Cervical cancer caused 10,3 % of 92.000 death on woman in Indonesia but it was the only one ofthe type of cancer that could be prevented. Primary prevention was done with VIA. Only 2,45% woman had checked VIA test. According to other research in Iran and Malaysia, psychosocial barrier was the most influential caution. Therefore we conducted a study to know relationship between interaction experience with cervical cancer patient, husband support, self perception on cervical cancer disease and woman’s desire for checking VIA test. Method of the research was analytic researchwithcross sectional design. Population of woman with age 25-60 years in Tegalrejo Public Health Centre territory was 4.323.There were 4 urban villages. Sample size was 188 samples. Sampling was taken by cluster sampling. The independent variables were characteristic, perception, interaction experience with cervical cancer patient and husband support. The dependent variable was woman’s desire for checking VIA test. Data source used primary data that taken by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by chi-square, fisher exact, mann whitney and logistic regression test. The result of this research showed that most of the woman with age 25-60 years had desire for checking VIA test (57%). Data were analyzed with looking at p-value in chi-square result. There were p-value score ; age (0.008), parity (0.710), education level(0.06), economic status (0.53) and work (0.308). Perception variables were known by cervical cancer related to woman’s died (0.01), first sexual activity < age 20 risk to cervical cancer (0.07), always changed sexual partner (0.01), the benefit of VIA test (0.00), Checked VIA test although didn’t have symptom (0.00), not shame/afraid check VIA test (0.00) and VIA test spend long time(0.03) interaction experience with cervical cancer patient were family (0,590), neighbour (0,470), and friend (0,595). Husband support is looked from giving advice (0.001), reminding VIA test schedule (0.007), giving motivation (0.002), giving money for checking VIA test (0.000), giving money for transportation/deliver to health facility (0.002) and giving praise (0.003). Factors related to woman’s desire for checking VIA test wereage, all type of perception except first sexual activity < age 20 risk to cervical cancer and all type of husband support. The most influential dominant factor with woman’s desire for checking VIA test was age. Medical education versus exposure to SARS COV-2: how is the achievement of doctor resident competence in the field of urogynecology?

    No full text
The spread of SARS CoV-2 impacts medical education. Patients with urogynecological cases are mostly elderly patients who are at risk of exposure to the virus. This paper aims to review resident education in the urogynecology field during the pandemic and how residents can achieve appropriate competence. This study examines the views of several previous research articles and then compiled them in a narrative review. New recommendations such as services at health facilities, as well as scheduled visits or virtual services, have an impact on reducing the number of cases, limited contact with patients, virus exposure from practice locations, online learning, and the involvement of resident doctors in handling SARS CoV-2 case for other units. Resident doctors need to achieve competence to become professionals in their fields. What needs to be realized is that direct practice with patients, conducting examinations, making diagnoses, and providing therapy with real cases cannot be replaced with online learning. Medical education for residents must ensure safety in obtaining education and practice in the hospital to fulfill the task of caring for patients, access to mental health in a pandemic, and simulation-based training. All of these interventions are designed to ensure that the competence of graduates achieved before or during COVID-19 is the same: doctors who are professional and competent intheir fields. Abstract Background: Breast milk is a critical element in developing a baby's immunity through immune transfer. Antibodies are an essential unit of immunity against infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This paper explores antibodies in breast milk in postpartum women who have been vaccinated or exposed to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Duration of antibody appearance was studied to determine the adequate time in transferring antibodies by breastfeeding. Methods: : Three databases, PubMed, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect, were used as sources of articles. Inclusion criteria applied in selecting articles were prospective observational study or experimental design study in English, evaluating antibodies in breast milk, and conducted between 2019–2021. Article quality and risk of bias were assessed with Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP). The data found were synthesized in a narrative manner. Results: : This systematic review included 20 articles. A total of 306 postpartum women who were infected with COVID-19, 20 postpartum women who had viral symptoms and 495 postpartum women who had been vaccinated were studied. Immunoglobulin A (IgA) and immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies