Pengaruh Pemberian Reward Transaksional Orangtua terhadap Prestasi Siswa di SMK N 1 Saptosari

The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of transactional rewards to the students 'achievement. This study is very important because it explains that hard work and responsibility is stronger than rewards in supporting children to gain achievement. The approach of the study was quantitative method with explanatory research, because variables that were studied would explain the object of the study through the collected data. The subject of the study was the students of XI TKJ o f SMK N 1 Saptosari. The sample consisting 32 students were examined by questionnaires as the data collection technique. The result of the study showed that transactional rewards has 15, 63% effect to the students ‘achievement in SMK N 1 Saptosari

Alat Peraga Pendidikan bagi Anak Usia Dini Menggunakan Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)

Abstrak Alat peraga program nama hewan ini bertujuan untuk mengasah motorik anak dikarenakan menggunakan output suara yang terdiri empat bahasa dengan pengontrolan push button  serta kartu RFID. Dalam perancangan dapat diketahui cara kerja RFID RC522. Selain itu, dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang menarik. Analisis Rasio Keuangan Sebagai Alat Untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan Koperasi Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi Dan USAha Kecil Dan Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor: 06/per/m.kukm/v/2006 (Studi Pada Kopdit Cu Sawiran Tahun 2009-2013)

Cooperatives is part of the order state economy.Cooperatives in running their enterpices based on value regulation, one of them is cooperative financial report. Based on cooperative financial report can be known financial performance in the year concerned. Research conducted to determine financial performance of the cooperative based on the Minister of State Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprices of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Reg/M.CSME/V/2006 on cooperatives achievement. The location of research at CU Sawiran in 2009-2013. The analysis conducted results that fluctuates in 2009-2013. The average value of the ratio is less value. Analysis ratio used the liquidity ratio, activity, profitability and leverage ratio. This research was include descriptive research with quantitative approach. The assessment of the performance that was obtained after analysis of ratio based on Minister of State CSME RI Number: 06/Reg/M.CSME/V/2006 from 2009-2013 give the result financial performance CU Sawiran included in less category. Analysis ratio of less financial not affect to total net income which provided to members as well as excellent service always given by cooperative to members and prospective member of cooperative. Total of net income was increased in 2009-2013. Which this increased accurs to provide more benefit to members in CU Sawiran

Pengaruh Efektifitas Penyuluhan, Penerapan Aplikasi Sistem Elektronik Perpajakan dan Pemeriksaan Pajak terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Pemenuhan Kewajiban Perpajakan (Studi pada Kpp Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo)

Tax is one example of acceptability come from in-country that are very important to finance national development and have a very large role in filling the State Treasury.The purpose of this research was to know influence significant simultaneously or partial variable tax information, the application of application electronic system of taxation and examination taxes on compliance rate fulfillment of an obligation taxation. This research use the kind of research explanatory research with the approach quantitative. A method of analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The population is the Taxpayer listed on the KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo, with samples taken of100 respondents.The results of this research show that the independent variables tax information, electronic system of taxation, and examination taxes, influential simultaneously and partial against dependent variable namely compliance rate fulfillment of an obligation taxation.Tax Information is the most dominant factor in influencing the compliance rate fulfillment of an obligation taxation in KPP Pratama Surabaya Wonocolo. DJP have to evaluate the procedure to electronic system of taxation for giving better service

Sekolah Tinggi Musik di Surabaya merupakan proyek yang berfokus pada pendidikan terutama pada bidang musik. Proyek berlokasi di salah satu kota di Indonesia yakni Surabaya, dimana banyak terdapat peminat musik. Permasalahan dalam proyek ini adalah tentang ruang kelas, karena kebutuhan kelas untuk sekolah tinggi musik berbeda dari sekolah biasa. Desain ini menggunakan pendekatan sistem penataan massa dan ruang, dengan menggunakan konsep "privat yang inspiratf". Fasilitas utama dalam Sekolah Tinggi Musik di Surabaya ini adalah area belajar mengajar yang meliputi ruang-ruang kelas, ruang guru, dan perpustakaan. Serta didukung dengan fasilitas lain, seperti ruang konser, amphitheatre, dan café. Pendalaman akustik dipilih untuk menunjang Kenyamanan dalam bangunan ini. Peningkatan Kualitas Pembelajaran Menulis Puisi Dengan Metode Field Trip Pada Siswa SMP

: The aims of this research is improving the quality process and the result of students writing poetry on Class 8 D of SMP Negeri 3 Jatisrono with using filed trip method. This research was classroom action research two cycles. Each cycles consist of planning, implementing measures, observation and interpretation, as well as analysis and reflection. The result show that thought applying field trip method can improving the quality process and the result of students writing poetry from pre cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. Improving occurred on cycle I. The motivation and the effectiveness students in following learning writing poetry was increasing however not yet reach the criteria was expected. Implementation cycle II the value of students writing poetry was increasing can be seeing in successes presentation of cycle I as big as 57,57% increase in the second cycle to 93.93%, while the percentage of successful assessment learning process of writing poetry in the first cycle as big as 63.60% increased to 84.80%

Pengaruh Strategic Leadership terhadap Competitive Advantage melalui Intellectual Capital sebagai Variabel Intervening terhadap Perusahaan Manufaktur

The purpose of this study was to examine to test the affect of strategic leadership on competitive advantage through intellectual capital as the intervening variable on manufacturing companies in Surabaya. Sample of this study was 30 manufacturing companies in Surabaya. Data were collected by distributing questionnaire to the companies. This study used path modeling analysis technique with PLS tools. The results showed that there were positive and significant affect of strategic leadership on competitive advantage, positive and significant affect of strategic leadership on intellectual capital, and also positive and significant affect of intellectual capital on competitive advantage on manufacturing companies in Surabaya
