Jože Požgaj's legacy; Regional collection "Insulana" of Nikola Zrinski's library Čakovec

Ovaj rad donosi pregled ostavštine Jože Požgaja pohranjene u Zavičajnoj zbirci 'Insulana', Knjižnice Nikola Zrinski u Čakovcu. Ostavština se sastoji od 10 mapa s dokumentima koji svjedoče o radu i životu Jože Požgaja kao istaknutog glazbenog pedagoga, zaljubljenika u glazbu, koji je strastveno prenosio svoje znanje, talent i iskustvo budućim generacijama, a svojim radom doprinio unapređenju kako glazbenog odgoja u školama, tako i glazbene struke općenito. Ostavština Jože Požgaja predstavlja zanimljivu i sadržajnu cjelinu unutar fonda Zavičajne zbirke 'Insulana', a obuhvaća još uvijek nedovoljno istražene interese i rad Požgaja. U radnji je naglasak na opisu dokumenata sagledanih iz povijesne perspektive, u kontekstu glazbenog života vremena u kojem su nastajali, a u budućnosti bi svakako bilo vrijedno i korisno istražiti i njihovu glazbeno- pedagošku dimenziju.This paper provides an overview of the legacy of Joža Požgaj which is stored in the Country collection “Insulana“, in Library Zrinski in Čakovec. The legacy consists of 10 folders with documents that bear witness to the work and life of Joža Požgaj as a prominent music educator, music lover, who not only conveyed his knowledge, talent and experience to future generations, but also a person whose work contributed to the advancement of music education in schools and the music profession in general. The legacy of Joža Požgaj represents an interesting and meaningful unit within the Country collection 'Insulana', but includes still insufficiently explored interests and work of Joža Požgaj. In this thesis, the emphasis will be on the description of the documents viewed from a historical perspective, in the context of the musical life of the time in which they were built, and in the future it would certainly be valuable and useful to explore their musical and pedagogical dimension

Leisure Time of Children and Youth with Behaviors Disorders - Qualitative Study

Slobodno vrijeme prostor je koji treba omogućiti zadovoljavanje različitih potreba kao što su igra, zabava, učenje novih znanja i vještina, gradnja važnih odnosa, osnaživanje i mnogi drugi. U adolescenciji vršnjaci postaju “važnijima“ od obitelji, stoga se u krugu vršnjaka počinju zadovoljavati potrebe koje su se prije zadovoljavale u obitelji. U vršnjačkoj skupini mladi nalaze potrebnu potporu za svoje stavove, interese, motive, poglede na život. Zbog tih, ali i drugih razloga, suvremena literatura koja se bavi djecom i mladima s poremećajima u ponašanju i onima u riziku, slobodno vrijeme procjenjuje kao značajno područje u kojem se pojavljuju mnogi rizici za razvoj poremećaja u ponašanju, ali i snage za prevenciju, rano otkrivanje i djelovanje stručnjaka. Ovo istraživanje dio je projekta Socijalnopedagoška dijagnoza – participacija korisnika u procesu procjene potreba i planiranje intervencija, nastalog u želji da se približi odgovorima na pitanje kako bolje prosuditi potencijale djeteta i njegova okruženja i pronaći kvalitetnije načine postizanja ciljeva odgoja i socijalizacije. Tema kojom se bavi ovaj rad dio je cjelokupne slike, a odnosi se na slobodno vrijeme. Ispitivano je dvadesetoro djece i mladih s poremećajima u ponašanju koji se nalaze u procesu stručne procjene potreba i planiranja intervencija, u dobi od 12-17 godina. S njima je vođen polustrukturirani intervju, a podaci su obrađeni kvalitativnom metodom, postupcima sažimanja i strukturiranja, pomoću Nvivo programa.Leisure time is a space that should allow for the fulfillment of different needs, such as play, fun, gaining of new skills, build-up of relationships, self strengthening and many others. During adolescence, coevals become more “important” than the family, hence the needs which were previously fulfilled within a family are in that time fulfilled among coevals. Within a coeval group, young people find the needed support for their attitudes, interests, motives, views of life. It is for this reason, as well as for some other reasons, that the contemporary literature dealing with children and young people with behavioral disorders and those with risk of such disorders assesses the free or leisure time as an important area during which many behavioral risks appear. This time is also assessed as an area in which strength for prevention may be found, as well as potentials for early diagnose and appropriate expert attention and action. This research is a part of the project Socio-pedagogical diagnosis – user participation in the process of needs\u27 assessment and intervention planning. The project was drafted aiming to help in assessment of a child\u27s potentials and its environment and to find better ways of upbringing and socialization. Subject of this paper is only a part of a bigger picture, and is related to free or leisure time. Twenty children and young people with behavioral disorders (all in the process of needs\u27 assessment and intervention planning) were tested. Subjects were 12-17 years old. Half-structured interviews were conducted, and data were elaborated using the qualitative method, through shrinking and structuring using the Nvivo software