were found in the breast milk of infected and vaccinated postpartum women. SARS CoV-2 infection is associated with the presence of IgA dominant, whereas vaccination is related to the presence of IgG dominant. Antibodies persisted from day 10 of onset to 10 months in infected postpartum women and started from three days to six weeks in vaccinated postpartum women. Meta-analysis could not be carried out due to the variety of articles. Conclusions: : Antibodies found in breast milk in infected and vaccinated postpartum women have different dominant types. Further research needs to be done regarding the mechanism of antibody transfer in breast milk, longer research duration and studies that directly examine the comparison of antibodies in breast milk in vaccinated and infected postpartum women. Background: Post-surgical wound healing in cases of vesicovaginal fistulae is a challenge because it is related to infection prevention and the long-term well-being of women. Aim: The aim of this research was to critically review the application of regenerative medicine in wound healing. The next aim was to look in depth to see whether regenerative medicine strategies have a place in the future of wound healing in a clinical setting. More specifically, to see if these strategies would apply for vesico vaginal fistulae case in the field of urogynecology. Method: A narrative literature review examines several previous research published at the last 5 years, containing keywords, namely vesicovaginal fistulae, regenerative medicine, wound healing. We used databases from Google Scholar, PubMed and Scopus Database. Results: A vesicovaginal fistula is an abnormal communication between the bladder and the vagina. There are currently no precise guidelines for the postoperative management of patients after fistula repair. Transvaginal surgical procedures are a common solution for vesicovaginal fistulas. In wound healing, more attention is needed because of the risk of infection especially wound healing in the area of the reproductive organs. It should also be noted that stress urinary incontinence is a common complication. Several studies have initiated the trial process of regenerative medicine for using in urogynecological cases. Conclusion: In the management of vesico vaginal fistula cases, regenerative medicine can be a solution in postoperative care but still needs further development and standardization. There is some risk and uncertainty involved with purchasing organic cabbage. Farming is highly susceptible to natural phenomena such as high rainfall and pest infestations. It will have consequences for the development of the harvested area, and fluctuations in production can indicate a risk to agricultural production. This study aims to determine the factors that influence organic cabbage production and to determine the factors that affect the risk of organic cabbage production in Getasan District. The Semarang Regency, where this study was conducted, is the largest cabbage market. A total of 73 farmers were selected using a census-based sample from four INOFICE-certified organic farmer groups: Batur Village, Wates Village, Tajuk Village, and Kopeng Village. The analysis method utilized the Just and Pope production risk function and the Cobb-Douglass type production function. The Cobb-Douglass production function analysis revealed that land area, seeds, manure, and cropping patterns all positively and substantially affected organic cabbage production, but only to a limited extent. According to the Just and Pope production risk function, the risk associated with farming organic cabbage could be mitigated by increasing land area and diversity in cropping patterns

Abstract The number of COVID-19 cases continues to increase therefore health services in hospitals must adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the services that must be affected is urogynecology services. This study aims to examine scenarios in the examination and treatment of patients with urogynecological cases in hospitals during a pandemic. A non-systematic review examines several scientific articles related to recommendations. The articles were searched through the PubMed and Google Scholar databases with the keywords “urogynecology patient” or “hospital” or “treatment” or “urogynecology care” and “COVID-19”. Data is arranged in the form of scenarios and narrative reviews. The scenario carried out is telemedicine, except for certain severe cases, so one must go to the hospital with a record of patient protection against COVID-19. It is possible to use online to prevent the accumulation of patients in the hospital. Management emphasizes non-surgical solutions such as lifestyle, nutritional patterns, behavioral concepts, and periodic drug administration. Implementation is carried out with preconditions, namely patient safety, an integrated system related to payment and prescription of drugs. Things that need to be underlined in telemedicine governance are the need for adequate counseling and good cooperation between doctors and patients because this will affect diagnosis and management. This effort makes it possible to break the chain of infection in urogynecology services and the need for further research related to a complete and comprehensive application syste
