    Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) merupakan salah satu rencana pembangunan pemerintah yang dibuat untuk perencanaan selama lima tahun. Badan teknis pemerintahan yang bertanggung jawab membuat rencana pembangunan termasuk RPJMD adalah Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas) dan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda). Pemerintah telah memiliki kebijakan yang mengatur mengenai tahapan-tahapan untuk menyusun perencanaan pembangunan, termasuk RPJMD yaitu Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 54 Tahun 2010. Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri merupakan panduan umum dalam menyusun perencanaan pembangunan untuk seluruh daerah, salah satunya adalah Kabupaten Bandung. Dalam hal ini, Kabupaten Bandung memiliki beberapa masalah untuk menyusun RPJMD, yaitu tidak adanya pedoman teknis dan ketidakmerataan pekerjaan antar pegawai dalam merancang RPJMD. Hal ini berdampak dengan terjadinya revisi RPJMD Kabupaten Bandung pada periode 2011-2015 pada tahun 2013. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dalam menyusun RPJMD Kabupaten Bandung yang memenuhi requirement Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri No. 54 Tahun 2010 berdasarkan metode Business Process Improvement (BPI) untuk meminimasi dan mengeliminasi masalah yang terjadi. Selain Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri, SOP yang dibuat memenuhi requirement ISO 9001:2008 Klausul 7.3. Peran ISO 9001:2008 Klausul 7.3 dalam menyusun RPJMD adalah memastikan bahwa output yang dihasilkan dalam sebuah perancangan dapat sesuai dengan input requirement dan stakeholders requirement. Metode BPI digunakan untuk memperbaiki bisnis proses yang akan menjadi urutan proses dalam SOP dengan dilakukan analisis aktivitas dan analisis streamlining.     Planning sidewalks within the campus of the University of Sriwijaya in Inderalaya is idea in developing and providing space on the campus of pedestrian walkways, especially sidewalks is one of the typologies of pedestrian space. Occured Conflicts between pedestrians with vehicles as road users because pedestrian space is still minim in the campus environment so need for planning in providing a pedestrian space. In this study, the beginning of a planning study conducted observations pedestrian sidewalk that is within the campus environment, especially on the point that a lot of the number of pedestrians and frequent the presence of pedestrian activity, further research is assisted with example the planning of a university that had planned pedestrian space well such as the university of alabama as a reference in planning pedestrian path space.     The outbreak of African Swine Fever (ASF) disease as a disease that can affect the swine has distributed in many countries including Indonesia. The Province of Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) is the biggest swine population in Indonesia being risk because Timor Island directly bordered Timor Leste, which an area that affected ASF. The outbreak of ASF caused a big loss to the economy and the public's fear of consumption of pork and other swine products. The purpose of this activity is to given information about characteristics of good pork quality and appeal public to control and prevent dissemination of ASF. According to this activity, the public knowing ASF as a danger and zoonotic disease, which caused public anxiety to consumption pork and other swine products. Although the public knowing about the danger of ASF, there is no preventive action they know. This activity is a tool for breeders to prevent ASF in their animal husbandry and for the public to know that ASF, not a zoonotic disease.     Toxoplasmosis is a disease of vertebrate animals and it is capable of being transmitted to humans (zoonosis). Toxoplasmosis is caused by the protozoan parasite Toxoplama gondii. Cats are the definitive host of T. gondii where this parasite will enter the cat's body through what it eats such as rats, raw meat, or water that is contaminated with oocysts of the T. gondii parasite. This condition is generally experienced by stray cats or domesticated cats which are often given raw meat. The purpose of this activity is to increase public understanding of the dangers of toxoplasmosis and how to prevent and anticipate the spread of toxoplasmosis in Kupang City. The method used in this community education was through presentation and discussions about the danger of toxoplasmosis. To measure the level of understanding of the participants about the dangers of toxoplasma, a questionnaire is given at the beginning and at the end of the activity. A total of 38 participants from the productive youth groups in Kupang City were involved in this activity.  The result of this activity shows that the public is increasingly educated about toxoplasmosis and how it is transmitted

    Pengaruh Infusa Daun Kelor (Moringa Oleifera) sebagai Preservatif Alami terhadap Kualitas Daging Babi

    Pork is one of the most consumption types of meat in the East Nusa Tenggara region.. Moringa leaf are one part of the plant which is known to have antimicrobial compounds.The aimof this research was to determine the influence of Moringa leaf infusion as a natural preservative to the quality of pork.This research is an experimental laboratory research and used a total of 48 samples of thigh pork (Biceps femoris). This research used a completely randomized design with factorial pattern. The first factor was concentration of infusion Moringa leaf consist of 0% (K0), 5% (K1), 10% (K2), and 15% (K3) and the second factor was time of storage consist of  0,6, 12, and 18 hours with 3 replications. The parameters of porkquality that have been examined: color, texture, odor, value in the Eber test, pH value, and total plate count (TPC) value.The results showed that the addition of Moringa leaf infusion change the color and odor. The Eber test shows the K3 group can last up to 18 hours. There was no significant effect of infusion concentration (P> 0.05) on the pH value and there was a very significant effect on the time of storage (P<0.01) on the pH value. There was a significant effect of infusion concentration (P<0.05) and very significant effect on the time of storage (P <0.01) on the TPC value. The value of TPC in the K3 group was below of the Standar Nasional Indonesia contamination limit for laying less than 12 hours at room temperature

    Uji Organoleptik Probiotik Bakteri Asam Laktat Asal Susu Kuda Sumba Dalam Kemasan Berbeda

    The purpose of this study was to examine the shelf life of lactic acid probiotics from Sumba horse milk in various packages. The study was conducted from August to November 2021. Lactic acid bacteria were cultured from Sumba horse milk, stored in MRS Broth. These lactic acid bacteria were diluted with concentrations of 10%, 20%, and 30%, respectively, and packaged in glass bottles, plastic bottles High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and plastic clips/ polypropylene standing pouch. Packaged probiotics were stored at room temperature for 14 days. The results showed that storage using High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and plastic clips was better than glass bottles.
