First-Person Video Modeling as a Way of Teaching Imitation of Children with Autism
The article discusses the problem of the basic factors of ASD: the deficit in the Theory of Mind (ToM) as the ability to represent Self-Other relationship, or violation of the ability to simulate, as the ability to transfer the perspective of Otherβs action into the prospect of their own actions. It is hypothesized that the first-person video surveillance technique (with the instructorβs and the student's hands visible) will be more effective in teaching imitation of children with ASD than the third-person video surveillance method (where the instructor and the student are seen). The study involved 28 children attending classes with psychologists and speech pathologists (ages: 4, 10 up to 7, 4 years; 24 children were diagnosed with ASD, 4 β atypical autism). At the first stage, the level of motor simulation skills (ABLLS-R test) was evaluated-3 times with an interval of 1 week. On the second stage, three groups (9 people) were equalized at the level of development of imitation. One group was trained "third-person", the second β "first-person", the third β control was trained according to the standard program. All studied the same time. For each subject conducted 4 classes (2 times a week). At the third stage, the level of motor skills measured 3 times with an interval of 1 week. The processing took into account the parameters of the mean, median, mode and standard deviation. The results of the study showed significant effectiveness of third-person training. The shift of the average value in "third-person training" and "first-person training" was 3 and 8 units respectively

Russian educational space of universities is characterized by sociocultural interaction in mixed groups (in which students from around the world study). Sociocultural interaction creates the conditions for the formation of such competencies as tolerance, the ability to work in representatives of other countries and cultures. The study involved students from Russia and China, studying at universities in Yekaterinburg (N = 1000 students) and experts in the field of education in Russia and China (N = 20). The following methods were used for interpreting the research data: comparative and level analysis of the research results; statistical methods: descriptive statistics method, pair distribution method, Likert scale, student t-test. The results of the study made it possible to identify differences in the students' culture, the main points that impede everyday interaction within the same educational space of a Russian university: insufficient knowledge of the socially normative and ethical principles of the new social and cultural environment; inconsistency in some cultural values; problems of understanding and ambiguity of decoding of Russian speech. A regularity is revealed that demonstrates the process of inculturation of Chinese students in the learning process in the sociocultural conditions of Russian universities. So from the moment of admission to the moment of graduation, there is an increase in the indicators of sociocultural interaction of Chinese students: the information-analytical component (from M = 27.7 to M = 31.8), the motivational-evaluative component (from M = 27.6 to M = 32.3), the communicative component (from M = 25.2 to M = 31.6), the activity component (from M = 24.2 to M = 32.1). However, in order to achieve high indicators, it is necessary to pay attention to optimization processes through joint Russian-Chinese events for organizing leisure and recreation, joint public student associations, excursion programs aimed at acquaintance with the culture of the host country, the mutual interaction of Russian and Chinese students in social networks and instant messengers. Global trends in digital transformation and media positioning of universities in social networks
For modern universities, social media is a competitive environment and a platform to increase their brand awareness in global and national rankings and promote educational, scientiο¬c and innovative services to a social media audience using marketing tools. The positioning of a modern university in social media is an activity focused on presenting the university and its services in the most advantageous way, popularising science. The aim of the study is to examine global trends in the positioning and digital transformation of university media activity in social media based on open statistical data. The authors analysed university presence indices in eight social networks (VK, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, Twitter, OK, Tik-Tok) of universities from the top 10 media activity rankings (2021), taking into account the speciο¬cs of each social network. The universities with the maximum media presence in each social network are highlighted. It is noted that a prominent presence on social media is based on working on the universityβs positive media image and implementing global media positioning trends into strategic development. Two different strategies for positioning in the media space have been detected, and social networks with great potential for positioning higher education institutions in terms of age and the market segment capacity they cover are noted. The study can be useful to sociologists, economists, marketing experts and university professors
Modification of fatty acids composition in erythrocytes lipids in arterial hypertension associated with dyslipidemia

Abstract

Background

Modification of fatty acids (FA) composition in erythrocytes lipids as an early indicator of the development of arterial hypertension (AH) and lipid disorders.

Methods

We included 34 patients with arterial hypertension and 11 healthy individuals. Each patient was examined the lipid composition of serum. From erythrocytes by gas chromatography were identified fatty acids. The quantitative composition of the erythrocyte lipids FA in patients with AH presented with saturated and polyunsaturated monoenic acids with carbon chain lengths from C12 to C22.

Results

In all hypertensive patients is disturbed lipid FA composition of erythrocytes. The patients with a normal level of serum lipids revealed deficiency of polyunsaturated acids n6-linoleic (18:2 n6), arachidonic (20:4 n6), dokozatetraenic 14,4% (22:4 n6). The patients with dislipidemia installed more profound restructuring of the lipid matrix of the membrane of erythrocytes. A decrease in polyunsaturated fatty acids family n3: dokozapentaenovoy (22:5 n3), docosahexaenoic PUFA (22:6 n3), the total value of n3 PUFA in 1,3 times was revealed.

Conclusion

Thus, modification of erythrocyte FA are fairly subtle indicator of pathology of lipid metabolism, which manifest themselves much earlier than changes in the lipoprotein of blood plasma.</p

Last changes in the education system impose certain requirements for the training of technical specialties students, taking into account individual β personal characteristics, social orders of regions, countries, as well as international integration processes. Due to such trends, the humanitarization of technical education can become multidimensional and predictive. The article is aimed at identifying and analyzing the dominant strategies for the humanitarization of higher education of technical students through the prism of universal competencies. The set of methods was used to the analysis of the humanitarizationβs strategies of higher education of technical students: the case-study method, the object β Ural Federal University (Ekaterinburg, Russia); method for obtaining and analyzing primary and secondary data. Based on the system and structural-functional approaches, not only strategies are considered, but also such forms of their implementation as purposeful efforts (in educational activities) and spontaneous practices (in extracurricular activities). Research results: the ratio of "4 C's" competencies, the group of universal competencies and universal competencies in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education (version 3++) is found; taking into account the data from the Atlas of new professions, the connection of the competence group "4 C's" with soft skills required in the professions of technical industries is revealed; effective strategies and practices are identified, including the mandatory bachelor's degree "core" of humanities studies for technical specialties; the role of the center for the universal competencies development as a university structural unit for the promotion of humanitarian minors is justified; the resource of the institute of mentoring and supervision, student scientific, social, and creative associations in the formation of the humanitarian environment of the university is revealed. Inclusive education at school: Contradictions and problems of organizing an accessible environment (for example, schools in the Russian Federation)
The system of Russian school education is moving from a medical understanding of disability to a social one - a model of social inclusion. The purpose of the article: to investigate the contradictions in development and the current state of the accessible educational environment in inclusive and mass schools, as well as in specialized schools with adaptive programs. To collect and analyze the databases, a qualitative strategy was used a series of semi-formalized interviews, the objects of which were both teachers of inclusive, correctional and mass schools, and parents raising children with disabilities (for example, Yekaterinburg). There are fixed contradictions and problems in the implementation of inclusive education: the incompetence of teachers (discriminatory attitudes, psychological unreadiness), methodological insecurity, the content of continuing education programs and professional retraining of teachers without taking into account the needs of the educational institution; lack of continuity of preschool and school education (system of preparing children with disabilities for school). The importance of the conceptual restructuring of the inclusion system in the Russian school was established taking into account the value component (tolerant attitudes of both children, parents and the entire teaching staff; psychological readiness for communication and interaction), rather than infrastructural.
