. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa usia ibu hamil trimesterIII sebagian besar berusia reproduktif sebanyak 30 orang, tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar berpendidikan SMP(Sekolah Menengah Pertama) dan SMA (Sekolah Menengah Akhir) sebanyak 18 orang, pekerjaan ibu sebagian besar pekerja swasta sebanyak 16 orang, tingkat pengetahuan ibu sebagian besar berpengetahuan sedang sebanyak 22 orang, dukungan keluarga pada ibu hamil trimester III sebagian besar mendukung sebanyak 37 orang, dan tempat persalinansebagian besar memilih BPM (Bidan Praktek Mandiri) sebanyak 25 orang. Tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil trimester III dengan pemilihan tempat bersalin value 0,536 >0,05, tidak ada ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan pemilihan tempat bersalin p value 0,766 >0,05. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada pengetahuan dan dukungan dengan pemilihan tempat bersalin

Pengaruh Kemasan Produk dan Rasa terhadap Minat Beli yang Berdampak pada Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan Minuman Energi

This study aims to: Know and explain and evaluatethe effect of product packaging and taste on customer buying interests that have an impact on customer buying decisions; and knowing and explaining the influence of buying interest on buying energy drink customers. The variables in this study are product packaging and taste with buying interest as intervining variables and buying decisions as the dependent variable. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population of this study were respondents who consumed energy drinks. The sample used amounted to 137 respondents using purposive sampling. The results showed that: product packaging and taste had a positive effect on customer buying interest; product packaging forms have a positive effect on customer buying decisions; product taste does not have a positive effect on buying interest and customer buying decisions
