The asymmetry of tourist images for the international cross border three- membered region of the eastern borders junction of Russia, Mongolia and China

The relevance of this study is due to the existence of geographical differences at the junctions of the state borders of three countries, which are manifested by structural, legal, mental asymmetry and asymmetry of geographicalal images, networks in the national segments of the Internet. The geographicalal images are created and promoted in the global information web space, the main barrier in promoting them is a language barrier, since most of the information is produced in state languages. Neighboring countries often translate information into English, rather than in the languages of bordering countries. This fact gives rise to the asymmetry of geographicalal images for the joint borders of Russia, Mongolia and China. In this regard, this article is aimed at identifying or disclosing the information asymmetry of geographicalal images. The leading method of researching this issue is a content analysis of the positions of geographicalal images (geographicalal symbols of their components) in the national information space and the information space of bordering countries. The implementation of this method ensures the study of abstract tourist images in the Internet. Content analysis through the interrelation of textual and non-textual phenomena allows us to assess the territory image in quantitative values. This method allows to consider and reveal comprehensively the shortcomings of images promotion strategy, which is called “positioning” in Marketing. In the work "positioning" refers to the method of position identifying. Under the leadership of the Russian Geographicalal Society, a several number of competitions were held in Russia in order to identify the hierarchy of geographicalal symbols that form the images of territories. The country clearly defined the list of geographicalal images for international (including transboundary) positioning. The article reveals a cross-border information asymmetry at the eastern junction of the borders of Russia, Mongolia and China as a problem of weak positions for the geographicalal images in the language web segments of neighboring countries, which impedes the development of cross-border tourism and low investment attractiveness of cross-border regions. Keywords: tourism, tourist brand, Chita region, Mongolia, tourist and recreational activitie

Inverse scattering at fixed energy on surfaces with Euclidean ends

On a fixed Riemann surface (M0,g0)(M_0,g_0) with NN Euclidean ends and genus gg, we show that, under a topological condition, the scattering matrix S_V(\la) at frequency \la > 0 for the operator Δ+V\Delta+V determines the potential VV if V∈C1,α(M0)∩e−γd(⋅,z0)jL∞(M0)V\in C^{1,\alpha}(M_0)\cap e^{-\gamma d(\cdot,z_0)^j}L^\infty(M_0) for all Îł>0\gamma>0 and for some j∈{1,2}j\in\{1,2\}, where d(z,z0)d(z,z_0) denotes the distance from zz to a fixed point z0∈M0z_0\in M_0. The topological condition is given by N≄max⁥(2g+1,2)N\geq\max(2g+1,2) for j=1j=1 and by N≄g+1N\geq g+1 if j=2j=2. In \rr^2 this implies that the operator S_V(\la) determines any C1,αC^{1,\alpha} potential VV such that V(z)=O(e−γ∣z∣2)V(z)=O(e^{-\gamma|z|^2}) for all Îł>0\gamma>0.Comment: 21 page

Calculation of nuclear spin-dependent parity-nonconserving amplitude for (7s,F=4) --> (7s,F=5) transition in Fr

Many-body calculation of nuclear spin-dependent parity-nonconserving amplitude for (7s,F=4) --> (7s,F=5) transition between hyperfine sublevels of the ground state of 211^{211}Fr is carried out. The final result is <7s,F=5 ||d_PNC|| 7s,F=4> = -0.49 10^{-10} i kappa a.u., where kappa is the dimensionless coupling constant. This is approximately an order of magnitude larger than similar amplitude in Cs. The dominant contribution to kappa is associated with the anapole moment of the nucleus.Comment: 4 pages, submitted to Phys.Rev.

    A multifractal random walk

We introduce a class of multifractal processes, referred to as Multifractal Random Walks (MRWs). To our knowledge, it is the first multifractal processes with continuous dilation invariance properties and stationary increments. MRWs are very attractive alternative processes to classical cascade-like multifractal models since they do not involve any particular scale ratio. The MRWs are indexed by few parameters that are shown to control in a very direct way the multifractal spectrum and the correlation structure of the increments. We briefly explain how, in the same way, one can build stationary multifractal processes or positive random measures.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figures, uses RevTe

    Evolving Lorentzian Wormholes

Evolving Lorentzian wormholes with the required matter satisfying the Energy conditions are discussed. Several different scale factors are used and the corresponding consequences derived. The effect of extra, decaying (in time) compact dimensions present in the wormhole metric is also explored and certain interesting conclusions are derived for the cases of exponential and Kaluza--Klein inflation.Comment: 10 pages( RevTex, Twocolumn format), Two figures available on request from the first author. transmission errors corrected

Search for direct production of a2(1320) and f2(1270) mesons in e+e- annihilation

A search for direct production of C-even resonances a2(1320) and f2(1270) in e+e- annihilation was performed with SND detector at VEPP-2M e+e- collider. The upper limits of electronic widths of these mesons were obtained at 90% confidence level: Gamma(a2(1320) \to e+e-) < 0.56 eV, Gamma(f2(1270) \to e+e-) < 0.11 eV.Comment: 6 pages, 5 figures, 1 table. Twist-3 Distribute Amplitude of the Pion in QCD Sum Rules

We apply the background field method to calculate the moments of the pion two-particles twist-3 distribution amplitude (DA) ϕp(Ο)\phi_p(\xi) in QCD sum rules. In this paper,we do not use the equation of motion for the quarks inside the pion since they are not on shell and introduce a new parameter m0pm_0^p to be determined. We get the parameter m0p≈1.30GeVm_0^p\approx1.30GeV in this approach. If assuming the expansion of ϕp(Ο)\phi_p(\xi) in the series in Gegenbauer polynomials Cn1/2(Ο)C_n^{1/2}(\xi), one can obtain its approximate expression which can be determined by its first few moments.Comment: 12 pages, 3 figure

Exponential martingales and changes of measure for counting processes

We give sufficient criteria for the Dol\'eans-Dade exponential of a stochastic integral with respect to a counting process local martingale to be a true martingale. The criteria are adapted particularly to the case of counting processes and are sufficiently weak to be useful and verifiable, as we illustrate by several examples. In particular, the criteria allow for the construction of for example nonexplosive Hawkes processes as well as counting processes with stochastic intensities depending on diffusion processes
