    Each student possesses diverse characteristics, abilities, and needs. However, this is often overlooked by educators and contemporary parents. Teachers have a limited understanding of how a student's academic achievement must be comprehensively viewed within the context of social, emotional, physical, and psychological development. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the implementation of differentiated learning to optimize the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Inpres Labat, Kota Kupang, specifically in the subject of IPAS (Integrated Science). The research methodology employed is descriptive analytics with a qualitative approach. Data analysis is conducted through triangulation, combining observation results, interviews, and documentation to verify data.The research results indicate that the implementation of differentiated learning in the IPAS subject has a positive impact on both students and teachers. Learning outcomes improve, and students feel comfortable in their learning environment. Each student develops according to their abilities and skills. Teachers no longer compare the abilities and skills of each student but are more motivated to create more active and creative learning experiences using diverse teaching strategies. Learning begins with cognitive and non-cognitive assessments to determine students' interests, learning styles, and backgrounds. Differentiation strategies in content, process, and product are implemented by teachers according to students' learning needs. One of the challenges in implementing differentiated learning is time. Teachers require more time than the allocated class hours because they need to group students and organize lessons according to the needs of the learners

    Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang profil karakter siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kabupaten Belu pasca pandemi covid-19 dengan tujuan mengetahui perkembangan karakter religus, nasionalis, mandiri dan gotong royong pada siswa SD di kabupaten Belu. Dalam penulisan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan  penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data survei dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis frekuensi. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket dalam bentuk google form kepada 141 siswa kelas V di Atambua yang terdiri dari Sekolah Dasar Katolik St. Yosep Atambua I, Sekolah Dasar Inpres Tulamalae, Sekolah Dasar GMIT Atambua 3, Sekolah Dasar Santa Angela Atambua, Sekolah Dasar Katolik Santa Theresia Atambua II dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatullah. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis untuk mengetahui pembentukan karakter siswa oleh guru pada masa transisi pandemi covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pembiasaan-pembiasaan yang diberikan oleh guru dan orang tua nilai-nilai karakter religius, nasionalis, integritas, mandiri, dan gotong royong lebih dari lima puluh persen sudah membudaya dalam diri siswa

    The melting of Al clusters in the size range 49 <= N <= 62 has been studied using two model interatomic potentials. The results for the two models are significantly different. The glue potential exhibits a smooth relatively featureless heat capacity curve for all sizes except for N = 54 and N = 55, sizes at which icosahedral structures are favoured over the polytetrahedral. Gupta heat capacity curves, instead, show a well-defined peak that is indicative of a first-order-like transition. The differences between the two models reflect the different ground-state structures, and neither potential is able to reproduce or explain the size dependence of the melting transition recently observed in experiments

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk (1) menganalisis puisi Gefunden karya Johann Wolfgang von&nbsp;Goethe secara semiotik. (2) mendeskripsikan hasil analisis puisi. (3) mendefinisikan secara garis besar tema dari puisi tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Peneliti fokus kepada analisis pendekatan semiotika. Metode penelitian ini dibagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, tahap penganalisisan data dan tahap penyajian data. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan makna intensi dari puisi Gefunden yaitu adanya hubungan emosional antara seorang pria dan seorang gadis, yang dimana pada awalnya dia ingin melakukan tindak kekerasan terhadap anak tersebut tetapi karena rasa iba dan kasihan sehingga dia mengurungkan niat jahatnya dan memelihara serta membesarkan anak tersebut seperti anak sendiri. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan penulis telah mengungkapkan makna intensi dalam puisi bait demi bait secara tersirat. Teks puisi merupakan karya sastra yang bersifat imajinatif. melalui pikiran serta perasaan yang dituangkan melalui kata-kata untuk membentuk komunikasi dengan audiensinya. Teks puisi juga tidak terlepas dari makna yang tersirat di dalamnya, sehingga pembaca sulit mengartikan puisi tersebut. &nbsp