Modern drug market – the influence of the digital market on the structure and dynamics of the drug market

Struktura suvremenog tržišta droga složen je fenomen u kojemu konstantan tijek proizvodnje, ponude i potražnje ilegalnih tvari rezultira sve dinamičnijim razvojem i kretanjima, a pod velikim je utjecajem globalizacije i razvoja novih tehnologija, posebice interneta. Internet, kao važan facilitator na navedenom tržištu, u posljednjih nekoliko desetljeća omogućio je širok pristup velikom rasponu informacija i time postao neophodan komunikacijski alat za razvoj kriminalnih aktivnosti povezanih s tržištem droga. Predstavljajući nevidljivu, skrivenu stranu interneta, i pod krinkom anonimnosti, kripto tržište, kao oblik digitalnog tržišta, pruža tako nove mogućnosti i načine trgovanja ilegalnim tvarima te na taj način preuzima monopol pred klasičnim načinima trgovanja drogom (»licem u lice«). Rad analizira suvremene znanstvene spoznaje o načinu funkcioniranja kripto tržišta droga kao i njegov utjecaj na strukturu i dinamiku suvremenog tržišta droga, a u svrhu promišljanja o razvoju preventivnih aktivnosti koje bi bile u mogućnosti suzbiti takvu vrstu kriminaliteta. Istraživanja sugeriraju da razvojem kripto tržišta tradicionalna tržišta drogom neće nestati već će se oba tržišta međusobno nadopunjavati pri čemu će djelovanje na digitalnom tržištu biti učestalije zbog veće mogućnosti zaštite identiteta njegovih glavnih aktera. Aktivnosti usmjerene na suzbijanje rada digitalnog tržišta droga predstavljaju velik izazov za brojne stručnjake koji se bave prevencijom zlouporabe ilegalnih tvari, od represivnog aparata pa sve do stručnjaka pomagačkih profesija koji zasigurno imaju veliku ulogu u osmišljavanju i implementaciji različitih preventivnih aktivnosti u ovoj domeni.The structure of the modern drug market is a complex phenomenon in which the constant flow of production, supply and demand of illegal substances results in increasingly dynamic development and trends, and which is under a great influence of globalization and the development of new technologies, especially the Internet. During the last several decades the Internet, as an important facilitator on the aforementioned market, has enabled a wide access to a broad range of information and has thus become a necessary communication tool for the development of criminal activities connected to the drug market. As an invisible, hidden side of the Internet, and under the disguise of anonymity, the crypto market as a form of a digital market offers new possibilities and ways of trafficking of illegal substances and in that manner takes over monopoly from classic ways of drug traffic (“face to face”). The paper analyses modern scientific knowledge about the manner in which the crypto drug market is functioning, as well as its influence on the structure and dynamics of the modern drug market, with the purpose of reflection on prevention activities that could eliminate such types of crime. Research suggests that the traditional drug market will not disappear with the development of crypto markets, but that both markets will complement one another, at which the activity in the digital market will become more frequent due to larger possibilities of protecting the identities of its main operators. Activities focused on combating the digital market operation represent a great challenge for numerous experts dealing with prevention of illegal substance abuse, from the police to the professionals in helping professions who certainly have a great part in designing and implementing different preventive activities in this area

The specifics of the relationship between age and drug crime viewed through a criminal career concept

Kriminalitet povezan s ilegalnim drogama odavno je predmetom različitih vrsta istraživanja - ponajprije usmjerenih na iznalaženje mogućnosti za njegovu prevenciju. Jedan od koncepata kroz koji se može promatrati ova povezanost jest i koncept kriminalne karijere. Ovaj se rad bavi povezanošću dobi i činjenja kaznenih djela povezanih s ilegalnim drogama kroz koncept kriminalne karijere. Glavni rezultati pokazuju kako ispitanici najčešće čine kazneno djelo krađe s ciljem pribavljanja sredstava za kupovanje ilegalnih droga te kako sudionici pod utjecajem droge najčešće čine kaznena djela krađe, odnosno razbojništva, neovisno o promatranoj dobi. U radu se nadalje prikazuje i povezanost drugih aspekata povezanosti kriminaliteta droga i određenih dobnih skupina, što je od važnosti prilikom izučavanja ovoga fenomena u svrhu prevencije, ali i penološkog tretmana počinitelja spomenutih kaznenih djela.Drug-related crime has long been the subject of various types of research, primarily aimed at finding ways to prevent it. One of the concepts through which this connection can be viewed is the criminal career concept. This paper aimed to explore the relationship between age and the commission of criminal offences related to illegal drugs through the concept of a criminal career. The main results show that respondents most often commit theft in order to obtain funds for purchasing illegal drugs, and most often commit crimes of theft or robbery under the influence of illegal drugs, regardless of age. The paper also explores the connection between other aspects of the correlation between drug crime and certain age groups, which is essential for studying this phenomenon to prevent and rehabilitate the perpetrators of these crimes
