    STUDI LITERATUR EFEKTIVITAS INTERVENSI PERMAINAN SIMULASI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG PENCEGAHAN STUNTING

    Latar Belakang penelitian ini bermula dari tingginya persentase anak stunting di Indonesia yang melebihi ambang batas WHO sebesar 20%. Kurangnya pendidikan ibu dan edukasi dalam mencegah stunting yang kurang tepat menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab anak berisiko stunting. Metode permainan simulasi dengan pengemasan menarik dan erat kaitannya dengan masyarakat menjadi salah satu metode pendidikan kesehatan yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi permainan simulasi bagi ibu hamil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pencegahan stunting pada anak berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur berjenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan repositori. Penelitian ini menganalisis 2 jurnal yang disesuaikan pada kriteria inklusi. Hasil Penelitian dengan nilai (p=0,011) < (α=0,05) yang diperoleh dari jurnal pertama dan p value 0,05 berdasarkan jurnal kedua sama-sama menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai stunting setelah dilakukan intervensi permainan simulasi. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan berdasarkan analisis 2 jurnal tersebut, didapatkan hasil bahwa intervensi permainan simulasi terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai stunting. Metode permainan simulasi ini pun dapat menjadi salah satu cara bagi perawat dalam memenuhi perannya untuk melakukan primary prevention bagi masyarakat berupa pendidikan kesehatan yang lebih menarik, menyenangkan dan mudah dipahami

    Readiness Of Community Health Centers Nurse In Implementing Psychosocial Nursing Care During The COVID-19 Pandemic

    The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on psychological changes: anxiety, depression, and fear which can cause psychosocial problems in the community. So, nurses are needed as holistic health care providers in carrying out psychosocial nursing care to help the recovery process of patients with psychosocial health problems during the COVID-19 pandemic as to reduce the risk of mental disorders. This study aims to determine the level of readiness of community health centers nurse in carrying out nursing care on psychosocial problems. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with a survey design. Respondents in this study were 105 health center nurses, using a simple random sampling technique. The descriptive data univariat analysis using SPSS Statistics 26 and the Behavioral Health Care Competency Survey instrument. The results showed that 57 respondents had high readiness (54.3%), 40 respondents had moderate readiness (38.1%), and as many as 8 respondents had low readiness (7.6%) in carrying out nursing care for psychosocial problems. Community Health Center nurses are ready to provide nursing care for psychosocial problems, as evidenced by the results of the nurse readiness survey at a high level. It shows that nurses can identify patients' psychosocial problems and provide appropriate interventions to people with psychosocial problems during the COVID-19 pandemic

    The COVID-19 pandemic has a significant impact on mental health conditions, such as experiencing psychosocial problems marked by emotional reaction’s changes, e.g. anxiety, fear of transmission, depression, stigma and social discrimination against people who are confirmed positive for COVID-19. The results of a survey in one village in Sumedang Regency show us that they have mental-emotional disorders with an average Self Reporting Questionnaire score of 14, so efforts are needed to overcome them by CMHN nurses as mental health service providers in the community. Therefore, further efforts are needed to optimize the ability of CMHN nurses in the management of psychosocial nursing care. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and ability of CMHN nurses in providing psychosocial nursing care to overcome psychosocial problems in the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology used is training and mentoring with an Intermediate Course Community Mental Health Nursing (IC-CMHN) model approach. Evaluation of this activity was carried by pretest and posttest also using the Behavioral Health Care Competency Survey instrument. The results obtained in the CMHN training and mentoring activities for nurses in primary health service are an increase in nurse’s knowledge which was originally worth 71 to 95 and shows changes in the level of nurse readiness mostly from low to moderate levels
