Fitness Of West Kalimantan Martial Arts PON Athletes: Independent Limited Exercise During Covid-19

Fitness is the ability and ability of the body to adjust to physical loading without significant fatigue. Physical activity is one way to create endurance and a fit body. Good endurance is very much needed by martial arts athletes, especially during this Covid-19 period, both in the daily training process and when competing. This study aims to analyze and determine the fitness level of athletes in martial arts during limited independent training, using a survey method in the form of descriptive research. The population is PON 2021 West Kalimantan athletes in martial sports, using a total sampling technique where the sample used is all athletes PON XX 2021 West Kalimantan in martial arts, totaling 12 athletes. The results of the fitness item test found that the average endurance ability was 42.69 (very poor category), average speed was 5.04 (poor category), average agility was 14.38 (enough category), average balance was 14.38 (enough category), average flexibility 18.59 (very good category). The conclusion from this study still needs special attention, especially in fixing some of the supporting elements of fitness that are still not in good condition, with a poor level of fitness it will have an impact on health, especially during the Covid-19 period so that it can affect the athlete's performance

Rancang Bangun Sistem Peringkasan Teks Multi-Dokumen

Seiring dengan bertumbuhnya jumlah dokumen digital yang sangat pesat, membuat pengguna membutuhakan suatu sistem yang dapat melakukan peringkasan teks. Pada penelitian ini diusulkan sebuah rancangan peringksan teks multi-dokumen berbasis pendekatan clustering dan pemilihan kalimat. Metode yang digunakan proses clustering kalimat adalah Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) dan Similarity Based Histogram Clustering (SHC). Metode LSI dilakukan untuk menghitung tingkat kemiripan antarpasangan kalimat dan metode SHC digunakan untuk mengelompokkan kalimat-kalimat ke dalam cluster. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam pemilihan kalimat adalah Sentences Information Density (SID). Metode tersebut merupakan metode pemilihan berbasis positional text graph. Kombinasi metode tersebut mampu menghasilkan sebuah peringkasan teks multi-dokumen yang mengandung coverage, diversity dan koherensi yang tinggi

PENGARUH VARIASI LATIHAN ENDURANCE TRAINING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN VO2MAX PEMAIN SEPAK BOLA KLUB SANHERIB FC

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to maximize the cardio vascular ability (vo2max) of soccer players, namely to increase the strength of the lungs and heart of the players by providing variations of Endurance Training exercises to Sanherib Fc players. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis with experimental research methods and this research plan uses a one group pre-test-post-test design and uses a research instrument in the form of a Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). The subjects of this study were all Sanherib Fc players who found 20 people located in Peniti Village, Sekadau Regency. Based on the results of research in the field, there is a very significant effect of variations in Endurance Training on the Vo2max ability of the Sanherib Fc football club players with a very extraordinary increase of 23.52%, from these results it can be concluded that there is an influence on the Vo2max ability of the players. given after treatment or treatment for 9 meeting.Keywords: Soccer, Vo2max, Endurance Trainin

Analisis Kompetensi Profesional Guru dalam Pembelajaran Sosiologi di Kelas X SMA Adisucipto Sungai Raya

This study aims to article analyzing label Professional competence of teachers in mastering the material, structure, concepts and scientific mindset, mastering standards of competence and basic competence as well as developing the material sociology creative operates in class X SMA Adisucipto Sungai Raya. The approach used is qualitative approach new articles using descriptive methods. The results showed that the professional competence of teachers in teaching sociology is not optimal. It is seen from the three aspects of the assessment , the teacher only fulfill one aspect , namely the ability to master the material, structure, concepts and scientific mindset. Teacher's ability to master the Competence Standard and Basic Competence is not optimal. The ability of teachers to determine whether the standards and basic competencies to be mastered learners including cognitive, psychomotor or affective been made but not applied to the teacher in the learning process. Teacher's ability to develop creative materials has been done but not optimal. This is evident from the use of teaching methods, learning resources and learning media are still minimal

Evaluasi Perhitungan Pendapatan dan Bagi Hasil Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara

Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor sebagai salah satu pendapatan daerah, perhitungan dan pembagian hasil pendapatan pajak diatur oleh pemerintah daerah berdasarkan peraturan daerah yang berlaku dan tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk selalu diperbaharui atau diubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang perhitungan pendapatan dan bagi hasil pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara jika sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan pendapatan dan bagi hasil pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara telah mengikuti peraturan yang berlaku yaitu untuk perhitungan pendapatan pajak kendaraan bermotor diatur dalam Peraturan Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Nomor 30 Tahun 2019. Sedangkan, bagi hasil pajak kendaraan bermotor diatur dalam Keputusan Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Nomor 140 Tahun 2022

Gapura Angkasa Div Load Control of 62.9% and the remaining 37.1% explained that employee performance is influenced by other factors outside the work environment. testing the hypothesis individually (Test t) obtained the significance value of Work Discipline variable of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 which means Work Discipline significantly influence Employee Performance. And the test results (Test f) there is a positive and significant influence between the discipline of work on the performance of employees of PT. A reassessment of the role of sucrose synthase in the hypoxic sucrose‐ethanol transition in Arabidopsis

Plants under low-oxygen availability adapt their metabolism to compensate for the lower ATP production that arises from the limited respiratory activity in mitochondria. Anaerobic glycolysis requires continuous fuelling of carbon units, also provided from sucrose. The anaerobic catabolism of sucrose is thought to require the activity of sucrose synthase, being this enzymatic reaction more energetically favourable than that of invertase. The role of sucrose synthases (SUS) for aerobic sucrose catabolism in Arabidopsis has been recently questioned since SUS mutants fail to show altered phenotype or metabolic profile. In the present paper, we analysed the role of SUS1 and SUS4, both induced by low oxygen, in plant survival and ethanol production. The results showed that mutants lacking both SUS were as tolerant to low oxygen as the wild type in most of the experimental conditions tested. Only under conditions of limiting sugar availability the requirement of SUS1 and SUS4 for ethanol production was evident, although partly compensated by invertase activities, as revealed by the use of a double mutant lacking the two major cytosolic invertases. We conclude that, contrary to general belief, the sucrose synthase pathway is not the preferential route for sucrose metabolism under hypoxia

Statistical properties of acoustic emission signals from metal cutting processes

Acoustic Emission (AE) data from single point turning machining are analysed in this paper in order to gain a greater insight of the signal statistical properties for Tool Condition Monitoring (TCM) applications. A statistical analysis of the time series data amplitude and root mean square (RMS) value at various tool wear levels are performed, �nding that ageing features can be revealed in all cases from the observed experimental histograms. In particular, AE data amplitudes are shown to be distributed with a power-law behaviour above a cross-over value. An analytic model for the RMS values probability density function (pdf) is obtained resorting to the Jaynes' maximum entropy principle (MEp); novel technique of constraining the modelling function under few fractional moments, instead of a greater amount of ordinary moments, leads to well-tailored functions for experimental histograms.Comment: 16 pages, 7 figure
